Place had a beautiful rustic appeal to it. Amazing location. Beautiful beach. Mobile is patchy, but if you go closer to the Vivionne Bay jetty it picks up.

Lovely rustic cabin in a great location. There are other beach shacks/houses around but, as it’s nestled in the scrub, the cottage feels secluded. Well equipped kitchen, nice deck area to hang out on and an easy walk to the beach. Prompt and friendly communication with the owner. Thank you!

This is a great holiday home, well protected from wild weather, yet very close walk to the beautiful Vivonne Bay beach. Comfy beds and couches, 2 showers and loved the bath.Host was excellent in her responses and a late checkout greatly appreciated!

The location is wonderful. The cottage is basic but has everything you need. The bunk room was quite cold but warm blankets were available.

We had a great time - great property for families. Good location for exploring southern KI. We did minimal cooking (mostly breakfasts and some sausages one night), but kitchen had everything we needed and more. Local general store was convenient, but I'd come prepared with most of the food you want.I didn't find the "Spa whirlpool/Hot tub", but wouldn't have impacted our booking.

Thank you so much for a wonderful stay! The house was perfect for our family. Clean and welcoming, had all the amenities we could ask for and the perfect cottage vibe. We loved the games and movie selections, such a bonus! Proximity to the beach and flinders chase made for easy day trips and was great as well. Highly recommend for anyone looking to explore KI.

We have had the best holiday -comfortable, clean with easy beach access as well as central to everything we wanted to do. Highly recommend Currawong Cottage.

Excellent stay on Kangaroo Island

A great property that has everything one needs for a comfortable stay, including very good Wi-Fi. Can't fault the location: very close to the beach and the General store. Wish we could stay longer.

was a beautiful property and very comfortable, all pur needs were met us the beach and local amenities were very close we even had the local wildlife come and have a visit!

Nice secluded quiet location. Close to loverly beach and coastal area. Wildlife and birds around. Very enjoyable and relaxing stay.

Very homey and comfortable house. Spacious rooms and great living area. Outside verandah well set-up - would be great to spend time out there on a warm day. All in all, very happy with our home away from home.
