Covering an area of 140 m2 on 2 levels, this fully air-conditioned villa has a large living room with American kitchen-bar and mezzanine lounge upstairs. Beautiful volumes with large bay windows with electric shutters opening onto the terraces and the park. 3 bedrooms: 1 on the ground floor and 2 upstairs (sleeps 6 total) with 2 bathrooms and 2 separate toilets. Many closets. Parking spaces, Secure gate. POOL FROM JULY 2019
Swimming pool for exclusive use of tenants under construction in front of the house. The swimming pool will be available from JULY 2019

Vi trivdes mycket bra med boendet. Läget var utmärkt, med relativ närhet både till stranden och till Saint-Tropez, och det gick enkelt att cykla dit. Värdparet var dessutom generösa och erbjöd cyklar till hela familjen.Vi uppskattade det fina poolområdet, boulebanan och den rymliga terrassen där vi kunde njuta av våra måltider utomhus. Köket var mycket välutrustat, vilket passade oss perfekt eftersom vi gärna lagar och äter middag hemma emellanåt.Värdparet var mycket vänliga, hjälpsamma och tillmötesgående. Samtidigt var de respektfulla och visade stor hänsyn till vårt behov av avskildhet, vilket gjorde att vi kände oss både välkomna och bekväma under hela vistelsen.
