Alga Beach House Perth Scarborough Beach

We have a Four day minimum stay only on our ground floor property.

Alga beach house is located on the ground level of our 2 storey house. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with kitchen, dining and living , and a large undercover court yard area with a BBQ.
There are 2 car parking spaces available off road right near the front door. The house is set back from the road and has deadlocks and security sensor lights.

Alga Beach House is a 60's house made from sandstone and brick nestled high in the sand dunes of Scarborough. The house is quite sound proof.
The ground floor's main bedroom has a queen , the second bedroom has a queen and single bed and the third bedroom has a double bed with ensuite, shower and WC .

The main bathroom has a shower, claw foot bath,WC and laundry with washing machine.

The large courtyard has 2 grapevines and looks out to the canopy of our flame tree and beyond with views toward Perth city.
In summer it's great as we get the seabreeze every afternoon.
We are a 5 min walk from Scarborough Beach which is a white sand beach with pristine waters, great for swimming, learning to surf and magnificent sunsets.

Close to Amenities

The coastline offers cafes, fish and chips, BBQ facilities and coastal walks north to Trigg Beach or south to City Beach. There is the local Scarborough swimming pool also on the coast.
Hillary's Boat Harbour is a 10min drive or 25min bike ride north of us which has AQWA under water world, cafes and specialty shops, a great days outing.
The bus stop is at the end of our street 100m away and takes 20 mins to get to Perth City, 30mins to Fremantle and 5mins to Karrinyup Shopping Centre, Westfield which has over 300 places to eat, drink shop and play including Myer, David Jones and events cinema.
