¡Timber Creek 205 es una unidad de 2 dormitorios + loft, 2 baños y 2 baños, con capacidad para 1200 personas / esquí, con capacidad para 10 personas! El cuarto de abajo tiene una cama king, el segundo dormitorio tiene una cama queen y un conjunto de literas y el altillo tiene una litera capitanes + cama nido. En la planta baja hay una amplia sala de estar con conexión inalámbrica a internet gratuita, TV de pantalla plana, chimenea de gas y una cocina completamente equipada. Situada justo en la pista de esquí con acceso a condominios, esta residencia se encuentra en el centro del pueblo de Copper Mountain, a 3 minutos a pie de los remontes, restaurantes y tiendas. The unit was nice, and well represented by the pictures. Kitchen was good. Great sleeping arrangements and comfy beds. Excellent location. Definitely hits the classic ski condo vibe. Lots of stairs to get to the unit. Not a problem if your legs work, but be aware. Nice to have a ski locker on the ground floor. Hot tub is broken until at least this summer. I understand this is up to the HOA, but it would have been nice to know ahead of time and possibly have the option to book a different property. The Copper Athletic Club is close and does have nice facilities (14 / day).

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Not a bad stay. Unfortunately the hot tub was not in working condition and looked as if it hasn't worked all year. Big time bummer as that was a big reason we booked this place. We also had the microwave fall apart during our stay, was duck taped together when we arrived. The dishwasher is missing a bunch of rollers and was a big pain to use. Overall not a bad stay, but a few things that could be corrected.

Exactly as Advertised!

The property was clean and exactly what we needed for a weekend ski trip with friends. A short walk was needed to get to the lifts, but it was manageable. Would stay here again!

Nice lodging and convenient location

This is a great unit - close to Center Village and very easy to get on/off the slopes. Plenty of space and stocked well. Great experience!

Great place to stay with friends

Great location, appliances, and amenities (hot tub + sauna). 5 min to American Eagle lift and ability to ski right to the back door of condo. Clean and cozy apartment. Recommend staying here with a large group.

Great ski in and ski out

Great location to ski in and out for intermediate to advanced skiers. In between Center and East Village. Short walk to Center Village to eat and shop. Great view of the mountain and hot tub. Nice amenities; humidifiers, ski locker nice entry way to store boots, coats, and helmets. Easy check in and out process.

Great location

Overall really good! Great location to ski in & out. Condo is dated, tiny bathrooms but cozy. There is NO washer and dryer as listed! There is a community laundry on the first floor….bring quarters! (Really wish I would have known that). There is also one tiny lock on the front door, that made me a little nervous. I don’t think theft is a problem at CM but I still wish there had been a better lock. There is great storage for ski gear!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo layout and choice of beds was good. But the kitchen utensils and dishware need major improvements. Only 6 spoons for a condo that sleeps 8-10 is not sufficient. Not enough plates (and most were chipped) and not enough glassware. Needs a blender as well. Brochure said hot tub was closed but people were using it every night. So, I called mgt company and stayed on hold for 2 hours but then had to hang up as the office was closing. So, I left a message but received no callback. Wi-Fi went down for 24 hours.

An honest condo

An older building and an older unit for sure, but it doesn't try to be something it's not. This is your classic ski condo near the slopes where you pile in a bunch of people, ski all day, then hang out at night. Plenty of sleeping options - the condo has two bedrooms plus a loft. Bedroom #1 is a standard queen, but upstairs, you have bedroom #2 with a queen plus a bunk bed, then you also have the loft which has another bunk bed and a rollaway bed available. You could have up to six people sleeping upstairs, the only downside would be that there's only one bathroom up there. Furnishings were a bit dated and the dining table is shoehorned into an odd place, but again, is that really a problem? The condo is on the 2nd floor so expect to walk up some steps. The hot tub needs an overhaul. Covered parking <> garage, it's a carport which makes for tricky parking if you have a big vehicle. Center Village is a short walk away. Location is excellent. It's far easier to ski in than it is to ski out. To ski out, you need to take your skis up a short distance to a wide path then pole a short distance to the Pitchfork lift. From there, you take the lift up and cut over to the Super Bee and you're off. To ski in, simply follow the Condo Access sign on Skid Road or follow the other Condo Access sign right before Skid Road - either one works just fine and dumps you right outside the condo. However, this does mean that if someone in your group can't do a Blue run (Blue/Black being the only runs serviced by the Super Bee) that might create a problem, but that's not the condo's problem, it is what it is. If you can only do Greens, you'll have to walk a bit the other way on that path to where you can ski down and catch the American Eagle. And if you have someone going to Ski School, you'll probably want to drop them off vs. walk to the shuttle stop. Is it the Taj Mahal? Not a chance. Does it fit the bill for a large-ish group? Absolutely. We had five people and it was fine. We'd definitely rent again if we came to Copper with more than four people.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place couldn't be more convenient for skiing. As stated it is a very short walk to Central Village and quite easy to ski back to. The condo is well equipped and comfortable. The kitchen is functional, well equipped but small. We were able to cook simple meals each night quite easily. Beds are comfortable and bathrooms functional if not fancy. Be aware the master bedroom is a queen not a king. We found it quite nice to have a community hot tub. It's always fun meeting new people and the sauna was a great added bonus.Regarding laundry, be aware it's a condo community laundromat format that requires quarters for the machines so if you plan to do some laundry, be sure to bring some quarters with you. We didn't find a quarter exchange machine. Overall a great place and I'd stay again.

This is our 2nd stay in 205 and we will reurn next Jan. Beds/bedding very comfy and upscale, furniture/carpet etc updated and good condition. Location Location Location--this is fantastic ski-in walk-out location...you are on lifts in less than 3 mins and easy lunch ski-in break spot. The outdoor hot-tub along the ski trail with beautiful mountain views pushes it over the top. Copper Vacations manages property and they are first class--I've used them for over 15 years. Do not hesitate to book this unit for your ski vacation!!

There are a few things that could be improved for a better stay. The TV was older and it took lots of practice to figure out how to get to different screens to listen to Pandora or Youtube to watch Snowboard videos. The toaster didn't work unless the handle was manually held down.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was great & the kids absolutely loved it. The only let down was that only 1 person was able to shower in the morning & 1 at night. There was not plenty of hot water for everyone to shower. We’ were 7 people (2 adults & 5 kids). We stayed for 3 nights and not one day were we all able to shower in one day. Extremely disappointed. Maintenance wasn’t able to help & they told us that there was nothing that could be done due to the water heater being so small.

Can't beat the ski in, ski out!

This unit is a terrific place for a family ski holiday. We all loved the ease of getting on the mountain and being able to come back for lunch and breaks. The unit is nicely renovated and was spotless at check in. We especially enjoyed the fireplace and having a ski locker available. Copper Vacations was easy to work with and the communication was prompt and helpful. We wouldn't hesitate to rent this unit again.
