This great Pointe Royale condo has everything you are looking for in a vacation rental. You will love the location and how close it is to the Clubhouse!

The Space:
You won't even need a Caddie to walk up to the Clubhouse to enjoy the INDOOR POOL, seasonal outdoor pools, hot tub, exercise room, tennis courts or restaurant! The condo itself is comfortable and well stocked. You will love kicking your feet up after a long day of exploring all the very close attractions in Branson. The quality linens on the king size bed will have you resting well. The fully stocked kitchen makes it easy to cook up whatever type of meals you have planned. The sofa pulls out to be a comfortable bed for the 3rd and 4th guest.
If you are looking for a clean, peaceful and relaxing place that is close to all of the Branson attractions, you found the spot!

Other Things to Note:
**This property is pet friendly. A one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $100 is required. This fee covers up to two dogs. VRBO & Airbnb bookings can add pets in the guest count area, all other booking sites must contact us to pay fee separately.
**Freedom complies with all ADA regulations and welcomes Registered Service Animals. ESA's (Emotional Support Animals) are allowed at this property but still incur the $100 pet fee.
**Registered Service Animal requirements: 1 - The service animal may not be left alone in/around the property. 2 - The service animal must be on a leash when outside. 3 - Owners are required to pick up all pet waste.
**No cats allowed. For all other pets please contact us.

**Minimum booking age is 21.

*The pool & hot tub at this location are maintained by the Pointe Royale Maintenance team, please be advised that their team can close the area for routine maintenance at any time without notice. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the pool to be open at all times during in season hours, but we assure you that their team works quickly to have the areas opened back up as soon as possible. We do not issue refunds for amenity closures. Thanks for your understanding.
*Indoor pool and hot tub are open year-round, Outdoor pool is seasonal. Pool area is open 10am-11pm.

Once we opened the door & walked in we noticed the musty smell & the floor in the dining/living area is peeling up & is a tripping hazard. When we went looking for bath towels we discovered the washcloths were very dingy & had hair on them. The bathtub is very slick. We also noticed all the windows have cobwebs in the corners that have been there for quite a while, the sliding glass door is also dirty & very difficult to open. The balcony is very dirty as is the table & chairs. Someone left a cooler on the balcony & there is very little room to sit. There are 3 different places where the check out directions are listed for what to do with the dishes & each one states something different.

We love staying at Pointe Royal. The walk-in units are best for us. This unit is nice. The bed was comfortable. We enjoyed the deck especially since the weather was awesome. We felt we had plenty of room. The unit could use some better lighting. I enjoy doing needlework and it was a bit difficult to see. I'm sure we'll be back.

Secure environment, easy access, outdated property but comfortable enough for 2 person 4 night stay. Could have been better stocked with toiletries, quality toilet paper, towels, blankets, kitchen staples. The shower/tub was very slick and the living/dining room floor is coming up and a tripping hazard.
