The host was great! We didn’t have any issues so there wasn’t a lot communication that needed to happen but the host prepared the property well before our arrival. The property was just as described, was very spacious and every amenity meet the needs of our family. We would definitely stay here again.

The house was very clean and the open space to be able to hang out is amazing. The pool table whole a little un level, it's good enough to still have fun on. If I'm staying in the area again this is a great option.

Just prior to arrival, host advised that we would have to supply our own towels and linens. When we got there we found out the hot tub did not work. Called owner who admitted that it had broken earlier in the season. Pool table was in bad shape. Owner kept house at 55 degrees and required us to set up house and turn on breakers for hot water heater and sanitation pump when we arrived. Owner asked us to clean (including vacuum) property on departure along with numerous other check out procedures.

Great place and host

The host was great and the place was wonderful as well. It was well lit and well heated and super clean. The location was great as well. The pool table was a bit of a letdown but everything else was great, the tv, games, everything was more than we could ask for.

This house was perfect for our group of 10 friends traveling on our annual golf trip. The property owner was very nice and helpful leading up to check in.The house presented itself just like the pictures. I would say if the house had a ceiling fan or two it would have been perfect, house was a little stuffy until the air kicked in. Besides that it was a great stay and I would stay here again!

Golf Trip

House was in a great neighborhood close to a few nice restaurants and Split Rock resort. Our friends connected to go golfing in the area (Jack Frost), while the weather didn’t workout for golf we were able to go bowling and get a nice meal in town. Cozy house, Communication 10/10

Excellent home! So close to the slopes

We had a wonderful time at this Lake Harmony home! We went for a ski weekend and the house is so close to the slopes and also close to some wonderful restaurants and stores. Check-in was simple and easy. The driveway was even shoveled after we had a snowstorm. Overall, wonderful experience!

Great house for a group stay

Visited the house with a group and had a great time. The kitchen was well stocked and the hot tub was a wonderful amenity to have onsite. The neighborhood had a 12 hour weather-related power outage during our stay unfortunately, but communication with our hosts was good and we were able to resolve our issues. Would stay again.

Good time for all

We had 14 people staying in the house, including two babies and we had enough room for everyone, enjoyed the central air , the set up in the great room was well done. We also enjoyed the hot tub and the screened in porch and the deck. The closeness to the lake was also a major plus for us

The owners were very accommodating when issues arose (the beach passes were missing, but he handled it quickly and new passes were waiting for us when we got to the beach!) A few drawbacks: some of the beds were pretty uncomfortable, and we had the fire alarm go off twice while we were there, but overall we had a great time!

We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:- Due to a same-day turnover before your arrival, the home’s cleaning may not have met their usual high standards, and they’ll be addressing this with their cleaning service.- The home is always stocked with towels, paper towels, and multiple rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom to ensure guests have what they need.- We're committed to making sure the kitchen is fully clean and ready for use, and will double-check cookware going forward.- While we understand that every guest’s experience is unique, some of the concerns described don’t reflect the condition we strive to maintain for this home. Fabulous Easter Weekend

Our 14 family members (aged 12-80) enjoyed our long weekend in this very spacious and comfortable home in Lake Harmony. We loved the main level’s open floor plan with plenty of space and comfy seating. We were thrilled to have 2 dining tables that fit all of us for meals and board/card games. The hot tub was very relaxing, and we loved our walks to the lake and around the neighborhood. Layne was an absolute pleasure to work with. We hope to visit again sometime soon!

Spacious and comfortable!

Our group of 14 adults from different corners of the world came to the Poconos to enjoy water rafting and waterfalls hiking before going to a wedding in New York City. The house was clean and nice! It was comfortable and housed our group perfectly. Layne was responsive and answered all of our questions timely. There was no issue getting my deposit back. I would stay here again and strongly recommend it to others.
