DĂ©tendez-vous pendant un week-end / quelques jours dans une maison calme et confortable. Toccoa est une petite ville de GĂ©orgie qui croit toujours aux magasins pittoresques, au service amical et Ă  la bonne cuisine. (mĂȘme un groupe de country / jazz libre qui joue dans le centre-ville tous les samedis soirs pendant certains mois) Ă  30 miles de Helen & alors vous ĂȘtes au plus profond de la montagne. L'hiver peut laisser tomber quelques centimĂštres de neige, l'Ă©tĂ© apporte beaucoup de soleil. Toccoa tombe 5 minutes, la gorge Tallulah 17 miles. 30 miles presque toutes les directions et vous ĂȘtes dans les montagnes. Motards bienvenus !! Si vous souhaitez avoir un feu de soirĂ©e relaxant, il y a un baril de combustion. Il y a aussi un barbecue Ă  gaz dans le hangar. (Si vous prĂ©fĂ©rez un feu de charbon de bois, il y a aussi un petit barbecue au charbon de bois)

We enjoyed our stay at this quiet getaway. The home is spacious, well equipped and the beds are comfortable. We were in town for the Currahee Military Weekend and we were a 5 minute drive to every event in town. Hardy is a great host and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay.

This house had everything anyone would need. Plenty of towels, coffee, breakfast items, information on restaurants and things to do. Even firewood and bug spray.

The place was clean and looked just like the pictures. Hardy was very friendly and available. Yard was nice. I love the white picket fence. It was both cute and practical. We were gone during the day time (my daughter got married a short distance away) but I would have loved to enjoy that yard at night by the fire pit. Highly recommend.

Great weekend!

Me and a few buddies were in the area for a powerlifting meet. House location is so ideal, not too far from town, but off on its own for quiet nights. Host was very communicative and very friendly, was very kind to leave the fridge and pantry stocked with some things we might have needed.

Wonder place and owner

This is a wonderful place to stay. Large enough for even extended family to be comfortable. The large yard was wonderful to get out and move around enjoying both day and night.

Perfect Location

We stayed here for my son's wedding at Flat Rock Farm. The location was within walking distance which was super convenient. The surroundings are beautiful and quiet. We especially liked that our fur family could join us. The house was super clean and we had a pleasant stay.

Had all we needed. The best was the fenced in yard for the dogs to run around in. Maintained yard with lots of space to throw a ball or frisbee. Hiking was close by. Plenty of restaurant options nearby as well. We also cooked and found the kitchen had all the items we needed. Bed was comfortable. Host provided great information and was very communicative. Appreciated the available food options provided - eggs, milk, etc. Wifi worked great. The house was as pictured. Thanks for a nice weekend.

Perfect home away from home

We've stayed at this location twice now, and probably will again! The place is clean, the accommodations are just what we need and the area is beautiful as well. The owner couldn't be nicer! We appreciate how much he does to make his guests feel comfortable.

I am originally from South Africa and have lived in the United States for almost 30 years. In my younger days I backpacked around the world for several years. I enjoyed and can relate to staying in different places with many different hosts. I look forward to providing the same experiences to my guests. I enjoy motorcycle riding in and around the Toccoa area. There are many curvy and mountainous roads to choose from providing beautiful vistas and scenery. I enjoy life and try to live everyday to the fullest sharing adventures or ideas with other like minded people. Feel free to reach out if you would like some suggestions on points of interest, rides, restaurants or scenic routes.
After staying at my place I think you would agree that I go over and above any other place or VRBO you have ever stayed at before.

House is located on a very quiet, dead end road, 5 minutes from town, 2 minutes from a beautiful park, 4 minutes from spectacular Toccoa Falls, 30 minutes from Tallulah Gorge and hiking trails all around. 45 minutes to stunning Helen (German town) 40 minutes in almost any direction and you are in the Smokey mountains. Great location for any motorcycle enthusiasts. Many hiking or biking trails in the area.
