Great place to stay,wonderful ammenities,surroundings and perfect for 5 couples over 70!

Very comfortable and we all had a great time. We visited wineries, goat dairy farm, restaurants, Heronswood Gardens,Flinders, Portsea and Arthurs Seat chair lift. The highlight was The Penninsular Spa Pools. Great weather and I would recommend this property to anyone .

Beautiful house & views

The house was awesome. Very spacious with 3 bedrooms upstairs and 2 downstairs, the kids had downstairs and they loved there own space. The deck was big so we all sat there at night and watched the sunset. The owners supplied shampoo & conditioner and gave us a bottle of wine which was lovely.

What a find!

From the minute we stepped in we loved all we saw - the interior & as well as exterior. The views were incredible esp the sunset. Layout of bedrooms & bathrooms suited our differing family combinations & all felt so so comfortable. Quality of furnishings & styling was excellent. Perfect for family getaways

Beautiful property with amazing views of the bay from the deck. We spent most of our afternoon lazing and relaxing on the outdoor lounge. Very well equipped kitchen and clean property throughout. The 2 Bays trail leading to the Kings Fall are within walking distance from the property. We will definitely be back again!

Family Retreat for 10

House looked good. Loads of equipment in the kitchen. Loved the oven and the seating capacity. Strangely, the bbq wasn’t really clean (I left it cleaner than how I found it) but my biggest challenge was that it was a small bbq which made cooking for 10 adults longer than usual. The other grouse I have is that the electronics weren’t “easy-to-use”, not to mention outdated. The Wii, for example was so old, the batteries had corroded. Overall, loved the laid back atmosphere and would come back for a relaxed family break.

House was so clean and beautifully presented. Beds were very comfy and all linen was provided. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils and pans etc. Check in process was very smooth and we had no issues. Will be recommending to family and friends!

Beautiful place, inside and out

We were 4 long terms mates celebrating all turning 40 this year. We had great wine, fire and an amazing view. The amenities were excellent, beautifully designed and finished and a fantastic place to stay. We’ll definitely be back.

Great views in a truly awesome house.

The decking and living room views are sensational. The furniture and decor fresh and clean. A well equipped kitchen , comfortable beds and lovely bathroom accessories. Great location , close to bay and back beaches, mountain bike park, wineries and Hot Springs I highly recommend this property.

A beautiful home with stunning views

A beautiful space to get away with family and friends, in a quiet pocket on Rosebud . Home was spotless and welcoming. If the weather was cooler we would have definitely enjoyed the open fireplace. Spent most of our time on the deck enjoying the views and sunshine. Cooked a wonderful dinner in the fabulous kitchen one of nights of our stay. Lots of bowls and serving plates and serving boards for cheeses and antipasto. Blissful night sleeps in comfortable bedding . The downstairs area was a perfect retreat for our teenagers they enjoyed there own space and direct access to back yard. Short drive to shops and restaurants. Nice neighborhood for an early morning or afternoon stroll. The host was very generous in providing us with a bottle of local wine and some chocolate too. Highly recommended this property and look forward to returning.
