This contemporary construction is located in a family park. Covering an area of 140 m2 on 2 levels, this fully air-conditioned villa has a large living room with American kitchen-bar and mezzanine lounge upstairs. Beautiful volumes with large bay windows with electric shutters opening onto the terraces and the park. 3 bedrooms: 1 on the ground floor and 2 upstairs (sleeps 6 total) with 2 bathrooms and 2 separate toilets. Many closets. Parking spaces, Secure gate. POOL FROM JULY 2019
