¡Camina a una de las playas más bonitas de Samui con una vista impresionante de Ko Phagnan!
Esta es una oportunidad única para alojarse en una de las pocas villas privadas en el complejo "Kirikayan Luxury Pool Villas" en Maenam.
Nuestra villa es el tipo más grande disponible en 320 metros cuadrados y consta de 2 villas separadas que rodean una piscina privada de estilo infinito y sala de estilo tailandés con estanque. El edificio principal alberga un gran salón / comedor con 40 'Smart TV (con suscripción a Netflix) y una cocina / utilidad totalmente equipada y guardarropa.
La segunda villa alberga todas las habitaciones y tiene 2 habitaciones grandes en la planta baja con camas super king y duchas con baño privado. Arriba está el dormitorio principal (con TV de 42 ") con ducha y jacuzzi y un cuarto dormitorio con 2 camas individuales y zona de bar y nevera. Se puede agregar una cama extra para un noveno huésped.

Todas las instalaciones del complejo (excepto el servicio de transporte) están disponibles para nuestros huéspedes, incluida una impresionante piscina desbordante con área poco profunda para niños, con vista a las plantaciones de coco y las montañas del interior. El personal del complejo puede pedir bebidas y comida en esta piscina.
El restaurante del complejo sirve desayuno, almuerzo y cena y también servicio de habitaciones si es necesario.

Great villa..so spacious and close to everything

Really enjoyed our stay at this villa. Monique was a great help supporting us with information and in touch always...could not have asked for more. You Have the facilities of the hotel on site but masses of space in beautiful villa. Would recommend a car, just makes getting around island easier and cheaper and is easy to do.

Beautiful villa in a perfect location

We stayed at the kirikayan villa for 5 days and it was absolutely the most beautiful villa we have ever had the pleasure of staying in. The villa was very spacious, clean and beautifully decorated throughout. The private pool made it ever better! You also have access to the resort pool which we did most mornings. Fantastic location, just a few minutes walk from all the local shops and restaurants. We were given lots of recommendations to all of the hidden gems in the area, beautiful beaches and probably the best restaurants I have been to (that we probably would never of found ourselves!) This gave the holiday even more of a personal touch, thank you so much for having us and we will definitely be returning very soon!

Absolutely brilliant

This is just perfect for us, so much room giving everyone spaces to spend time together as well as quiet, relaxing places. We made use of the hotel facilities too and the staff there were incredibly friendly and helpful. Thank you to Monique, brilliant communication and so quick to respond to my questions. It was the perfect base for us and a great place to get ready for our wedding. Both children and adults loved the pool, great size and depth for a toddler, children and the adult children! All the people in the party agreed that if they were to return to Samui again, this would be where they would stay ❤️

Kirikayan Villa

My family and I travelled to Thailand in October 2008 for our annual holiday. Having never experienced Thailand before I did not really know what to expect. I have to say that this Villa is amazing!! The Accomodation and facilities are nothing short of out of this world! The Villa itself is clean, tastefully decorated and with beautiful views from every window or balcony. It is located within a community of villas up in the hills about 1/2 a mile off the main road in Maenam with 24 hour security, Gym, Health Spa and a superb Restaurant. The villa has it's very own infinity pool which is cleaned every other day by the staff at Kirikayan who quite frankly can't do enough for you. We loved Kirikayan and cant wait to go back.

Hidden Gem in Maenam

Don’t hesitate, just book. Great communication with Monique before and during our stay, who gave us great information. The Villa was spectacular . Plenty of space and spotlessly clean. Good air con kept our apartment lovely and cold and bearable during high temperatures. Our vacation was 14 days, but could have stayed a lot longer. We loved sitting out at night for pre drinks before our nights out. Everything is just a short walk away. There are two local restaurants within 5 minutes walk away serving European and Thai food. The families that owned these, made us feel very welcome and even catered for my husband who’s vegetarian. Supermarket at the bottom of the road and if you cross the road and follow signs for Nana Beach, you will find the most beautiful bar restaurant on the best stretch of white sands and blue sea. Lots of little bars and local massages to the right side on the beach. Please don’t be frightened to use them. Locals are all lovely. It’s probably my best massage I’ve had. Maenam is full of local people and you will encounter local life and couture. Use Mr Alex as your taxi driver who Monique highly recommended. He will take you into Fisherman’s village and Cheweng for a small fee in his luxury cab. All in all a great holiday and will recommend the beautiful villa, which is Thai Luxury in a very quite part of Maenam with everything on your doorstep. Thank you Monique

