Seal Rocks is a raw and ruggedly beautiful place on the NSW North Coast. Lot 3 is a beach house designed and built by Castlepeake to fit in with this rugged beauty.
It is constructed of materials with a raw feel including rammed earth, polished concrete, plywood, steel and glass. It offers simple, comfortable, modern accommodation in two separate pavilions which open to a private, grassed courtyard, with the National Park beyond.
Lot 3 sleeps up to 10 people in three bedrooms. Two contain queen beds and the third is a large bunk room with 6 custom made bunks. One queen bedroom is within its own pavilion with an adjacent bathroom. The main pavilion contains a large open plan living / dining / kitchen area with central fireplace along with the other two bedrooms. There is also a compact laundry and a second bathroom (with freestanding bath).
The house is located a few minutes walk to Beach No.1 and Boat Beach. It is in close proximity to Myall Lake and well-known local surf spots Treachery, Lighthouse and Yagon beaches. Seal Rocks is also known for its fishing, diving and snorkeling and offers beautiful bush walks including one to Sugarloaf Point Lighthouse.
