Master bedroom located upstairs that consists of a queen-size bed that opens up onto the upstairs balcony/deck with picturesque views over Western Port Bay. Large spacious wardrobes (coat hangers provided) to fit everything you can think of! Doorway directly from the bedroom to the en suite which includes; shower, double vanity and WC.

- Bedroom 2
Bedroom located downstairs with a queen-size bed, windows overlooking the backyard and Western Port Bay. Spacious wardrobes (coat hangers provided) with easy access to the garage if required.

- Bedroom 3
The perfect children’s bedroom which has a classic single bunk bed, comes with plenty of space for games and activities for the kids. Wardrobes provide additional storage. Connects directly the hallway with easy access to the bathroom/WC as required. Located downstairs.




- Bedroom 4
The dynamic bedroom has a double bunk bed, it can be used for the children or for another adult couple seeking privacy. Wardrobes provide additional storage. Located with ease of access to the bathroom/WC and living room in mind.

- Kitchen/Dining area
Ultra-modern and brand-new kitchen comes with stunning island bench, walk-in pantry, oven, electric cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, cutlery, cooking knives, crockery, double basin sink, toaster, coffeemaker, fridge and freezer. Kitchen breaks out onto a beautiful dining area and upstairs balcony/decking that includes a 4 burner BBQ, perfect for outdoor entertaining any time of the year!

Activities are plentiful on the island; Learn to surf at Smiths Beach, take the kids to ‘A Maze’N Things’ theme park, try something different at Frisbee Golf – Blue Gum Reserve or stick to minigolf at Grumpy's Crazy Golf. For a more adult vibe head to Phillip Island Golf Club.
