Recently renovated Aqua Soleil is situated on the first floor of a small apartment block and has free undercover parking for 2 cars.

Aqua Soleil has a modern fresh tropical feel with air conditioning downstairs, a fan in loft bedroom, all showing contemporary interiors plus a personalised keyless digital door entry system.

The kitchen is fully equipped with electric cook top, electric oven, fridge, freezer, Nespresso machine (pods not provided) and microwave oven.

There are open plan living and dining areas that open out to the north facing wrap around balcony, also with dining table and sun lounges.

The main living area has a modern table setting with seating for 6.

The lounge area has comfortable sofas (one double fold out bed if necessary) plus Flat Screen TV & Sound system.

We also provide free WIFI for our guests.

The ground floor of the apartment features the twin bedroom, with full length mirrored robe and adjacent bathroom with double shower & double sinks.

We provide complimentary "Sanctum" organic toiletries on arrival, plus we have a separate laundry.

The mezzanine/loft area, features the Queen bedroom with en-suite and shower.

There is a pool for the use of our guests and 2 undercover but not lock up parking spaces.

Aqua Soleil has a MINIMUM 2 NIGHT STAY POLICY. TARIFFS ARE BASED ON 2 GUESTS with a maximum of 6 guests (2 on fold out in lounge).

Cosy beachside loft apartment

Awesome stay in fabulous location

Our second stay at Aqua Soleil was as great as our previous stay. Awesome location, freshly renovated bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen and 2 min walk to beach, 5 min walk to the Treehouse and 10mins (max) to town. 5 stars!

Large 2 bedroom apartment, short walk from town centre

The accomodation is located a 10 min walk out of the town centre, making it easy to walk everywhere in Byron. The apartment is large, with 2 modern bathrooms, perfect for 4 guests. Everything you need for a short stay is provided! Check in was seamless, Annie provided all necessary details and was extremely accommodating to ensure we had a great time. Highly recommend!

Superb in every minute detail

We were extremely impressed and grateful for the very special attention, consideration and generosity that was showered on us during our stay. The apartment is so spacious, airy, scrupulously clean and very comfortable and abundantly kitted out with everything that we could possibly need - plus some very lovely surprises too. We didn’t get to use the pool during our short stay, but we enjoyed our beach walks and swims which are virtually on the doorstep. We highly recommend this first rate accommodation option to guests who will take care and appreciate it.

A great Byron Bay getaway

We really enjoyed staying here. The checkin process was very easy. Undercover parking directly under the property. We were greeted by a lovely space once we entered. Living room is spacious, a large outside area and a pool big enough to cater for 3 kids! The property was very nicely appointed - all basics in kitchen, bathroom and bedroom provided. The quality coffee machine was much appreciated. The loft (main bedroom) didn’t get the air conditioning but a fan was provided which helped. Overall we really enjoyed staying here.

Comfortable beach apartment

The high ceilings and open plan design fits 5 people comfortably. The place was clean and beds comfortable. It has a lovely balcony with a dining table for breakfast as well as a good size dining table inside. Great amenities and kitchen is modern and functional. Short walk to Belongil beach.

A pleasant place to stay.

Comfortable and well equipped. Near beach. Convenient location. Lack of wardrobe in main bedroom a handicap especially for a longer stay. Two minor matters needing attention. Handle on main sliding door to balcony is loose making it tricky to lock. Couple of light bulbs need replacing.

Overall a 7/10 experience .

Upstairs room could do with King size bed and new mattress. No upstairs closets and sloping ceiling is a head knocker. Great outdoor area - need a bbq! Ok location easy access to beach but prefer to be closer to Clarke and Wategos beaches. 10 to 15 min walk to main beach and town. Apartment clean and updated with new bathrooms. Check in process easy.

Great spot for a break

A lovely property. Little way out of town so you have to drive to restaurants, shops etc but very close to beach access.

Lovely apartment very close to the beach

We had a great 4 night stay in this lovely apartment. Everything was in great condition and was as described and pictured. The beach is very close and the pool is really nice. It’s a 10-15 min walk into town which is great as the traffic and parking can be bad. The only aspect that isn’t ideal is the low ceiling on one side of the bed upstairs and the lack of a closet in that room. I would suggest moving the baskets used for clothes storage a little as I hit my head a few times while using these. But overall I would highly recommend.

Sunlight filled property close to Beach

The property is a short walk to a beautiful beach. Lots of light and well presented. A few small things could be improve the experience. More toilet paper, tv volume didn't work, some ground coffee for the coffee machine, salt and pepper. Lounge is not comfortable on the bed section. Laundry and kitchen was great, games and DVDs great selection. Lovely decor and big balcony. My daughters loved it. Some more sun lounges by the pool would also be good. Need to drive into town for restaurants and supermarket and parking can be tricky/ expensive. We loved our week. Thankyou!

Hi Suzette, We are so happy you enjoyed the apartment & that you loved your week! In response to your comments, it is important to note that we are not a Hotel, we are a rental apartment. We provision Aqua Soleil with a couple of days of supplies ( toilet paper, shampoo, soap, laundry powder etc ) as a convenience so that our guests do not have to immediately do shopping for these sundries on arrival. We do provide salt & pepper, the grinders are inside the pantry. Regarding the parking...we have 2 free of charge undercover car spaces dedicated to the apartment. It is only an 800 m stroll into town/restaurants either along the beach or the road, so it is not really necessary to have to drive. The supermarkets will also deliver if required. A lovely stay

We had a great couple of nights. Townhouse spacious and well laid out. Great spot - easy to walk into Byron centre but away from the bustle.

Great property

Really enjoyed are stay at Aqua Soleil. The property is a short 10 minute walk to the centre of Byron and 2 minutes from direct access to the beach. The beds and pillows are so comfy and the double height ceiling and wrap around balcony are lovely. Balcony is a great little sun trap. Check in process and parking were straight forward and we were allowed late check out which was a great help. Thank you for having us! We will be back!

Great location

This was a lovely apartment however a few additions would have made it MUCH more comfortable. Although fans were provided the mezzanine sleeping area was SO HOT and stuffy the A/C had no impact in this area which made for many sleepless nights paired with NO blinds or coverings on the windows made for early morning wake ups, and lack of privacy at night. Although stated that not available with booking, WIFI and the ability to use netflix would have been nice for the $ rate paid. The deck was the highlight.

We found the apartment perfect for our family of four. Spacious and really comfortable. Waking up to the sound of whale calls was an unexpected bonus! Very easy walk into town for dinner and exploring.

Wonderful

This was our first time staying at Byron Bay and Aqua Soleil was perfect for us. The owner was very easy to deal with and the property was awesome. A 3 minute walk to the beach and a 15 minute morning walk to central Byron for breakfast was a fantastic way to start the day. We had the 4 us there including 2 teenage children and the home light and bright, modern and was plenty big enough for all of us. We would certainly recommend it and look forward to staying again soon.

Great property and lovely location

We had a wonderful stay at Aqua Soleil. The loft was spacious, clean and had all the amenities we needed for our weekend away. The deck was a highlight, as were the various magazines and DVD's provided for our entertainment. Property is in a great location - a short walk to the main street in Byron Bay. The team were so professional and a pleasure to deal with - they answered all our questions promptly and were very accommodating. If you're looking to head up to Byron Bay, I definitely recommend this property!
