Property in poor shape . Vanity door broken , deck filthy, paper coming off walls, light bulbs missing, poor hot water, floors dirty, laminate floor coming up in large spot and not safe .

We love staying at Pointe Royal. The walk-in units are best for us. This unit is nice. The bed was comfortable. We enjoyed the deck especially since the weather was awesome. We felt we had plenty of room. The unit could use some better lighting. I enjoy doing needlework and it was a bit difficult to see. I'm sure we'll be back.
