Enjoy this sundrenched and modern entertaining unit that captures ocean views and is only minutes walk (160m) to the heart of Terrigal. Only moments away from the beach, shops, restaurants, cafes and bars.
Offering a large lounge/dining with AC and leads to the outdoor covered entertaining balcony with BBQ and overlooks the pool with direct access.
Sleeps 7 with main bedroom having a king bed + ensuite, 2nd bedroom with a queen bed and the 3rd bedroom with a tri-bunk being a double and single bed.
The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, utensils and dishwasher. There is also 2 secure car spaces with access (no stairs) from one of the car spaces into the unit and a common games room with a table tennis. The living room has a smart TV, DVD player, DVD's and free wifi.
Linen and bath towels provided.

Very accurate representation of the photo of the property which is rare. The house was amazing & loved how close it was to the shops & dining areas, we walked everywhere. 3 cars drove there & there was still enough space. Wendy the owner was very easy to work with. Love everything about this place

Great location, 1 minute walk to Terrigal cafes and shops. Beautiful views. Pool was great next to our apartment, with 3 kids they loved the pool, spacious apartment, well set up, met all our needs. Would love to stay again.

Lovely apartment great location

There was 7 ladies who stayed in this apartment on the weekend we found it to be a lovely apartment in a great location only a few minutes walk to the beach, shops & restaurants. The apartment had everything in it that was needed & the beds were very comfortable. The owner also left us a bottle of wine & some chocolate which I thought was a lovely touch.

Family Holiday

We had a wonderful stay, with our Family in Australia. The kids loved the pool. The hill walking up can be hard on a hot day, but a cool dip in the pool helped. Thank you.

In the Hub of things

We all enjoyed a wonderful stay , well presented and clean apartment . pool and entertainment area were well used . Only short drive or a walk to the Cafes , Restaurants, Bars etc and the beach Views overlooking the ocean and sunrises 🌅 beautiful . Just one thing ..! If you are walking the steep climb back up the hill from the shops and bars .

Perfect for our trip!

The home was the perfect size for our party of 5 adults. Check-in details didn't come through in time but they were very responsive! Loved the thoughtful snacks left for us. Place was clean, tidy and cosy with great gathering spaces. Beautiful views and close to town. If only we didn't have a very steep hill to walk up to, ha! Plug-in fans also a nice touch since there are no air-con or ceiling fans in the rooms. Would definitely stay again. Thanks for the hospitality!

Great family holiday apartment

We loved our stay and the oool was fantastic for our 5 and 6 yr old boys. Although the pool is shared, it is directly off the apartment and so feels like your own private pool. We only had 2 others use it in our 8 night stay. The steep incline at the top of the hill was too much for my elderly mother but at 79 it should be! No problem for us though.

Disappointing

I suggest that Wendy reviews the description in her advert. Although the location is good, the property is certainly not 100mt from the beach. She should also mention that the second bedroom gets no natural light with one tiny window to the covered parking. The key in this window was broken so it wouldn't even open and the room was very damp although I cant comment if this was due to a damp problem or the previous guests. A couple of the matrasses are also in desperate need of replacement.

I am very disappointed to receive this review. I understand about the lock in the window was broken, but if Adam told me about it, I would of had it repaired immediately. As regards to the 100 metres from the beach, in the section where I say 100 metres from Coffee shops, restaurants and beach, it is 100metres from the shops, and probably 160 metres to beach. Surely the difference of 60 metres is not worth the fuss. The dampness was due to a previous guest.

Locked out in heat for over an hour on arrival!

Overall a great holiday despite an horrific arrival when because the code to the keybox wasn't emailed us until 24 hours too late! Over an hour and a half spent trying to contact someone who could advise us of the code. Given the extreme heat of the day this could have had serious medical implications. Thankfully the remainder of our stay was terrific. Suggest that when advertising this property a warning regarding the steepness of the short walk to the shops and beach be mentioned. One of our group couldn't manage this so use of a car was necessary even though it was only a 500mt distance.

Big hassle for a short stay

Booked this as a Christmas gift. Then got contacted to say they had double booked so we changed dates. Then got contacted to say. the 3rd bedroom can no longer be used as a bedroom. No offer of compensation was given. On arrival both car parks were absolute jokes. Height and width wise very narrow. So take caution if you have a larger vehicle. We ended up parking both our vehicles outside. Living area was setout beautifully and spacious. Pool was small but we still enjoyed it. Location wise was great. Very short stroll to the shops/beach. The hill is steep but doesn't last long. Unit could have been better equipped. We were provided with one tea bag, no coffee and no shampoo and conditioner. Whilst we enjoyed our stay there is plenty of room for improvement.

Excellent apartment, great location

Apartment was spacious, clean and very nicely decorated. The kitchen had everything we needed. It was in a great location, short walk to beach, shops etc. It was great having the pool on the same level. Parking was tricky as our car didn't fit so had to use visitor parking.
