The house is beautifully furnished with all updated Stainless appliances, granite counter tops in both the kitchen and bathrooms, perfectly manicured lawn with a backyard fireplace, festive outdoor lighting, patio seating, and huge shade trees! Other amenities include an stylish parlor room for entertaining guests or enjoying your morning coffee, large and well-furnished bedrooms, and a great Austin location.

This 1,466 sq. ft. home has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom is comfortable and roomy, with office space, a huge walk-in closet, and master bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The two guest bedrooms are nicely furnished, have great window lighting, and come complete with closets for extra storage. All bedrooms have new queen sized beds and fresh linens will be provided.

The Domain features everything from fine dining, a dog park, fashionable boutiques, areas for the kids to play, and the nightlife scene of the Rocking Rose- the “Sixth Street of North Austin.” If you prefer the original Sixth Street downtown, you’re only a 15 minute drive from the famous party district. Other attractions within a ten-mile radius include Main Event, Dave & Buster’s, iFly, the Austin Aquarium, and the Alamo Draft House movie theater.

Great restaurants in the area include Tomo Sushi (4101 W Parmer Lane), Z'Tejas Avery Ranch (10525 W Parmer Lane), Thai Cuisine (4101 W Parmer Lane), P.F. Chang's (10114 Jollyville Road), and Eddie V's Prime Seafood (9400 Arboretum Boulevard). Abel's North Sports Bar is a good place for watching games (4001 W Parmer Lane).

Nice home and great location. Close to shopping, parks and easy to find. Really enjoyed the way the backyard was set up fun place to hang out and play with our dogs. Owner was great and very accommodating,enjoyed meeting him and his puppies. Would definitely go back....