Erholsam, geräumiges Haus mit schönem Pool

In einem schönem Resort liegendes großes Haus mit schönem Garten. Ruhig gelegen und doch nicht weit weg vom Strand und Leben. Wir haben den Urlaub rundherum genossen. Monique war stets erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Über kleinere Mängel haben wir sie informiert damit sie diese beheben und weiter als Luxusvilla vermieten kann. Abschließend gesagt war der Urlaub mit 2 Familien (5 Erwachsene + 2 Kinder) in der Villa sehr schön! Deal Monique, Kümmere dich um deine Villa und es werden sich noch viele an dem schönem Objekt erfreuen können😉 Matthias

Family holiday over Christmas

The villa was spacious and offered us all we needed for 2 families. The pool was fantastic and the rooms were very generous in size. The location is set back from the main area of maenam all within walking distance or scooter ride. Which we hired and they were great fun. The villa owner was super response to a few minor points we raised through our stay. Overall excellent holiday.

Beautiful villa

A beautiful villa just far enough away from the main beach road for race and quiet. The villa was ideal for two families of 4, with a lovely separate kitchen and lounge building. Private pool was lovely as was hotels larger pool. Staff were wonderful, particularly the security lady just outside the villa. Would recommend renting a car for a couple of days to see the whole island, but loads of restaurants and a great beach within 10 mins stroll.

Private and very spacious. Lovely private pool. We also used the resort pool, good depth and size surrounded by trees. Rooms are huge! Many bathrooms. We really enjoyed staying at Mae Nam Beach.

Secluded villa on the outskirts of Mae Nam

We had a marvelous stay in this Kirikayan Villa which consisted of 4 bedrooms and separate living areas. Private pool was sensational and kept clean by the twice weekly cleaning. Our host Monique was very helpful with her lists of places to eat, visit and many other helpful hints. The property is slightly out of Mae Nam and a car or scooter rental is a bonus but definitely not essential. We walked regularly into the main eating areas and back again. Highly recommend this property and the quieter vibe of this beautiful area of Koh Samui.

Lovely villa for a family holiday

Our Kirikayan villa was a great place to spend a fortnight with 3 generations of the family.There was plenty of space for the nine of us (6 adults and 3 small boys) The bedroms are spacious and airy and the bathrooms are well appointed.We used the living room to cool down when outside became too hot! The air conditioning works really well throughout the villa. We made good use of the villa pool and also the beautiful big pool belonging to the hotel next door, which has tremendous views across to the forest. We also ate at the hotel restaurant a few times and ordered excellent takeaways from a small road side cafe nearby. The villa is well placed for Maenam Beach, very clean, with lovely warm water and splendid sunsets. Monique provided all sorts of useful information regarding facilities within the villa and in the area, and answered our queries very promptly. We would certainly recommend Kirikayan villa for a family holiday!

We really enjoyed our stay at this Villa. The owner was fabulous and offered valuable assistance on places to go and things to do on the island. The villa itself was clean and very spacious, perfect for two families. Location is great to with the added advantage of being able to use the resort facilities.

Hallo, die Anlage in der die Villa steht, ist sehr schön und sauber. Die Villa an sich hat alles was man braucht und die Eigentümerin ist sehr hilfsbereit wenn mal etwas fehlt dieses zu besorgen :) bei uns war es ein Pürrierstab für den Babybrei. Wir haben diesen Urlaub auf Samui geheiratet, woran sie sogar gedacht hat und sonst auch mehrmals nachgefragt hat ob alles in ordnung sei. Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt! Liebe Grüße

Very functionable for groups

Wonderful Villa! Very functionable with the living area away from the bedrooms. Any issues were dealt with in a timely matter. The hotel restaurant was nice, but expensive. Happy hour (12-2 & 4-6) is 2 for 1 and a nice time to go, but the service was extremely slow. Tons of restaurants in the area and the kitchen is also very functionable for cooking when you get sick of restaurant food. The only con was that the shower upstairs kept going from cold to hot to cold etc. We stopped using it and just used the downstairs shower. It wasn’t a problem and I never mentioned it to Monique while I was there. She is in England, but the Villa takes care of the issues. We were a group of 3 people in their early 20’s and 4 in their 50’s and everyone had a blast. Definitely recommended!

