This new built 2 bedroom home is positioned on a pondside with a veranda directly backing onto a tranquil pond and bushland where you can enjoy a bbq with views and soak in the sun. Open plan living area, tiled floors and carpeted bedrooms. Stylish bathroom, hideaway laundry.
Just minutes walk to the town centre and Rails to Trails Walk/Cycle Trail, Barrett St Weir, 8 mins drive to Margaret River Golf Club, 10 mins drive to Margaret River mouth & Surfers Point.
Comfortable for 4 people, fully self contained modern Duplex. Perfect location in the heart of Margaret River and walking distance to most amenities.
Please note to accommodate a larger group, "Ohana A" is available for booking, please feel free to enquire
Basic Guest starter kit supplied (approx 2 days worth of toilet paper, kitchen supplies etc)
Please note a damage deposit of $300 is due when booking and a photo ID
Both must be sent prior to receiving arrival details

What a great property in the heart of Margaret River. My family loved the property and was the prefect base to explore the South West - couldn't recommend enough, we'll be staying here from now on!

Holiday down south

Deceivingly large on the inside from what it looks like on the outside. Large living and kitchen area with high ceilings. Very spacious. Wonderful outlook onto small lake from the balcony

Rainy Weekend in Margs

Great property for our girls weekend away. Very clean and comfortable. The weather was awful so Saturday afternoon was spent in the house watching movies and eating! The house was warm and cosy and perfect for this. Everything we needed.

Tired and lacking maintenance

The property was tired. No coffee machine, only 2 red wine glasses, outside furniture tatty and broken. Main bathroom sink blocked. Outside Bin overflowing. No board games. Not worth the money compared to other properties in the area.

Comfortable beds, well equipped property. The location is great. Quiet in the evening, walking distance to town centre. Bathrooms and kitchen very clean which I loved. We will definitely recommend this property and we will definitely return.

Ohana B Stay- April 2021

Ohana B is a great little house right in the heart of Margaret River. It is beautiful and modern with a lovely view out over a lake. The house was very clean and tidy, and was only a short walk to the main strip of town. Would definitely stay again!
