WE really enjoyed the downstairs gathering space for games and meals. The fireplace did a great job of keeping up cozy at night while adding some ambience. The location near starved rock hiking was spectacular, We enjoyed starry nights and fall colors.

It was a very comfortable environment. It was quiet and we enjoyed our family time. We had everything we needed to cook with. The beds were confortable, and walk jn shower was very convenient. Highly recommended

The place is huge! Lots of room if you have a large group. The kitchen is very big and was fully stocked with pots and pans, plates and glasses, utensils, etc.

Great location for exploring Starved Rock State Park

My family had a great time here. Close to everything we wanted to do! Hiking, water park, local towns. Would definitely stay here again.

Loved the villa! Great accommodations and amenities!!! Ivan, our host, was super responsive to my communications and so friendly! Knowing this was a mini honeymoon for us, he left us a card and a bottle of champagne. How nice. Highly recommend!

The lodge was very spacious and just as beautiful as the pictures! Check in and check out was easy. We had plenty space at the table for 6 of us to sit around and play games and catch up.

This place was wonderful! The location couldn't have been better. Very close to all the parks and restaurants. The condo had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable. This place is suitable for couples as well as families. I would definitely recommend it and I can't wait to go back.

Short Summer Stay with Kids and Grandkids

Very comfy accommodations with everything we needed for relaxing with adult kids and grandkids. The resort has a waterpark, mini golf and playground we took advantage of. Starved Rock State Park is just across the highway with great hiking trails, historic lodge and restaurant. Lots of local cafes, gift shops, and coffeehouses to shop as well. We had a very nice stay and would highly recommend. Than you!

We love the outdoors, hiking, and anything to do with mother nature. We both live close by in Peru, IL. and we have been going to Starved Rock to hike our entire lives. When the opportunity came to own a place near Starved Rock we quickly jumped on it. Our goal is to share the natural beauty that the area has to offer and give you the best accommodation possible while doing it.
