Sunsets & Skyline Serenity

This home was the perfect place for our family to enjoy spring break….beautiful location for catching sunset while relaxing inside or out! Close enough to Niagara Falls & so many other area attractions including some of the wineries, but far enough to relax away from the tourist areas. The owners were wonderful and close by for any issues that could arise, also full of helpful tips about the area.

Amazing time in Niagara region!

My spouse, pup and I had the amazing pleasure of staying in Kim and Brad's gorgeous cottage this past week. The pics don't do justice to this property, it's huge, modern, with the most fantastic views of the lake across to Buffalo. Even in the chill of late November the property make for a great stay, close enough to Niagara and the falls for a fun day trip and lots of lovely walks in the immediate area - we walked what felt like for miles along the beach front. The view is breathtaking both during the day and at night, and the cottage has huge windows throughout to take the view in while staying warm. Kim and Brad were amazing hosts and we can't wait to go back!

Had a great stay and will be coming back!

The property is great there is tons of space for activities! Having two houses was great for COVID-19. The cottages have everything you need: pool, hot tub, two barbecues, paddle boat and paddle board. Overall a really great place to spend time.

STUNNING

A group of us wanted to get away for the weekend since we cannot travel this year due to COVID. We are so glad we chose to stay at Brad's beautiful beachside cottage! We were here mid October and it was just gorgeous. The house had all the amities and very clean! The property was large (2 houses) and has a private beach. We loved having coffee in the sunroom while watching the sunrise. It was so peaceful. The guys played basketball while the girls hung out. We also made a bonfire at night and made smore while stargazing. We will definitely try to come back in the summer!

Brad (the owner) was friendly, and curtious. There were a few maintenance issues that arose which he took care of promptly. Overall we havld a great time, and would highly reccomend the home in the future

Wonderful Getaway!!

Pride of ownership is evident. Very accurately represented in the advertisement Minor issues were dealt with promptly, often within 20 minutes. The host maintains his property well, and comes to take care of the pool chemicals, lawns etc on a regular basis. One day before rain was coming, I noticed he had covered up the firewood he left us! We definitely would not have remembered to do that ourselves and we appreciated it. House is really large, the guest house too. We were only 5 people and a dog but you can fit way way more even in the main house. Rooms are spacious, dining room is especially large. We enjoyed crafts and puzzles on one end and meals on the other. Guest house is really cute, spacious, and has a full kitchen which helped us a lot. Bedding and towels were fresh, beds made crisply. The view is beautiful, especially at night it is really special. Huge lawns, recently mown. Large driveway where my 5 year old learned to ride her bike without training wheels. She said it was the best day of her life. There are 7+ distinct outdoor zones, an aerial view of the property would show this better (Brad you should totally get a drone shot before the fall comes!) The grounds are massive. The lighting on the property is great for a tranquil night swim under the stars, with an incredible city view one way, and the expansive view of Lake Erie to the other. Pool area is fully fenced and that was a huge asset. I didn’t know when I booked that it would be that safe, anticipated having to make more rules about the pool with my 5 year old. This was a great feature. I wouldn’t have to worry about the pool when I had my back turned, cooking etc. On that topic- Nice natural gas grill- no worries about running out of propane etc. We stopped by a bakery in Niagara Falls called “The Pie Plate” because it was written up in Food and Drink magazine and my mom had torn out that page in anticipation of our trip. As a former pastry chef, I highly recommend their peach pie and the savoury tomato and cheese tarts. Oh and the butter tarts! We loved everything we got. It took us about 30 minutes to get there from the cottage.

Great summer hangout

Liked having the 2 homes really suited our needs. Great big pool loved that the pool and beach is exclusive to the homes. Especially during these times no worries of others sharing. Beach was not as clear as picture. But kids loved it and used the the paddle boards. Great that it is shallow for a good distance. Overall we had a great time and loved it. Would go back.

perfect summer getaway

Highly recommend this place- it is a real gem! The property has everything- beach, pool and big lawns for the kids to run around. All are very clean and well maintained. Inside is well stocked- the kitchen has every dish and utensil you possibly could need and there are tons of towels, sheets and pillows. Great location- about 15 mins to the closest grocery store. Brad and Kim are excellent hosts who are always available to answer any questions. This place would be great in any season. 5 stars from us. We look forward to visiting again.

Beautifully renovated beach front home!

Amazing property! Very clean, great beach views, and lots of open green space. There was great high speed internet, and a smart TV hooked up to Netflix. Thank you for the relaxing stay!

NYE trip with family

We visited this property over the holidays to ring in the new year with family. Overall we were very satisfied with the accommodations. The kitchen was well stocked, linens were clean and in sufficient quantity. Our only request would be for more lighting to be added or brighter lights in the main living area and dining room. We wanted to play some board games in the living room but it was too dark. We were also a bit confused when checking out about door locks/codes required. However, Kim was accessible throughout our visit to answer any questions so we felt taken care of. Thanks Kim for sharing your home with us!

Great stay

We were 12 percent who stayed here. There was a lot of room. The only down fall was that we didn’t realize the second kitchen was under reservations. Wasn’t a big deal for us since we all ate together.
