Alabah Sorrento - located at Sorrento

ALABAH - open plan modern living with 4 bedrooms.
* Main bedroom - One king size bed, ensuite, WIR
* Bedroom 2 - One queen size bed
* Bedroom3 - One queen size bed
(optional: ample room for two trundle beds to be used)
* Bedroom 4 - One double bunk bottom with single bed
- One single bed

Living Area - has 2 large opening doors enabling to bring the outside, inside, where the BBQ, decking and spa is situated. Fully appointed modern kitchen with refridgerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave and all plates and utensils you would need.

Backyard - grassed area for kids to play basketball/backyard cricket. With outdoor sitting area to read paper or watch kids. A double hammock enables you to relax and read.

Upstairs Room - great get away for kids/adults allowing DVDs to be watched through projector, with outside decking area enabling to sit protected sunbaking and relaxing.

There are no pets permitted on the property or inside for hygiene and allergy reasons. Smoking is not permitted inside.

Extras

LINEN- Not provided. Only avaliable for stays of 3 days or more with additional costs dependent on seasonal rates.

HOUSE CLEANING- As with all private holiday homes guests are expected to leave the house clean and tidy at the end of your stay. Excess cleaning will be deducted from your bond at a rate of $55 per hour.

GARBAGE- is a big problem with guests particularily in peak periods. Each tenancy is provided with a standard black bin and recycle bin. As curtesy to the owners we ask you not to vacate without taking care of excess rubbish. Bins are to be left on the curb sunday night for monday collection.
Note: A garbarge hopper is located at the end of Normanby Rd Sorrento open 10-4pm everyday from Dec 26th to Jan 31st. Remainder of the year Saturdays and Sundays only.

A refundable security bond of $500 is required.
A scanned photo ID (drivers license) is required (no photo ID, no booking).

Excellent stay

We all very much enjoyed the property, it had enough rooms and beds as well as lots of space and good living areas. Only minor let down was outdoor undercover area got too hot in the sun however was still perfect for morning/ afternoon

Great house

This house was really fun. Had lots of surprises like a pop up tv, built in vacuum & a large spa. Easy entry process. Only thing that was less good was no blankets were supplied, but other than that 10/10.

ALABAH paradise!

This house is so beautiful, my family was in awe when we unlocked the door. Photos just don't do it justice. The way the house was built was so cleverly positioned to keep the entire family happily engaged with each other. It really was The perfect family getaway ❤. What an incredible home to stay in. It was wonderful the house was huge and had everything we needed. There were so many beds, living areas and outdoor areas. Prime location and a huge kitchen that’s great for cooking with. Such a fabulous stay we will be back again.

Awesome Alabah

We stayed here for Christmas 2015 and it was an amazing trip we will never forget! Jenny was extremely helpful before and during our stay! The house is very spacious and more than catered for our needs :) The only negative was the air con which we could not get working properly in the main living area. Other than that it was a perfect stay. Highly recommended!

We did not expect Alabah to be so beautiful; the pictures don't do it justice. Great location, big open rooms and lots of space for the whole family. Jenny left easy to follow instructions which made the stay simple and trouble free. Highly recommend - Great House!

Fantastic Place

Stayed here with close family and friends. Was very please and impressed. When booking this beautiful house had no idea it would be as wonderful as it was. Will defiantly stay there again. Very functional for a family environment with amazing outdoor area, bbq and a fun courtyard with basketball ring which the family enjoyed. Kitchen was incredible.. i feel like this house had it all.
