Lovely villa of 2 floors ( 170 square meters) with high quality standard composed with a ground, including an entrance, toilets, a beautiful and luminous living room with old ceiling hights, opening to the terrace and garden, a superb high-end fitted kitchen , a suit on the ground with a air-conditioned bedroom and a private bathroom with bath, shower, toilets,

the first floor comprises a mezzanine overlooking the reception room, two air-conditioned bedrooms (1 with a double bed , one with 2 beds) with their private bathrooms, separate toilets , a third small bedroom .

Fabulous!

We had such a lovely time! A beautiful home, in a great location. The pool was so relaxing and waking up to bird songs every morning was a treat. Nathalie is very kind and a great communicator. We'd love to come back.

80 th Birthday celebration!

I invited my 2 adult children to join me in France to celebrate my 50th year. We chose this lovely place in Rousillon as our home base after a week in Paris. It was wonderful. Everything we needed was provided - kitchen supplies to poolside furniture. The setting is beautiful, the owners and manager wonderful people to deal with — so responsive. I highly recommend this lovely home as a great spot to enjoy the ambiance of Provence!

Amazing property and hosts

This property is fabulous. Everything about it was perfect. We were a family of 7 and had tremendous space. The gardens and the pool are incredible. Nathalie and Herve were fantastic hosts. Extremely helpful with all our questions .. seriously I cannot say enough good things. This is definitely on my “ must return “ list. It is about a 20-25 min walk into Rousillon which was fine for us as we hardly wanted to leave the village! It was the highlight of our trip. Thank you to the hosts for sharing their amazing home

Comfortable attractive villa near Roussillon

The villa is about a 30 minute walk, or a 5 minute drive, from picturesque Roussillon. An ideal location, also close to many other beautiful Luberon villages like Bonnieux or Lacost. We traveled there with 6 adults and two children, and there was plenty of room for all. The villa is clean and well-maintained. We ate many of our meals outside on the covered terrace near the pool, and cooked on the gas grill. The pool is delightful, and has comfortable lounge chairs. One problem: lots of hornets around the pool, apparently it's their source of water. They mostly leave you alone, though my granddaughter got stung once. A lovely view of ochre cliffs from poolside. If you are interested in renting this villa, be sure you understand the owner's expectations about departure cleaning. I'm used to this being included in villa rentals. However, the owner apparently expected that we leave the villa in move-in condition, not a practicality when you're traveling with 2 children and have to leave at 8:00 am to catch your train. She charged us 125 Euros from our security deposit for final cleaning. If I had expected this it would have been fine, but it was an unexpected surprise. Overall, an excellent stay here though.

Good contact with Fred Kleinsinger before and during the stay. No issue with payment. We are always happy to welcome a friendly family. Only one point to specify: linen and departure cleaning are included in the renting but as we had not mentioned precisely enough that the villa had to be left in normal conditions before being cleaned by a housekeeper, we had to take a portion of the deposit to share the extra costs. Apart from that we enjoyed welcoming Fred and his family.

Perfekter Urlaub in einem perfektem Haus

Eine Woche lang durften wir uns dieses Paradies ausleihen. Das Haus ist perfekt ausgestattet, liebevoll eingerichtet, die Küche wunderbar groß und geräumig! Der ganze Aussenbereich lässt keine Wünsche offen… Über den schon uns sehr genutzten Gasgrill, über den Garten mit den schattigen Plätzen bis hin zu dem wunderbaren Swimmingpool und seinen Liegen haben wir den Aufenthalt so genossen, dass der Abschied richtig schwer fiel! Die Kommunikation mit unseren Hosts war sehr charmant und immer hilfreich! Wir werden wiederkommen!

Villa à Roussillon

Une magnifique semaine dans une très belle maison avec piscine. Tout etait parfait, les équipements de la maison sont de grandes qualités. Les chambres confortables possédaient toutes une climatisation. L' emplacement de la maison au calme et proche du centre de Roussillon et d'autres villages. Les propriétaires vus par WhatsApp précédemment nous avaient donnés de tres bons conseils. Bref u e magnifique semaine

A bit of paradise

The home was perfectly set up for our family which consisted of four adults and two children. Both the interior, with stone and wooden beams and a designer kitchen, and the exterior with a pool that the kids took advantage of, and spectacular views made this a perfect retreat. . I can’t say enough about our hosts Nathalie and Herve they were kind, gracious and so helpful when we had questions. We recommend this home to anyone who wants to take advantage of living close to Roussillon. The walk into town was just over 1 kilometre and made for a nice morning walk to pick up croissants and bread!

