Amazing property-Perfect location between Deadwood and Sturgis

We are the perfect location on Hwy 14 A between Deadwood (3 miles) and Sturgis, SD (7 miles). 2 miles to Camp Five ATV trailhead. We have 5 bedrooms so there is room for your whole family or friends. We have a hot tub, 2 car garage and plenty of trailer parking. Close to all of the events in a short drive but a great place to get away from the crowds and relax! We have 5 acres of land surrounding us for peace and quiet. Sit by our pond and watch the fish or enjoy the fire pit in the backyard. This is your getaway!

We loved this house. Spacious , comfortable and quiet but still close to everything.

Suzanne and Travis have a great family house. We traveled as an extended family with ages from 2 to 80 for a destination wedding. This house was very comfortable for our big group. Suzanne was available to answer my questions through text and left local magazines so we could take advantage of tourist attractions ( plus extra waters and toilet paper!!!) The property had a lovely back yard. We took advantage of the barbecue, fire pit , and patio. Loved the large, private , wooded lot and country feel.. My mom walked the quiet neighborhood safely in the morning. My grandson and I saw deers from the front porch. 4 full bathrooms with lots of towels made getting a big group out the door easy and the bedrooms were Spacious and the beds comfy. We felt we received a lot of value for our money. We highly recommend this wonderful home.

Our family is from the Black Hills. We love living here and want to share our home with visitors to the area. We live in a quiet area with privacy but easy access to Deadwood and ATV trailheads.

Why they chose this property

We purchased this house as it is out of town, away from the noise and people but has quick and easy access to all the events and sights in the Black Hills. We are located 3 miles from Deadwood and 7 miles from Sturgis. We have plenty of property to relax in the quiet and shade in the summer.

What makes this property unique

Beautiful views off the back deck while enjoying the firepit or hot tub. Large living room with fireplace for the family to relax and visit. And 5 beds to allow for large families or friends to stay together! Easy access to Camp Five ATV trailhead.