Fantastic Villa on a Beautiful Island

A beautiful and spacious villa inside and outside. The whole resort has a chilled, laid back vibe but just down the road from all the hustle and bustle of street markets and calm of paradisical beaches you could wish for. I can’t recommend this villa enough! A fantastic experience.

This is a great base for your visit. All the bedrooms and main house had lots of space. the owner and hotel staff could not be more helpful.

Maenam Villa with a lot to offer

Perfect for a relaxing break

We have recently returned from a really relaxing stay at villa 101, Kirikayan. After a busy trip travelling around Asia this was the perfect place to wind down. As we were two couples the two storey set up worked really well for us, it felt more like 2 separate apartments with a communal living area and a private pool just for us. The Kirikayan resort is very green with a beautiful pool, we spent our time split between our own pool and here which we often had to ourselves. The on site restaurant' Sankala' is just a few steps away and well worth a try. It's a bit pricier than the local restaurants but we had a lovely meal here one evening when we were feeling too lazy to venture out. You can wander 100 yards down the road and eat very cheaply at a great place called Kwangkao, perfect for breakfast, lunch and even takeaways to eat back at the villa ! Don't be put off by first impressions, it is VERY basic but the food is amazing ! We enjoyed the walk to Maenam beach during the day (about 15-20 mins) but we would advise a taxi at night as the lane is not very well lit. We just booked ours at reception next door. The owner, Monique, checked on us regularly to make sure we had everything we needed and we just had to pick up and drop off the keys at reception. If we go back to Samui we would all be very happy to stay here again.

All of my guests these past few months have told me how great the Kwangkao cafe along the lane is and I must confess my husband and I ate many take away's in the shade of the 'sala' from there on our last trip :) It would be our pleasure to welcome you back anytime ! Wonderful Villa in Paradise!

We stayed at the villa in April we were a group of three families with young children, the villa was perfect for our needs, lovely rooms all air conditioned and a lovely private pool, we also spent some time at the beautiful resort pool, especially at happy hour! :- ) We used minibus taxis to get around, the reception would arrange them for us. Resort staff were all wonderful, and very helpful Monique was very helpful and knowledgeable about Samui, giving us lots of restaurant recommendations which we tried most. There's also a lovely little cafe down the road that would deliver to the villa and very reasonably priced. Having young children we would definitely recommend Choeng Mon beach which we visited nearly every other day, perfect for little ones as it's really shallow. Another favourite was the walking street on a Friday/Mon night at Fisherman's Village, the kids loved the entertainment.. and the food! And a boat trip to Ang Thong National Marine Park is a must! We all had a great time in the Villa and discovering Samui, we really hope to come back soon.

I am really pleased to hear that the villa worked so well for your large party and that you were able to book large minibus taxis from reception so easily. We have always recommended car hire to our guests but are increasingly finding guests are happy just walking into Maenam or booking taxis to go into neighbouring towns. Great villa, great location

Had a great time here last week.4 couples and still plenty of room so didn't feel crowded. Bedrooms are huge and air conditioned, which we really needed at night. There is a large flat screen tv in the lounge where we managed to hook up our netflix account with an HDMI cable so recommend taking one with you. There's also a utility room with washing machine and iron/ironing board which came in handy. Really nice private pool and another fabulous pool you can use at the Kirikayan resort too. It was also great having reception just next door and security sitting right outside the gate. Plenty of excellent restaurants locally in Maenam, and we would jump in a taxi to the new Wharf centre in Fisherman's village 10 mins away for unlimited choice. The resort do have a shuttle bus but there is a charge for it. All in all a great time was had by all and we will be back one day !

So happy to hear you all enjoyed your stay at our villa. Yes, the new Wharf centre is a great place to go ! I believe the charge to use the Kirikayan shuttle bus which takes you to their sister hotel on Chaweng beach (via Fisherman's village ) is now 100 baht per passenger. Large bedrooms but requires updating/refreshing

