Vigilantes de la playa es ideal para la escapada perfecta. Se trata de una moderna casa de 3 dormitorios situada en Penneshaw con vistas al agua y al otro lado a la parte continental. Un balcón le permite sentarse fuera y disfrutar de las vistas. El dormitorio principal tiene su propio balcón privado.
Hay caminatas cerca, así como canchas de tenis públicas y para los niños un parque de patinaje de reciente construcción. La casa está situada en una tranquila calle sin salida, posición muy seguro para los niños para jugar, con zona de barbacoa al aire libre precioso y espacio para moverse. The view from Baywatch is absolutely incredible - we saw a kangaroo as soon as we pulled in, woke up to dolphins the next morning, and enjoyed a couple of days of beautiful weather and a peaceful environment. The walk to/from town is quick and easy (though there is a bit of an uphill at the end!), And our hosts were even able to arrange for transport to/from the ferry with all of our luggage! We slept comfortably every night and could not have had a better start to our Australian vacation!

We loved out stay at Baywatch in Penneshaw. The perfect location as a base for our week on Kangaroo Island. The views are amazing and there was everything we need for a fantastic family holiday - we will be back!

Best holiday ever

Perfect location overlooking the beach in Penneshaw. We saw dolphins cruising by every day. Close to shops, cafes, great swimming beach for the kids.

Remarkable views

Baywatch is well laid out with all the items you expect in a home – some were “vintage” but functional. The views from inside and the balcony are marvellous. We saw blue wrens on the balcony, wallabies hopping across the front yard, dolphins in the water in front and round to the bay to the east. We would happily stay there again.

Very Relaxing!!

love the nature same the House very relaxing everynight we have visitor a wallyby! Had Big rain during our stay We was amaze how the owner rang just to ask how we doing if my family are ok in the island!! will be back next year in same house 2018!!!

View is as promised but house is tired and broken in places. Most importantly it is dirty. Cold blue power saving lightbulbs destroy evening lighting atmosphere.

I loved our stay at Baywatch, the house was well set up with everything you need. The beds were comfy and the sprawling windows took full advantage of the gorgeous oceanviews. Would definitely stay again!

Awesome view!

This place has a great location and yard space, however the house itself needs some upgrading and Tweaks. I am confident that if a few minor changes were made, this house would be even more appealing. The only air con in the house was in the main living area - and with a hot week of weather the bedrooms were really hot! Yes, there was a pedestal fan in each room which did not really help, but this house would certainly benefit from a ceiling van in ALL bedrooms. There was no pantry - so we had to keep all our food for the week up on the bench tops. The shower would have benefited perhaps from a non-slip mat on the floor, especially for the kids - and potentially an update of shower curtain, as mould on the bottom. The laundry baskets and clothes horse were broken, so probably time to update. The bunks in the Third bedroom were on a slant, so I was not confident putting my kids on the top - but the mattresses on the bottom were foam and very thin! I can see that if there were a few minor updates to this property - it would be the perfect place to keep coming back to. The location was fantastic and walking distance to Penneshaw shops and the amazing beach.

Lovely getaway house

The house was in a perfect location. There was plenty of space for 8 people. Only downside was the foam mattress in the bunk bed room.

Not value for money

Beds not made (sheets left on the line) and very old linen; no towels provided. No basic soaps, d/w detergent, laundry powder and not enough toilet paper. Cards left on floor in bedroom and dead flies on carpet in lounge room (not very clean). Not good value for price.

I had made an arrangement with Deborah that she would supply her own bedlinen and towels at Baywatch. The details of this are clearly logged in my diary. The customer had changed her booking 3 times so may have forgotten that arrangement. The linen that was used from the line was not for this group. We do not expect our guests to make own beds unless they agree to supply their own bedlinen, which is why they were unmade. I'm sorry that you misunderstood our communication as it would have made your stay more pleasurable. As I am a Superhost with another Holiday site I can assure any future guests wanting to visit Baywatch that we do our utmost to give great service.

Perfect location

Beautiful property with the most stunning views! A great base for exploring the island as well as being in a town with good facilities! The house is well provisioned, though perhaps the clothes airer could have been larger. This wouldn’t have been a problem had the weather been so variable. Lovely wee house, and we would definitely stay again!
