Located in desired North Beach just steps up takes you into this newly renovated, private high-end flat on the 2nd floor. The stairs are 5 steps to a platform then another 5 steps.

The living room is open with a comfy couch and a nice large Flat screen TV.
The full kitchen has all you need to cook, plus counter seating for 3 and also a kitchen table that can seat 4 adults. The counter tops are quartz, and the floors are ceramic tiles in soft coastal colors. Nice artwork compliments the living room and it's a nice place to bring your small pooch along with the family for vacation. The street is wide, and people are friendly. The place offers a full bathroom located between the bedrooms. The windows let in lots of natural light and the location is top.
