LOTE 3 Seal Rocks NSW

Seal Rocks es un lugar cruda y belleza áspera, en la costa norte de Nueva Gales del Sur. Lote 3 es una casa de playa diseñada y construida por Castlepeake para encajar con esta belleza natural.

Está construido con materiales con una sensación cruda incluyendo tierra apisonada, hormigón pulido, madera contrachapada, acero y vidrio. Ofrece un alojamiento sencillo, cómodo y moderno en dos pabellones separados que se abren a un patio privado con césped, con el Parque Nacional más allá.

Lote 3 tiene capacidad para 10 personas en tres habitaciones. Dos contienen camas de matrimonio y el tercero es una gran sala de literas con 6 literas por encargo. Un dormitorio de matrimonio está dentro de su propio pabellón de un cuarto adyacente. El pabellón principal contiene un gran salón / comedor / cocina con chimenea central, junto con los otros dos dormitorios. También hay una lavandería compacta y un segundo baño (con bañera independiente).

SE REQUIERE QUE LOS INVITADOS PROPORCIONEN SU LINO PROPIO (excepto los paños de cocina, las doonas, las fundas y las mantas adicionales) sin embargo, la ropa se puede suministrar a un costo adicional.

La casa se encuentra a pocos minutos a pie de la playa No. 1 y Boat Beach. Es muy cerca de Myall Lake y conocidos spots de surf locales traición, Faro y playas Yagon. Seal Rocks es también conocido por su pesca, buceo y snorkeling y ofrece hermosos paseos de arbustos, incluyendo uno a Sugarloaf Point Lighthouse.

We had the most wonderful experience with the accom and host of Lot 3. We will definitely be back to make more memories. Thanks so much for having us. The accom was perfect for multiple families. Walking distance to beach and shop. Quiet and private. So many little extras in the house including games and boardgames. The house is beautiful and so good for gathering loved ones and sharing good times together. :)

This was our second stay at Lot 3. The house is well laid out and has a relaxed feel. The flat backyard area is great too. Having wifi is super handy. We love the proximity to the shop and the 4WD entrance to Lighthouse Beach.

Incredible house in paradise

This house is an architectural gem! The rammed earth walls are earthy and raw yet contemporary and the place has a great feel overall. Perfect for two families. The location is excellent with a short stroll to the local store and coffee van and easy walk to Boat Beach which is arguably one of the best family friendly beaches in NSW. Highly recommended!

Great stay, only one issue

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful house, which is just a short stroll to the beach—a perfect location for those who love being near the ocean. The house itself was well-appointed and comfortable, making it a great retreat. However, the lack of reception and very poor Wi-Fi was a challenge. We couldn’t stream any services like Spotify or Netflix, which was a bit frustrating, especially during a rainy getaway when indoor entertainment was needed. That said, if you’re looking for a digital detox, this could be ideal! Overall, a lovely spot but worth keeping in mind if reliable connectivity is important for your trip.

Great house and location

The 5 of us absolutely loved our stay at this unique and well equipped property in Seal Rocks. Besides the location, we especially appreciated the large entertainment area including a well equipped kitchen. The high ceilings, natural light and large views out to the surrounding natural environment were precious.

Best house for Girls retreat beach vacay!

We absolutely loved our stay at Lot 3 sealrocks! The bunks were all comfy and very spacious! The perfect house for a group booking! I had a group of girls stay and we all had the best time, The property is very well thought out and perfect for entertaining! The fire place is just beautiful! The backyard and area is large and spacious perfect for sunbaking and arvo bbqs! Pip was extremely efficient in answering any of my questions & her communication was always quick! She helped with any request we had! I wish I could come every year 10/10!

Walks, Rainbows and Laughs

The bunk room in this house is amazing. 4 16 year old girls loved being able to hang out together in this room. The rest of the house was so easy to relax in. The fire was easy to light and we were all cosy and warm. We walked, swam, played games, listened to music, watched a movie and entertained in the open spaces. We all loved our weekend away.

Great spot!

Lot 3 is the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway. The house is set up to allow you to enjoy the space & surrounds with very little effort. Pip the host is super easy to communicate with and nothing was a bother.

Bush, beach and Kookaburras

What a lovely family holiday at Seal Rocks. Beautiful beaches and 4 wheel driving - surf, sun and fun. Lot 3 Thomas Rd was a great place to stay with it's open plan and rammed earth construction. Cleaning and maintenance could have been better for the money. We would stay here again.

A lovely weekend escape

We had a lovely stay at your house. The location and description of the property was exactly as described. It was a close walk to the two beaches however the property was quiet and secluded and felt like a true escape from the grind. The house as minimal and we needed to take all supplies, but we knew this and we were prepared. The property was close to bush land so there were numerous ants and bugs around, including in the kitchen and bathroom. It was not an issue for us and there was spray available. Overall we had a very lovely stay and the house was comfortable to stay in.

Absolute Heaven

The Property was great! Great to look at and very comfortable. The beaches at seal rocks are some of the best I've been to in Australia, Aqua water, safe and not overcrowded! Gorgeous walk up to the light house. We arrived and did not have any reception so had use the wifi at the caravan park to access my email to get the code to get into the house. if you are going to stay at this place don't forget save this info before you arrive. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Incredible property!

The photos don't do justice to this place. Do yourself a favour and book a stay here in Seals Rocks, perfect balance of proximity to the beaches and a perfect retreat for privacy that still feels connected to nature. A true example of architecture and planning doing it's job perfectly.
