Gymea House features six beautifully appointed bedrooms, perfect for up to 13 guests. Five of the bedrooms include luxurious king beds that can be split into singles to suit your needs, each with a private bathroom or en-suite for added convenience. The sixth bedroom, ideal for children, includes a bunk bed with a double on the bottom and a single on top. Please note, the kids' room does not have a private bathroom or en-suite.

This stunning property boasts a large gourmet kitchen and dining area, two spacious living areas complete with a visual/audio entertainment system featuring Netflix and Foxtel, and a cozy gas fireplace for cooler evenings. Ceiling fans and air conditioning ensure year-round comfort.

Step outside to discover the private swimming pool and heated spa, complemented by an alfresco entertaining area with a BBQ, perfect for enjoying outdoor meals and gatherings. Guests also have access to the property’s NEW on-site fitness centre and sauna, as well as the tennis court and clubhouse for added leisure activities.

This rate is inclusive of six bedrooms and up to 13 guests. For larger groups, up to two additional trundle beds can be added at an extra cost.

Everything about this stay was 5 stars. The home, the facilities, the location and the beautiful managers were all fabulous. We celebrated Christmas with our extended family and there was ample space for everyone. The home is so private and thoughtfully laid out that we all had space to retreat if needed. The pool and spa were a big hit with the adults and kids alike.We will be back!

Secluded beauty

We needed a quiet place for a few days and this lovely home ticked all the boxes. Pool is gorgeous, spa amazing, tennis just down the hill. Extra effort to provide privacy for the homes on large country estate. The house was well planned and comfortable. The garage level to upstairs, spotless, and large enough open back of car whiile door is closed. Views lovely over bushland on steep hill. Only negative is that we didn't bring our friends or family. Would be a great escape for a gathering. Plenty of space for a large group. Adam and Simone friendly and efficient.

Great house with most rooms having ensuite. We enjoyed the pool, spa, gym and sauna.The property also had walking tracks which really connected you to nature.Adam and Sean were great hosts. Ensuring that we had a comfortable stay.

Nature hideaway

An amazing property set in a tranquil setting. I highly recommend this property to anyone who gets the chance to stay here. Plus Adam the manager is extremely nice and helpful...which was the icing on the cake.

Perfect stay for our family

Adam and Simone the property managers were more than accommodating for us and our needs. The house size , pool and spa was great. A few little maintenance issues that were handled promptly. Will definitely be returning.

Stunning location, house was beautiful, Rod was a fantastic host.

Myself and a few of my closest friends spent 3 nights in the Gymea House over the New Years period. We were absolutely blown away by the house and surrounds. The house was sparkling clean, the kitchen, bedrooms and living spaces were spacious and had everything you could imagine and more! It felt like a proper retreat and we had the most wonderful time. Rod was a lovely and friendly host. He was very easy to communicate with and made us feel very welcome. We will definitely be back again later in the year! Thanks again Rod and the team at Noonaweena.

Amazing property

We had an amazing time at this property. With such a large group it's easy to feel closed in on holidays but with such a spacious house we all felt as though we had our own private retreat. Having the pool and spa as well made for an amazing time for the kids who stayed in the water all day. The house is filled with almost every single item that you need making it even more wonderful. Thank you to Rod and Maureen for taking the time to answer all our questions and to be of assistance when we needed help!!
