Fantastic place!

This condo was well provisioned, nicely updated and meticulously clean! Super soft sheets and towels too 🙂. Location was ideal and we’d definitely stay here again!

Lovely stay in a beautiful area

The property was as nice as it looked in the photos. The property was very clean and set out to be welcoming on our arrival. It was very well stocked with linen, crockery and home comforts. The fridge freezer had an ice maker and the washer dryer was excellent. We had use of the very clean garage where we kept our golf clubs and also the car port which we used for the car.

Clean, spacious property in a great location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was clean, had all the amenities we needed, and was in a great location. We were able to walk to dinner most nights, and there were dozens of hiking trails within a short drive. It was also nice to have the community pool and hot tub just a couple blocks away!

Family vacation

The place was great! Really lovely and felt safe. So peaceful and quiet at night. The main bed was very comfy. Plenty of supplies (towels, dishes, etc.) for the week. We had a great time!

Great stay

Loved our accommodations. Kitchen great for cooking. Balcony awesome. Stars and views great. Never found the pool or hot tub. But we didn’t try very hard either.

10/10 stay!

Stayed for a week in mid-November. Check-in/Check-out was extremely easy! When I first booked I accidentally added an extra day to the rental and the fix was so easy. I called the office and they adjuted everything for me. The condo was super cute and in a great location. Next time we come to Sedona I'll be contacting the same rental company.

Great location

Great location close to everything! Clean, nice outdoor sitting area, greeted with a hand written note and some fruit and snacks and lots of literature to find hiking spots or food etc… Loved having a washer/dryer 2bathrooms lovely Only complaint is second bedroom is a pullout sofa, really needs replacement. The couch in the main room provided more comfort for sleeping and turned into a bed at night. Overall great stay great location! Oh and loved the community pool and hot tub Thank you for the opportunity to stay at your property

Great location

The condo was very clean with all amenities in a prime location. The host left a thoughtful welcome of local water, fruit and snacks, which was a pleasant surprise. The outdoor patio is very nice for early morning breakfast. I would recommend changing the 2nd bedroom pullout couch to a bed. The couch was not comfortable for our 17year old 6’ 2” son as it sagged and appeared older. Even with the added memory foam topper it was not comfortable. The living room couch can fit 3 adults snuggly and the 4th Person has to sit in a kitchen chair or the child size Beanbag chair. I would recommend a L-shaped couch that fits 4 people comfortably. Overall the condo was wonderful but could use those updates.

Quiet Space

This property is located right off the main road in Sedona, close to everything, but in a quiet neighborhood complex, which was what I was going for. The back patio area was a little bigger than I thought & the 2 bathrooms were an added bonus. The queen size bed was a little small for me & my husband but we slept good on it. The mattress is firm, however, the bed frame itself made a lot of noise even if you moved slightly. Sounded like it was gonna break. I really liked this place for the purpose of my visited. The owners left a ton of resources to look through to help you in figuring out where & what to do in Sedona, so you really don't have to look things up in advance before coming, a lot of info is provided on sight. I did not get to go to the pool as much as I hoped but it was a nice area & well maintained. I did not give this place a 5 Star rating because even though everything was clean there was an ant problem in the kitchen the whole time, which was frustrating & there was hair on a few of the bathroom towels

The condo was in a great part of West Sedona, and we liked the proximity to the Airport Mesa and other great trails and views. The condo was clean and stocked with everything we needed.

Very nice surprise snack basket upon check-in. America the Beautiful pass a bonus for trail parking. Very well stocked kitchen with everything we needed and more. Clean, relaxing and nice pool access. Lots of guides for things to do in area. Great trip!

Beautiful condo located blocks to minutes from shopping and hiking!The condo is extremely well appointed with everything you could need!I would personally recommend that the fold out couch in the second bedroom be replaced with a true bed. As is the case with all fold out couches, they just aren’t comfortable, regardless of how many toppers you add. And, in this condo, a couch isn’t needed. There’s a desk in the 2nd bedroom, and there’s the spacious dining table for the rare guest who wants to work. I would most definitely stay here again and truly hope that my next visit to Sedona will be soon, as it is one of the most breath-taking places I’ve ever been!

This is a very nice condo. It is clean, quiet and location is great. We travelled with our 17 yr old granddaughter and she utilized the bedroom with the pull out bed. The topper was great and a must and it was nice she had her own space. We didn't use the kitchen much but it looked to be well stocked. My only complaint was the bed my husband and I used creaked getting in and out or when turning. We are also used to a King so it took time getting used to a queen again but I knew this prior to booking. Overall this was a very nice place and we would stay here again and/or recommend.

Property is great, was very clean and had everything we needed. It also has a desk for working remotely and the WiFi is excellent. We enjoyed sitting on the patio out back and we also took advantage of the community pool and hot tub (also clean and well kept). It would be nice if there was some shade at the pool for daytime swimming, there is a pergola but those don’t block the full sun.Communication was great and Donna with the property management group was very responsive. Would definitely recommend.

It is located in West Sedona an area with many great restaurants and amenities. Not in the congested area. Quiet and spacious and all you need in the kitchen and the washer and dryer too.

Relaxing stay with my best friend

This place was very cute and perfect for a relaxing weekend with my friend. It was very nice and clean. I had to call the property manager for a minor issue and they were easy to get a hold of and friendly. Would recommend and stay again.