Unfortunately our recent holiday at the villa was full of disappointment and we eventually choose to move out of the villa - 3 nights into our stay, due to safety concerns - one of the children being electrocuted from a live wire on the external steps between the pool and the living room. That being said the owner of the property did provide a partial refund and was very apologetic about the situation that had arose. Less can be said of the Kirikayan resort (in which the property is located). Very disappointed with their lack of empathy or assistance in what could have been a much serious situation that what we found ourselves to be in. The villa itself is quite large with big open bedrooms and a open plan living room and kitchen. However the fitting and fixtures are somewhat dated and require refreshing. For example main TV in living room - volume/channel buttons are worn and not working, AC system smells and does not operate efficiently (often leaked water when turned off in the evening). In addition we found the cleanliness to not be upto a high standard and required to clean down all the surfaces and the microwave when we arrived. The villa does have a maid who cleans 3 times a week, she did attend the property however failed to lock up the bedrooms when she left. As we had left the property for the day to go to the beach, we found all the bedroom doors to be unlocked with our valuables in when arrived back later that day. I'm led to believe that a fully qualified electrician has now been to the property to fix the issues with the live wires and external lights which forced us to leave the property and hence the associated 1 star which we can only give. The cost of the villa is certainly not the most expensive on Koh Samui but we do feel that some investment in ongoing maintenance is required and an Emergency contact within Thailand if any problems do occur. Clearly the Kiriyikan resort (next door) could only offer us a waiting game whilst they made contact with the UK owner - which was not convenient at 3am UK time. We moved to the newly furbished Mantra Samui resort (10 mins down the road) where the staff were excellent and accommodated us accordingly.

Hi Mark, I must confess I am very surprised by your one star rating taking into account all our conversations in which you never once expressed any disappointment in the standard of the villa? I understand how irritating it must have been for you to start your holiday with 4 days of unprecedented torrential rain, in what was supposed to be the hot dry season. Unfortunately this non stop rain (which caused floods and power cuts all over the island) caused some water to leak into one of the outside (low voltage) light switches. As soon as the problem was flagged up, the electrics were immediately disabled to this switch. However, I completely understood your apprehension at that time and naturally at my expense, I subsequently arranged for a couple of options to be made available to you until an electrician could carry out a thorough check during daylight hours. Firstly to move into the same sized villa next door, or alternatively to move into 2 family suites. You declined both options and requested a refund for all remaining nights (which I very promptly returned to you), The villa was thoroughly checked the next morning and the problem rectified, by which time you had already left. When I checked with you the following day to make sure you had found something suitable, from your response it seemed to me you were more unhappy about the weather than anything else, telling me the forecast was bad for the remainder of your stay. Unlike the vast majority of private villas in Samui, we are fortunate in that we do have a 24 hour security guard located directly in front of our villa. However I take on board your comments about having all the doors locked and although we have never experienced a problem in 10 years, this has been addressed. The happiness and well being of my guests is always my number one priority and I still feel I acted in a caring and professional manner given the circumstances. I am genuinely sorry you did not have a good experience in Samui and hope it does not put you off returning to this beautiful Island one day.

Wonderful Birthday Holiday in Paradise

The 4 bedroom Villa and setting are beautiful . The Villa is large, tastefully furnished and was well equipped for all our needs. The Boutique Hotel is a short stroll away and we enjoyed using the lovely infinity swimming pool that overlooks the lush countryside each day as well as staying around the Villa pool. We ate at lots of local restaurants that the owner had recommended as well as in the Hotel. The food was amazing! A car is good for exploring the island / beaches but you can also get taxis arranged via the Hotel. Monique the owner and the Hotel staff are really helpful and nothing is too much trouble for them. I would definitely recommend the Villa and resort . We had a great time and would definitely go back again.

We also loved the fact that we were part of a beautiful resort in the hills behind the village of Maenam so we could enjoy all the facilities here in this tranquil setting.
We feel that we are in the jungle listening to the birds and the geckos but only a 10 min stroll to the stunning Maenam beach.

We feel very secure due to the fact that the resort provide 24hr security with a guard who sits directly outside our villa. A short stroll next door to reception (also open 24hrs) allows us to book taxis, day trips, scooters etc and room service can be provided from the resort restaurant, together with stunning Thai buffet nights around the resort pool. Whether you prefer a private villa to spend time with your friends and family or to be part of a resort with all the benefits that has to offer, here you have the choice of both. If you like to be able to walk to local restaurants and bars in the evening, Maenam village is just a 15 min walk away. If you prefer the bright lights and crowds in Chaweng, a 20 min taxi or tuk tuk ride will take you here. We are also just a short drive away from the brand new Wharf centre in Fisherman's Village, for the most popular beachfront dining experiences in Samui.
