Welcome! This beautiful and recently renovated 3Br/2Ba townhome comfortably sleeps 9. It features a brand new private hot tub, fully equipped kitchen, BBQ, fireplace, cable, wifi and many other hotel-like amenities. There is a common area pool and free parking as well! Away from the village noise, but just steps from all the action! It`s a short 8-minute walk to the main Ski Lift or you can take the free shuttle. Only a 3-minute walk to the grocery store/marketplace/Whistler Village.
The space This large and private townhouse has everything you need for a fantastic Whistler escape! Completely new private hot tub as well! Free and secure underground parking and bike storage for the duration of your visit.

The open living area on the main floor with dining, living, kitchen and deck is set up perfectly for everyone to enjoy their vacation together. All 3 bedrooms are on the top floor with 2 additional private decks facing the mountains/trees.
Great for families and small children, we`ve installed a baby gate at the stairwell of the main living area.
Fireplace, wifi and cable all included.
Private hot tub on the top deck! Common area heated pool and hot tub open year-round.
8-minute walk to Skiers Plaza (the main base of Whistler and Blackcomb Mountain).
Guest access The entire 3 level townhouse will be available for your use!

Interaction with guests I`m a dedicated host who provides guests their privacy but is available whenever needed.
The Neighborhood Sunpath is located right across the street from Whistler`s Main Village. Everything you need will be within walking distance. Be at the heart of all the action without any of the village noise!
Getting around Once you arrive you can walk anywhere you need to go. Skiers Plaza at the base of Whistler & Blackcomb Mountain is a short 8-minute walk. The marketplace, with grocery store is only 3 minutes away. There is also a free and clean shuttle bus service to get you around the village/to the lifts as an alternative to walking.

Clean, comfortable, amazing location. Our first time visiting Whistler and it was the perfect place to stay. I recommend staying here without hesitation. We would happily stay again.
Highly recommend! Only a few minor inconveniences that were dealt with right away. Location is wonderful, the place has everything you will need and overall an amazing stay. We will definitely be booking again.

This property is perfectly situated in the village. It was very clean, comfortable and spacious. The hosts were excellent and had very clear communication.
This is the place to pick for a family ski vacation.
1) waking to the gondola and lifts;
2) walking to all the restaurants and shops
3) clean, modern place with everything you need - 3) bedrooms and 2 bath; washer/dryer; functional kitchen with pans, spices;
4) jacuzzi of the main bedroom which was a huge plus
5) great communication with property with easy access to get in and out

Nicely renovated recently. Walking distance to the village and the private hot tub is great! Highly recommend this townhouse. It is 3 levels so if stairs are a problem than this isn’t for you.
The location is perfect in walking distance of amenities.
The condo itself is modern and well supplied. We were a bit surprised by the absence of AC. A plus was the hot tub on the balcony and BBQ. However, the balconies were not clean which prevented us from sitting outside. Overall it allowed us to spend a good time in family.

Thank you Aurore, pleased you enjoyed the location walking distance from everything. There are fans provided in every room to help keep the home cool. Thank you for letting me know about the balconies, I would have sent the cleaners back should I have known they were not up to the usual high cleanliness standards!
Property was great: clean & provided with everything we needed (except Kleenex, a really minor nit). One screen door wouldn't close, but management was very responsive in fixing it the next day (we called it in just the night before; we thought that was great response for a non-emergency fix).
About the only real negatives were structural. The master bedroom had a low roofline cutting into the room, so we banged our heads a few times, especially at night, until getting used to that.
Be aware, that like most condos in the area, there isn't any air conditioning. That usually won't matter, but the week we were there, it was very hot. There were several fans there to help out, but another one or two would have helped. Also, it was a little odd that to get to the private hot tub, you have to walk through the master bedroom.
All in all, it was a very good place for us (grandparents), our son and his wife, and two grandkids, for a summer visit.
As advertised the location is perfect - very close to the village, but just enough outside of it that it wasn't noisy. (Anyone staying in one of the main village areas would encounter a lot of noise - the place is crowded in the summer.)
PS, in the instructions to go there, it says to enter through the "parkade". For Americans like us that had never heard the term, that's Canadian for "parking garage", which in their case goes down a level from the street. You might easily miss it and drive by it the first time.
We stayed here with our two girls and our friends and their daughter. The location is great you can walk everywhere from here, the kids loved the heated pool and the adults enjoyed the hot tub on the balcony once we put the kids to bed. We would definitely stay here again.
This property was the perfect spot,close to the village,yet quiet and private. The place was clean and tidy and the private hot tub was a bonus. The outdoor pool area was just steps from our door and was heated which was great. Would definitely stay here again!
