About this property

SOMETHING FOR EVERYONE

The ultimate family holiday awaits in this fantastic family home will have you not wanting to leave - you will definitely be back. Plenty of room for the kids to play and plenty of room for the adults to enjoy - you can even bring the dog.

Hidden away in the garage is entertainment central with table tennis table, foosball machine and couches to sit and relax. There are also bikes and beach toys for all to enjoy.

Upstairs consists of more family living with great views over the water. Great size kitchen with everything you need, dining table that seats 8 and good size living area with plenty of seating for all. Split system will keep you cool in the summer and fire place will keep you warm in winter. Master bedroom with split system and another family bathroom complete this area of the home. Two balconies from upstairs - one smaller one at the front of the house with bay views for some quieter time and one larger one at the rear of the house with views of the back yard so you can keep an eye on the kids as the play cricket with it's very own cricket pitch - again for all to enjoy, along with BBQ, heater and outdoor setting to relax after dinner or go for a walk along the beach.

Great house, great location, but...
This is the second time we have stayed at the house as a family group. The size, location and general amenities of the property are great and we really enjoyed both our stays (3 nights each time). There is one jarring note, occurring both times, which we found unusual, being a dearth of cleaning materials and bathroom commodities. Our first visit, there was not a skerrick of soap in the soft soap containers in any of the bathrooms or kitchen. There was no dishwashing detergent, dishwasher tablets or rubbish bin bags. This time around, there was a small amount of soap (possibly left from the previous occupants), dishwashing detergent was provided along with ONE dishwashing tablet, laid out like an offering next to the kitchen sink. The rubbish bin had a bin bag, but that was the only one we could find. Disappointingly, for the three toilets, there was approximately two thirds of a roll of toilet paper in one, the last remnants of a roll in another and nothing in the third. We have been having family gatherings like this four times a year for over 10 years and have never encountered this sort of penny pinching before...perhaps it is a policy of the company managing the property. My comments are not to dissuade you from booking the property - it would be a wonderful place for your next family holiday and I happily recommend it to you...just be prepared! (If this is a deliberate policy, it might be an idea to mention this on the website, same as the need to bring your own linen).
