Note: There is a spiral staircase leading to the loft, and 3 flights of stairs to the unit itself. 1 car per unit is allowed in an unassigned, paved and uncovered parking lot. Other unit amenities include 2 indoor hot tubs and onsite laundry facility.

This property is just steps for the free shuttle stop. Guests have easy access to the slope and can choose to take the bus to the gondola or the bus directly to the base of Peak 10. This location offers the best of both worlds, walk to restaurants, shops, and bars and a short ride to the slopes.

PARKING: Parking in Breckenridge is strictly enforced. To avoid towing or a ticket adhere to posted signs and parking allocations at all times. If you need additional parking for more cars, paid overnight parking is provided by the Town of Breckenridge in two areas of town, 1) south of town at the Stephen West Ice Arena and 2) north of town (also accepts RVs and trailers) at the Airport Road satellite parking lot.

What to be aware of:
- 3 flights of stairs to top-level unit (but its a top-level unit!)
- The spiral staircase to loft can be a bit tight, but is perfect for kids!
