This is not an all-inclusive and all food and beverages are purchased by you along with the Executive Chef at the grocery store in sealed containers.

The villa is staffed with a chef, maid and landscaping team. The villa has its own pool, free wifi and a 100 yd walk from the exotic Eden Roc Beach Club pool. The villa has an expanded patio and gazebo and sits between the 16th and 17th hole of the Punta Espada Golf Club -- the Caribbean and Mexico's #1 golf course as voted by Golfweek for the last two years. It has hosted 3 PGA golf tournaments. A number of celebrities have stayed at the villa including Denzel Washington, Jennifier Lopez, David Ortiz, Fred Couples and many more too numerous to name. The resort is filled with wonderful restaurants and sports a world-class marina. But if eating out is not your thing, just give your executive chef your eating preference and he will prepare your exact multiple course meal. Fishing, golfing, tennis, cycling or running are fun things to do at the villa. Four bedrooms are luxurious overlooking the ocean -- 3 br have two queens each and a day bed (couch that turns into a single bed) and the fourth br has a king and a day bed. It is ideal for two or three families to share.

Tennis: The resort has a number of hard tru tennis courts

Fishing: Fish off the shores and catch 20 lb snook. Bring it back to your villa and ask the chef to prepare it for you or charter a boat and fish for sail fish, shark and mahi mahi.

Beach: The very private Eden Roc Beach Club has been described by some as the most beautiful beach in the world. Enjoy waiter service all day as you rest and relax and entrance is free with the rental of our villa because we are members. Non-members and guests of non-members are not allowed.

Restaurants: The resort has a number of restaurants to be enjoyed.

Casino: Take a short cab ride (35 min) to the nearby casino (Hard Rock) or a 10 minute cab to the marina for a smaller casino.
