Welcome to New Smyrna Beach a beautiful barrier Island with 13 miles of pristine wide, white sandy beaches. We have a drive and no drive section of the beach. It is so beautiful that the island is enclosed by a national park to the south and a state park to the north with an abundance of activities and special events or just enjoy relaxing at the beach in this cozy seaside town.
Now you just need the right place to stay, and you've found it.
This 2-bedroom 1 bath home has been newly renovated and is a beautiful beach side house located just under a minute walk to the beach and 3 streets over from historical Flagler Avenue which offers special fun events, plus restaurants, and unique shops. Located in desired North Beach just steps up takes you into this newly renovated, private high-end flat on the 2nd floor. The stairs are 5 steps to a platform then another 5 steps.

The living room is open with a comfy couch and a nice large Flat screen TV.
The full kitchen has all you need to cook, plus counter seating for 3 and also a kitchen table that can seat 4 adults. The counter tops are quartz, and the floors are ceramic tiles in soft coastal colors. Nice artwork compliments the living room and it's a nice place to bring your small pooch along with the family for vacation. The street is wide, and people are friendly. The place offers a full bathroom located between the bedrooms. The windows let in lots of natural light and the location is top.
Come on down and enjoy this new beach side rental just steps from the ocean.

Nice beach

Nice beach, but the way this place is listed is confusing. This upper apartment has 13 stairs to get in., not 6. Two bedroom, sleeps four. Furnace didn’t work when we got there. Air conditioner quit working and so did the dryer. Lots of problems for a “newer” place. Need something talk to Dan. Left early because of Coronavirus.

Hi we had called a company to check all and what you keep calling the furnace is a normal central air-conditioning unit . It was 68 at night and during the day in the 70's . I was in the apt and it was super comfortable with the weather we had. The AC was fixed the same day we were called but no one here puts the AC on at 70' Temps you would have to lower AC to the 60's! The breaker went out so the dryer had no problem we just turned the breaker on. The stairs are not even what one would call 1/2 flight. We had a 80 year old man in the place before you and he had no problems. He had a dog and walked him a lot. It is a new rental steps to the ocean your review is not being fair and we think your 4 stars show that. Sorry about this virus if it scared you to go home early but that has nothing to do with this cute rental. You wanted a Lazy boy, a computer table etc. Owners post pictures to show what the place has. If you wanted that type of furniture you should have booked a home that offers that. It's a 2 bedroom. 1 bath with living room and open kitchen This island area is very safe and with only 27000 locals very safe compared to a big city. Many of our guests stayed from winter to continue to enjoy our open beach, awesome take out restaurants and the sunshine and a great place to hunker down.
