Welcome to The Lookout at Pointe Royale! Located within a serene gated resort community of Pointe Royale and offering numerous amenities for your year-round enjoyment. Take a break from your adventure and relax on our private waterfront balcony overlooking Hole 17.

The Lookout is a condo with 2 Bedrooms, 1 Bathroom and Twin Sleeper Sofa. We are ideally suited for up to 3 individuals.

Just minutes from the Strip, Landing and Table Rock.

• Unfortunately we cannot accommodate boat, watercraft or trailer parking. You may however contact the Self Storage on Highway 165 across the street for a daily parking rate.

FISHING:
• Rainbow and Brown Trout can be landed with artificial lures at the lakeside park on Lake Taneycomo.
• For bait fishing, you can go to Branson’s public docks, where you may also rent a boat.

The host was very welcoming and easy to contact. The place was super cute (well put together), clean & cozy! It was the perfect little spot for our weekend getaway.

Hardly any hot water, furnace cycled off and on constantly plugged air filter, new type flooring coming unglued trip hazard. Place was clean well stocked.

The condo is an older, small property. It was clean and located in a nice safe gated community close to all of our activities. The check-in process was easy. My husband played golf and thought the course and greens were in great shape. The main bedroom with the king size bed is on the street side of the condo. The king size bed was comfortable. The so called second bedroom is a very tiny room without a closet. The only closet for hanging clothes is in the laundry room between the bathroom and the main bedroom. The floor had an issue. It felt like a laminate flooring was place on top of another floor. There were places that made a popping sound when you walked on it like it had lost the adhesive underneath it and it was coming loose.The living room furniture was not comfortable for resting. It consisted of a small sofa and a cheap recliner. Not easy for two people to sit comfortably and relax.Overall the condo meet our needs.

Stay was good, place is pretty small and the spare bedroom bed is terrible. Floors are starting to buckle up and sounds like there is stuff that crunches when you went across it! Everything worked as it should but some upgrades are needed for sureThe golf coarse is terrible right now because they are working on the greens. Nothing was said by pro shop when we booked out tee time so be careful and ask about that! Overall the condo serves us well. We just wanted to give honest opinion of our whole stay.

Perfect!

This is the second time to stay in this VRBO. It is always very comfortable and clean. The condo is quiet and master bed is perfect for sleep. The kitchen has everything you need. My husband loves golfing at the course on site. The view on the balcony is very nice. The location is easy to get to all parts of Branson. The host communicates very well with you before your stay. I highly recommend this VRBO.

Perfect!

The condo is spotless, perfectly sized, and located in a fantastic area. The view from the patio is absolutely beautiful, and everything you could possibly need is readily available. The master bed is exceptionally comfortable, making for a truly relaxing stay. I will stay here again. I highly recommend this retreat.

Nice place overall

Even though the reality of the rooms differed from our interpretation of the photos online, it was a nice room and had everything advertised, just a little smaller and older. The king bed was very comfortable. The full bed was hard and small, and is not technically a bedroom as it doesn't have a closet. The only place to hang clothes is in the laundry room. The living room couch was a loveseat and the only other seating was straight-backed chairs. The couch itself was old & stained so we used a blanket to cover it.It's difficult at night to see, and maneuver around everything, so a small night light would be a good addition.The Keurig was a nice touch, but coffeemate 'creamer' is all chemicals and very unhealthy. The little LandoLake creamers last a long time and would be a nice touch.The balcony was a bonus and it looks out over a pond. The only issue we encountered was the swarms of bugs that flew in when we left the slider open. There isn't a screen on it so be sure you close it behind you. We were "buggy" all night. Amber was very good with communication and everything was explained well. We did take exception to the note of the refrigerator telling us to put the dishes in the dishwasher and run it before we left. Since there is a charge of 100 for housekeeping services, we don't think that's an appropriate ask for a renter. Overall, we'd give it an 8 out of 10.
