Milla's Vineyard Estate private property centrally located in the Hunter Valley

Milla's Vineyard Estate is an impressive estate centrally located in Pokolbin, the heart of the Hunter Valley wine country. Close to major vineyards, restaurants and concert venues. The private 25 acre Vineyard Estate is perched high with 270 degree fantastic views over landscaped gardens, swimming pool, vineyards and rolling hills with a view of the Barrington Mountain Ranges in the distance.

This spacious estate can accommodate up to 10 guests comfortably. The main house has three queen bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom and two bathrooms. All bedrooms have direct access to the wrap around verandah with spectacular views. Situated 10 meters from the main house is the "Hen House" (which can be booked for 9 or more guests) a gorgeous beautifully styled queen bed studio room with a small private deck and separate bathroom located a few steps outside of the studio.

The house boasts a large entertainer's kitchen with stainless steel appliances, free-flowing indoor and outdoor living areas, a refreshing 12 metre salt water swimming pool, ducted reverse cycle air-conditioning, separate TV room, large dining and lounge area with an open fire place making it the perfect location to spend time with family and friends.

Milla's Vineyard Estate is the perfect base for your time in the Hunter Valley to enjoy great vineyards, fabulous food or even a game of golf at Cypress Lakes or the Vintage. You can find out more about us on the millasvineyard website.

TARIFF 2025

WEEKEND RATES (2 night minimum, any 2 nights from Thursday-Monday)

4 BEDROOM CONFIGURATION
The nightly weekend rate for up to 6 guests is $995 per night (2 night minimum). Extra guests are charged at $130 per person per night. Children 12 years and under are charged at $100 per child per night. Infants under 2 are free.

5 BEDROOM CONFIGURATION
The nightly weekend rate for up to 10 guests is $1515 per night (2 night minimum).

MIDWEEK BOOKINGS and LONGER STAYS
Please contact us for a quote. Discounts are available on midweek stays and longer stays of 4 nights and over.

NOTES
Weekend Public Holiday bookings a minimum of 3 nights stay at full weekend rate.

Generally, the accommodation was good, however a couple of things to note: When reading the listing on Stayz it indicated a 5-bedroom property with 4 bathrooms. When I spoke to the owner regarding accessing the property she asked: did I book the whole place or just the main house. I didn't understand that the house was not the whole property. When we arrived, the main house had 4 bedrooms and only two bathrooms. This was disappointing as it was not what we expected. There was also just one towel provided for each guest can I suggest adding hand towel for hair drying and pool towels. The pool was fine though could have used a clean, the cleaner came the day we were checking out this could be resolved with an automatic cleaner.

It's the little things

Milla's was a truly relaxing stay. The house is stocked with everything you could want and then some. Milla adds the most beautiful little touches that made this stay perfect. Kitchen comes completely stocked with great appliances, pots, pans, coffee machines, knives that work etc. There's plenty of seating for everyone, the wrap around deck is the perfect place to spend your afternoon looking over the amazing views. We're already planning our return.

Tuscany Feeling in the Hunter Valley - beautiful

We were looking for a cozy and relaxing place for 10 friends to enjoy the long Easter Weekend together. It was just perfect. The house is beautifully situated up a hill above a vineyard with spectacular country views. The rooms are beautiful, we loved in particular the lounge room and the well equipped entertainer kitchen. The setting around the pool was perfect to enjoy a dip in first in the morning, followed by a lovely breakfast on the deck - and the same again for dinner. You don't want to leave! Wineries are all in close distance.

Ideal Location and Idyllic Property

Milla's is a beautiful place to stay with everything you could need right at your fingertips. Booking, location and stay could not have been easier and would recommend to stay here if you are considering something different in the Valley to your usual hotel stays.

Comfortable stay in the Hunter Valley. Plenty of space and bedding. Older heritage style home, but would benefit from some updates such as a living room area that opens up to the balcony and view.

Wonderful

The only criticism of the Milla’s Vineyard was that our time there was too short. We had a wonderful weekend enjoying the seclusion of the property yet it’s proximity to restaurants and vineyards. The house is beautifully clean and extremely comfortable. ‘Would love to come back. Thank You

What a view!

We had such a beautiful time at this property. Me and my girlfriends loved every minute of lounging in the pool and gazing out at that beautiful view. The property was clean, had everything we needed, and was in the perfect spot for us to start exploring the wineries. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Milla’s Vineyard is a family owned Estate in the Hunter Valley, encompassing a beautiful holiday rental property and a private vineyard.
We came across this amazing place during one of our many visits to the Hunter Valley. My husband, James, and I both have a passion for wine and during our travels all over the world we would always include visits to various beautiful wine regions. Perhaps, I did not quite picture myself with a vineyard growing up in Sweden with no vineyards around, but for James, who grew up surrounded by vineyards in the Western Cape in South Africa and whose father worked in the wine industry both in Europe and South Africa, it was very natural.
Milla’s Vineyard Estate and the Hunter Valley has become a very special place for us and our family. The more we learn about viticulture and wine making the more we like to explore. We love spending time here with family and friends all year round. During the short winter pruning window, great gatherings of family and friends can be observed tending the leafless vines, ensuring their vigorous growth and output for the upcoming season. As the sun sinks beyond the vast horizon, the weary pruners drink a toast to comradery and the slopes with a glass of Shiraz excellence; smooth and spicy, with delicious tangs of mulberry and raspberry.
