Relax and enjoy absolute Hobart waterfront accommodation. The Beachfront Apartment offers superbly furnished two bedroom apartment accommodation opposite the beautiful Blackman’s Bay beach. It is located less than 20 minutes drive south of Hobart’s city centre and only 5 minutes from the shopping and business centre of Kingston.
The Beachfront Apartment boast spectacular ocean views from all rooms except the bathroom. It is equally suited to small families, honeymoon couples seeking romance or the corporate client wanting to relax and enjoy the view after a busy day.
With a queen bed and two singles the apartment is able to accommodate 4 guests. The accommodation provides a fold out bed and portacot if required for additional guests. The luxury bathroom has a shower and spa. The living area has a large flat screen TV, DVD/VCR and CD player and free wifi is available. The apartment provides self contained accommodation with full kitchen facilities, dishwasher, microwave, oven and fridge/freezer and also has a complete laundry with front loading washer and dryer.
Less than 5 minutes stroll along the beach is one of Hobart’s most well known restaurants, The Beach Cafe/Restaurant. Next to the restaurant is a takeaway and bottle shop. A variety of activities are available across the road or just a few minutes away such as fishing, swimming, diving, boating, bush walking, golf, or simply lying on the beach. Our self contained accommodation is a perfect base from which you can explore Hobart and southern Tasmania. Drive or bus into Hobart CBD to shop or see the sights. Take a day trip south and enjoy all the scenery and tourist attractions the Huon region has to offer.
We also have a 4 bedroom house available for holiday accomodation if this is likely to suit your needs better.

5 night get away after hiking Overland

Our stay was just what we needed after hiking for 6 nights on overland track. First time in Tasi and this location was perfect for us to explore south parts of tasi. Andrea's place was spot on with what we needed and was super clean. Couch was really cozy to relax on, and looking out the door in the mornings just before sunrise was the highlight of my stay..

Perfect location in quiet cul-da-sac

Plenty of room in this lovely apartment opposite Blackmans Bay beach front. So wonderful to walk along the track and over the hill to the blowhole area. Local restaurant within easy walking distance was superb. Staff so friendly. We will be back next time we visit from NZ. Thanks for allowing us to stay at your apartment. Highly recommend

Great view, very clean.

Overall the property was pretty good, however a walk in shower would have been very welcome instead of having to climb over the bath for a shower and a hand rail in the middle of the bath instead of at the bottom. Also disappointing there was no balcony or deck to sit out on. Other than that the view was amazing and we enjoyed our stay. Would recommend.

Great location close to the water. Unit is outdated.Time for new furniture and new crockery etc in kitchen. Deep spa bath impractical and dangerous unless your a gymnast. Was OK but could be much better

Peaceful Beach apartment

The apartment was perfectly located opposite the beach with few cars driving past. The beach was beautiful to walk along and easy walking distance to the restaurants up the road. The apartment itself was excellent. It was very clean, comfortable and spacious. We had a fabulous stay.

Lovely Blackman's Bay beach spot

This apartment was perfect for our family holiday, very comfortable with everything we needed. The children's toys were very popular with our littlest family member. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Hobart wanting a beach break as added bonus.

Great position

In great position on the beach. Good for 4 but only 2 adults and 2 young children , bit tight for 4 adults and not ok for 2 couples. Good amenities. Very quiet apart from noise upstairs, walk to coffee and b bay beach is wonderfull with good walking tracks

Beautiful Blackmans Bay

The unit was immaculately clean and comfortable and the local bakery and the Italian restaurant nearby were great. My only issue was with the bath shower combo which had a step up and was not suitable for us as an older couple. It was up to me to check this and I didn't beforehand. Thanks for your hospitality, we would love to visit Tasmania again and spend more time you friendly mob.

Perfect stay for family

We had a wonderful stay at Beach appartment. The house is thoughtfully equipped with all necessities. Me and my wife loved the location and its calm and scenic beauty. My son loved the toys, games and DVDs . Ms Ireland I must say nice paintings. Will love to visit again. Ashish.....

Great location. Good views & clean self contained apartment.

Another option instead of Hobart city, to use as a base. Some good restaurants conveniently close by (especially the Indian at the end of the road). Also great for strolls along the beach (warning signs to not swim), or enjoy walking track near by. Or simply enjoy sunrise / sunset with views of the beach. Apartment good for a small family. Clean & comfortable with fully kitchen. Worth noting as it is a shared building, you can sometimes hear noise from upstairs. Would recommend & plan to return.

Great apartment that suited our needs very well. Across from a quiet beach meant the kids could go over and play. We did all the Hobart day trips from here without the hassle of being in the city. Very happy, would recommend to others.