Un séjour magnifique dans le Luberon

A proximité du village tout en ocre de Roussillon, la maison offre calme et confort. On y passe de la rêverie bercée par le chant des cigales à la partie de ping pong de fin d’après-midi. On y alterne quelques pages de lecture et des longueurs de piscine. Idéalement située, elle est un point de départ idéal pour de belles balades dans la région mais aussi pour partir à la découverte des curiosités du Lubéron. Et le soir, au soleil couchant, de la terrasse, on jouit d’une vue imprenable sur la nature environnante. Parfaitement aménagée, confort et équipement y font bon ménage. Une exigence émise par les propriétaires, toujours attentifs à améliorer les lieux. On s’y sent comme à la maison. Idéal pour les personnes en quête de séjours paisibles

Un endroit calme et charmant

Une très jolie maison, bien entretenue dans un environnement très calme et loin de la cohue et du bruit. Nous avons reçu un accueil charmant et très professionnel, rien n'est laissé au hasard par les propriétaires pour vous assurer un séjour confortable et agréable. La maison est très bien équipée, rien ne manque dans la cuisine ou dans les chambres. Tout est propre, et les personnes de l'agence qui fournit le support technique (accueil et départ) sont extrêmement aimables et diligentes. Nous y retournons l'été prochain...

Geschmackvoll und gut (Equipment) eingerichtetes, großzügiges Haus, sauber, in ruhiger Lage, mit schöner Außenanlage (u.a. sauberer gepflegter Pool, mit großer Gartenanlage, überdachter Essplatz sowie ein Terrassenplatz zum Frühstücken, Weber-Grill, Tischtennisplatte, Kamin+Holz, etc.) in äußerst reizvoller Umgebung: Ockergebiet mit wunderbaren geologischen Formationen und farbigen (mineralogischen) Aspekten: Von Grau über Gelb und Ocker bis Rot. In entsprechenden Farben präsentiert sich der Ort Rousillon (gute Restaurants und Geschäfte - touristisch!), wie auch das Haus; vom Terassenplatz (Frühstück) ein wunderschöner Blick auf einen in der Sonne leuchtenden, mehrfarbigen Ockerfels! Wir können das Haus sehr empfehlen!

Villa agréable et calme

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable dans la maison. Très bien située et à proximité de nombreux sites touristiques, elle est néanmoins au calme. La piscine est appréciable mais un peu fraîche en juin! Les prioritaires sont arrangeants et le suivi de la réservation jusqu'à l'arrivée parfait. Nous recommandons vivement cette location.

A perfect holiday destination in Provence

It's always wonderful when your holiday destination exceeds your expectations. Local friends of ours (from the Les Bons Voisins network)are the caretakers for this property, so we had "insider information" that it was of a good standard. Nothing however could have prepared us for walking round the side of the house on our arrival to see the pool, the terrace around the house, and the lovely shady eating out area all just waiting for us to enjoy! We never did eat inside at the lovely dining room table but always out by the pool we played table tennis, we swam, we sunbathed, and all with enough space for 5 adults and one baby to truly enjoy. The views, the local places to visit - it was all great. The contents of the house were lovely and truly provencal. We are going back next year!

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans le Luberon grâce ,entre autre,à la très jolie maison de Mr et Mme Brandt.Située dans un endoit très calme à six minutes à vélo du centre de Roussillon , meublée avec beaucoup de goût, elle est de plus très spacieuse, confortable et hyperfonctionnelle. Le charmant jardin,très étendu ,arboré (miam miam les figues et le raisin)et agrémenté d'une grande piscine avec son poolhouse et de tout le mobilier nécessaire ,est très agréable,à l'image de la maison. Un grand merci à nos hôtes,par ailleurs chaleureux et plein de sollicitude. Nous y retournerons sûrement

La photo de la maison reflète totalement la promesse qu'elle évoque : beauté, espace et calme absolu ! J'ajouterai que la piscine très grande et propre, le jardin arboré de 5700m2 ainsi que toutes les commodités font de ce lieu un havre de bien-être ! J'ai été très bien conseillée par les propriétaires, et je recommande à toutes les personnes qui recherchent l'excellence de louer cet espace !

