On-site amenities includes modern clubhouse with gym, swimming pool, Jacuzzi, water slides and tennis court, on-site restaurant. Free Fiber WiFi and cable tv, enclosed patio with lounging chairs and outdoor dining settings. Inside come with contemporary furnishings, open and full kitchen with granite counter top, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, blender. Free parking!

Fun Spot and Old Town, restaurants, stores , and a supermarket are within walking distance.

Not What I expected

The only communication I had was by email. I had problems with both TVs. After about the 6th email response I just gave up. We had no washcloths and no hand towels. There were only two liquid soap dispensors. None in the main bathroom or kitchen. Nothing for washing dishes either by hand or dishwasher. Coffee pot didn't work properly. The light switches in bathrooms didn't work properly. Microwave handle came off and the tub in the main bathroom's stopper was broken. Stains on the carpet and the walls were very marked up. Annoying beeping sound from the alarm system. Couldn't figure out how to stop that. On the back screened in porch there was a large green spot of algae. And to top it all off when we brought out the snacks at the table sugar ants came out and were all over the kitchen. Hard to see because they were so tiny and black. Freaked my granddaughter out. Would also have someone check the chairs to the dining room table. I believe if anybody heavy sat in them they may break. back of the chairs didn't seem to sturdy. We were very disappointed. I've used VRBO for several years now and after this last stay I'm not so sure I will use it again. Thanks, Cathy

Nice owner but needs to accurately describe property

The location is very convenient for visiting Disney properties and the pool area is as advertised. But this particular rental unit is not currently in the shape or condition as advertised and the owner would be wise to either update the listing or ramp up the unit. It definitely has potential but some work needs to be done to gussy up the place and give it a more comfortable feel. Also, not sure why the hot tub and cable tv service weren’t functioning but that is on the owner to fix or remove them from the listing. Jiggling batteries is not a good solution offer for renters.

Inaccurate Listing

Inaccurate listing. The outside hot tub was broken down and the owner knew it. She blamed it on previous renters. But, had taken no steps to remediate. The lock box was “dead” so we couldn’t get in. The owner had a back up solution but, after traveling all day, it was stressful taking a half hour communicating with her to get into the building. She asked if my husband would replace the batteries for her. The inside of the home was very dirty. The air conditioning wasn’t turned on and the home had an old foul smell. The walls had marks/dirt everywhere. The living room furnishings had large stains. There were ants on the dining room table and in the living room. We worked to find an acceptable solution to stay. Unfortunately, with all the fees charged, it cost over $500.00 to stay one night. After years of using online services to stay in privately owned homes, We found leaving the property after approximately 12 hours and headed for a 4.5 star hotel. I would not stay in this condo unit again.

Fabulous place close to parks

Wonderful, clean place with plenty to keep the kids entertained at the pool. Close to both Disney and Universal Studios. Would definitely stay there again and recommend to friends. Thank you for a wonderful week!

Safe Gated Resort

The best part of this rental was how quickly the owner responded to our questions and concerns. The townhouse was as advertised in the pictures however, in the second bedroom the window treatment kept on falling off its velcro and the blinds would not go up or down. This caused a problem with the sunlight coming in the wee hours in the morning. The second biggest issue was the leak in the hose under the sink. It become our responsibility to ensure the tub was emptied on a daily basis, We were there for a month so this was an unexpected chore. The location was perfect for our needs with extra parking and the lanai was a bonus, especially with the privacy it provided. Overall, the experience was a good one.

Great Trip

Property was just as advertised. Pool area was very large and kept very clean. Surprisingly quiet being so close to Old Town amusement park. Great place for families to stay. Would definitely stay here again!
