One small- med well behaved dog (<20 kg) over three years old is welcome in the Mediterranean Apt on request. Sorry we cannot accept long haired dogs…such as Border Collie, German Shepard, Husky or Red Setter. Fully enclosed large courtyard. We have a...Fully enclosed large courtyard. There is a dog beach and dog exercise area bordering the Villa.

MEDITERRANEAN APT: Fully self contained, separate driveway, 3brm/2bth. The focus of this apt inside and outside is for you to kick back and relax with family or friends or just have a moment to yourself. There is several living areas and a dining area, fitted kitchen and laundry with washing machine and dryer. Reverse cycle-heating/cooling and quality furnishings.

No need to leave the comfort of your queen-size bed in the master bedroom see the ocean and check the surf. This spacious bedroom also has an en-suite, with table and chairs at the large corner windows and great ocean views, complete with cafe table and chairs out-side on your own personal balcony with views of the ocean. 2nd bedroom is a double with a garden view to enclosed private courtyard and 3rd bedroom has 2 single beds with ocean view.

Enjoy your own large private garden court-yard and BBQ facilities. In the enclosed courtyard and relax under a palm tree. At the side of your own driveway... sit at a table and chairs under the Olive Trees. Sleeps max 6 persons.

If you enjoy the comforts of home, waking to ocean views and at the end of the day to sit watch spectacular sunsets with nothing but open space and the sound of birdsong then this is the place for you. Be it a romantic getaway for two or a relaxing holiday with family and friends.

Sea Garden Cafe... open early until late and Prevelly shop and liqueur store are situated very close to the Villa... about 200 meters walk from the Villa.

From out front of the Villa... take a short walk along the ocean path to the White Elephant Cafe at Gnarabup beach.

In front of the Villa it is also very good for... swimming, snorkeling and walking along the Cape to Cape Trail. The iconic world renown Surfers Point and the three main surfing breaks are also in front of the Villa just a short stroll away.

The still mornings are perfect for all land or water activities and the late afternoons bring in soft cool breezes to cool you in the summer months.

N. B. Guests...who bring a dog. Our pet fee is minimal. And there is No Cleaning Fee.
It is a requirement to Please vacuum before you leave, thank you. Vacuum is in the entrance hall...in a black plastic box with a yellow lid under the seat.
We do request that dogs are never left alone at any time? Our experience is that dogs get anxious in a strange place and bark and cry...when left alone.
N.B. BBQ...if used please clean...we leave the cleaning equipment. Much appreciated. Thank you.

Other Things To Note:

The tariff per night is for two persons, twin share using One bedroom. If two persons wish the use of a bedroom each...there is an extra $100.00 fee per stay, for the use of the second bedroom. Please advise us. We will make the second bedroom available for you.
N.B. The second and third bedroom will be locked. For people booking for two persons.
No problem if you wish extra people to share your stay..please see fees. And we will make up the beds to a maximum re six persons in three bedrooms and four beds. Thank you.

Please note..Off street there are 2 car bays for your use in our three bedroom Mediterranean Apt.

This property is not really suited to children under twelve (12) years old or to people with mobility issues. This is due to...steps outside and inside the apartment...as it is multi layered...Inside: several steps from the entrance hall to living areas, steps to kitchen and living area and three steps up to Master bedroom, en-suite and balcony. Outside to front doors..one step and then one step through enclosed courtyard to front door.

The accommodation includes supply of all linen and towels, unless otherwise stated.

Please can you report any faults, damage, breakages or problem to us as soon as possible. Thank you.

With respect for our neighbourhood. Please respect the quiet time between 10.00pm and 8.00 am. Excessive noise is prohibited.

Smoking is allowed out-side.

All apartments have quality furnishings, iPod docking stereo, TV/DVD, Fridge, Microwave, Coffee Machine appliances and kitchen/dining ware. Each apt has its own private entrance.

Tariff includes quality linen and towels all professionally laundered and toiletries in each apartment

Minimum nights apply: Christmas/New Year 5/7 nights min re Mediterranean apt: Easter 4 nights; Long Weekends/special Events 3 nights. We do not accept check ins or check outs...24, 25, 26, 31 December or 1 and 2 January. Or Good Friday.
