Estarás a solo un par de cientos de yardas de la playa. Ubicado en el lado oeste de A1A. La casa es de 3 dormitorios y 2 baños (un piso sin escaleras), cocina grande y área de comedor para preparar una buena comida después de un día en la playa. Gran sala tiene un Smart TV con conexión WiFi y antena HD. Dos sofás (uno se saca a una cama Queen) y una silla y una otomana. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king size y vestidor, amplio armario, baño con ducha. La segunda habitación tiene una cama queen y vestidor. La tercera habitación cuenta con 2 juegos de literas, solo para niños (límite de peso de 160 lb). Hay una parrilla de gas para cocinar. Se proporcionan sábanas, toallas, sillas de playa y una nevera. Solo traiga sus trajes de baño.

This property is as posted and it is maintained consistently. I’ve been 4 years in a row now and my family loves staying here. Darrel is helpful and responsive to any requests. There’s plenty of space and it’s close to the 18th street beach access.

A hidden gem in New Smyrna

With multiple beach access points within walking distance this property is one of the best to avoid the crowded public ramps and parking lots in New Smyrna while still being close enough to downtown shops and restaurants. It is also only a short drive from the end of the beach where you can park and watch launches from Cape Canaveral day or night.

Location, Location, Location

This is our 5th year stay in NSB. We know the value of staying close to the beach since we usually stay for 4-5 weeks. This house was perfect for us in that it was clean, had 3 bedrooms 2 baths, was recently renovated, comfortably appointed and had beachy decorations. The kitchen was large, fully stocked with utensils and appliances, Bathrooms were new, water pressure was awesome- the Master bath has a huge, tiled shower with a rain shower head and hand spray. The king beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows, we never used the bunk beds in the third BR but they looked comfy too. So, we loved the house with the beach across the street! The garage had 5 bikes, 6 chairs, coolers, a wagon, beach toys - and a new grill (we used it a lot). Bring an umbrella for the sun!Here's the only drawback- the exterior side and rear yards were unkempt and unusable. We normally would beach for a few hours then come back to lounge outside, but there was no place to do that. A table with chairs are not really comfortable for that. We were unlucky in that they are in full renovation next door but it wasn't too intrusive. The owner was very reactive to our messages, seems like a nice, reasonable guy. We had no issues while there to address, everything was easy to understand. This property is a strong 4.5 with only the exterior holding it back. Perfect for short stays, kids and family! Overall it was a positive stay for us!

Spring break getaway

We had the most wonderful time in New Smyrna! The property was perfectly located close to the beach! My son loved riding the bikes and everything was very clean and newly renovated! Can’t wait to return!!

Celebrating 70

Cleaning lady did arrive until 1hour before we could get in. Place was very dusty & didn’t smell clean. Tile in bathroom need fixing. All windows and seals are dirty with bugs. Can see out kitchen window. Overall the place is beautiful! Just needs good cleaning.

Great Trip to the Beach

Our family of 6 had a great time. Being right across from the beach makes it very easy to have a relaxing time away. Everything was clean and well maintained.

Nice beach house

Very clean and comfortable. Easy to find and easy to check in/out. House had everything you need other than food. Even had some spices. Short 5 min walk to the beach. Could use a refresh on the beach toys, but bikes were an extra bonus.

This home is beautiful and has everything you would need for the beach and otherwise. We will definitely be staying again. There are lots of games for down time and plenty of beach supplies. You wont regret staying here.

came down for bike week, rode all day , hung out in the house after dark, didn’t goto beach but it was only a block away & all supplies were available. If we come back again, we’ll check to see it this place is available

Nice dog-friendly rental in New Smyrna!

We were very pleasantly surprised when we walked into this place. It was spacious, well-appointed, & very nicely decorated. It was super clean & comfortable. It was stocked with everything we needed & more. We had a small issue with the plumbing that needed to be addressed. The owner responded immediately & addressed the issue promptly. You can't ask for anything more than that! We would stay there again. The only thing to be aware of is that it's on a busy road.

Awesome stay

Home was clean and very well kept. From inside the home you cannot hear traffic noise. So don’t worry about the proximity to A1A. The beach is definitely within walking distance. Great place! Would stay again

Beach Beauty

Family of 5 visiting NSB for a mid-November break. This home is in a perfect location with easy access to all local venues, especially the beach. Provided amenities included beach equipment, adult bikes, BBQ grill, and much more. Highly recommend this home and the very personable and attentive host.

Nice beach house

Overall property is very nice. Only thing was I thought there was a spa/ hot tub on the property. Also the ceiling fans were dirty. Also the Air conditioner goes up to 79 in the middle of the night

Summer Family Vacation

This was my second year staying here. Darryl is always very helpful and responsive to our needs. The property is always clean and as pictured. I love how close it is to the beach. It’s not too far from Orlando, Kissimmee, or several other attractions in Florida. My son said it best. “It’s nice of this family to share their home with us so we can have a fun vacation”. Until next summer!!!

Great Getaway Spot

Although this lovely 3-bedroom/2-bathroom home is not on the beach, the beach is just across the street which is so convenient. It’s a quick drive to all of the shops, restaurants, and bars on Flagler Avenue, and Publix is just around the corner. It’s a great location and a beautiful vacation home. We’ll definitely be booking again in the future.

This property was amazing, had everything we needed and great access to the beach. Lots of room to spread out if some in your family needs their own space. We will definitely plan to stay here again. Good NSB duplex, one caution

After looking back at other exceptional reviews, I think we must have arrived after a recent renter smoked inside the home. Sadly, it was smoky. I hate to mention this because booking and check-in were great. The house is conveniently located and updated (I would replace the brown carpet soon). Don't pass on this property, but reach out to the owner before booking and ask about deep cleaning due to smoke if that's a concern for you.

My family loves spending time at New Smyrna Beach, I grew up in Daytona and wanted to be near the beach again without the craziness of the Daytona Beach crowd.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

Being located on A1A in New Smyrna Beach makes it a short drive or bike ride to Flagler Ave. shopping and dinning . Just 30 min. to Daytona speedway. and 1.20 hr from all the great theme parks in Orlando. New Smyrna has great local restaurants and breweries. The Canaveral National Seashore is just 7.3 miles to the south of us on A1A. Great fishing charters and places to rent a boat or paddle boards for the day are close by. Walk just a couple of blocks south to Izzies and grab some Tacos and Ice Cream.