A great house for holiday

Everything was delightful and tastefully done: nicely appointed, great outside space and functional kitchen. Gardens and pool area were lovely. A great house for children – pool, space to play, ping pong. Bedrooms are very comfortable. Great areas for dining inside and out. Area is wonderful for exploring Provence and close to many of the main sights and charming villages. There was a warm welcome and logistics were very easy. Best of all is the owner, Nathalie. Excellent property close to Rousillon village

This is a great and generous property very well situated about 1km from the village edge, in a secluded space with partial views of the famous cliffs in th distance. The house was very clean and all the facilities worked perfectly. The pool was great to keep the children entertained for hours, and there were nice little spaces throughout the gardens for adults to enjoy a quiet spot or to congregate. We also liked the table tennis table and there is sufficient room in the yard to throw a freesbee or play badminton. We made good use of the pool house area. Rooms were nice, with good sized bathrooms throughout. A thumbs up to the property management team, very friendly and accommodating. I will mention the driveway entrance was hard to find the first time. To summarize we thought it was an excellent property, very well situated to take advantage of the Luberon's many great sites and charms. You will not be disappointed.

DES VACANCES IDEALES DANS UNE MAISON DE REVE Nous (Grands-Parents, Parents et 4 petits-enfants) venons de vivre une quinzaine dans cette superbe villa de caractère provençal dans un décor idyllique d’un superbe jardin arboré avec gout. L’aménagement intérieur reflète le gout raffiné des propriétaires. De très beaux volumes d’habitation. Nous avons pu utiliser la piscine quotidiennement. Quant au pool-house avec sa terrasse ombragée nous a procuré de grands plaisirs pour nos repas. Nous avons été éblouis par la beauté des villages de la région. Des vacances idéales à Roussillon

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille dans cette belle villa, accueillante et chaleureuse. Quel plaisir de plonger dans la piscine dès le réveil entouré de nature et de calme, de se reposer avec un bon livre à l'ombre de la pergola près de l'eau bleue. Cet endroit est idéal pour se ressourcer, se détendre. Nous remercions à nouveau Nathalie Brandt et son mari pour leur accueil si chaleureux et généreux. Nous reviendrons bien volontiers.

Excellent séjour dans le Luberon

Comme grands-parents avec nos 4 petites-filles (de 11 à 14 ans) on a passé des jours inoubliables dans cette belle maison de caractère. Tout a été conforme à nos souhaits: la sérénité du lieu, le jardin en parfait harmonie avec la nature, les petits-déjeuners devant le "pool-house" avec splendide vue sur la piscine et les ocres du Pierroux, l'intérieur spacieux et très bien arrangé par les propriétaires avec beaucoup de goût, et enfin la magnifique piscine, où surtout les enfants se sont vraiment régalés! Belles et intéressantes promenades dans les alentours (le colorado de Rustrel, l'abbaye de Sénanque avec son paradis de lavandin, le fort de Buoux, les villages comme Oppède-le-Vieux, etc.). Agréable contact avec la propriétaire par mail et téléphone et un grand merci à Hélène pour l'acceuil chaleureux sur place! Karel et Hilda K.

Des vacances idéales dans une maison de rêve

La maison est idéalement située, pas très loin du beau village de Roussilon (800m environ) et entourée de verdure. Le pool-house avec sa terrasse ombragée et ses transats devant la piscine permet de profiter d'une très belle vue et de la piscine tout au long de journée. La maison est une contruction de qualité faite avec de beaux matériaux. Elle est grande, accueillante et dotée de tout le confort moderne. L'accueil qui nous a été réservé et les services offerts (linge, ménage...) nous ont permis de passer des vacances idylliques. Nous recommandons cette location et y reviendrons avec un grand plaisir!

Calme et tout confort

Très bon séjour dans cette charmante villa, nous avons pu passer les chaleurs caniculaires de ce mois de juillet 2013 au calme avec toute notre famille (4 enfants de 1 à 13 ans, 4 adultes grands parents et parents) en profitant de l'espace intérieur, du pool-house et de la piscine. Très belle région avec sur quelques km de nombreux villages répertoriés dans les plus beaux de France. Bon accueil, des propriétaires soucieux de la qualité de notre séjour. nous recommandons Sibylle et Pierre
