Fabulous location close to south beach, restaurants and transport. Joss was very welcoming and the apartment is thoughtfully decorated for short and medium duration stays.

Tiny cosy place

Perfectly located between beach/marina and the restaurant/café area, Jolly is a very friendly host. Comfy place, ideal for a couple. Spiral staircase.

Anniversary Getaway

What a perfect abode for us to have some time away from reality. Place was perfect and loved the little extra thoughtful touches . It’s location made all the cafes , restaurants , shops and sights easily accessible . Thankyou so much . Loved our stay and we’ll be back .

Peaceful Retreat

We could not fault this little piece of paradise . Perfectly located, clean, bright and everything we needed Jolly was warm and welcoming, nothing was a problem. We will be back! We had the best time, thank you Jolly !

The heart of Sth Freo

4 night stay, perfect location across from beach, sailing club and dog park. Comfortable and beautifully presented studio, great base for exploring beautiful Freo. Could walk to the markets, eateries and beaches. Jodie was the perfect host. Highly recommend

My Oz Haven

I enjoyed my stay as it is perfect for one person , a little compact for a couple ! My host, Jolly was lovely, very helpful, nothing too much trouble. Thank goodness it has very efficient A/C, as it has been exceedingly hot for most of my 2 month stain!

Stunning accomodation

What a beautiful warm stay The accomodation is so fresh and clean with quality design, bedding and ambience. And so close to the beautiful beaches of Sth Freo The bed is superb, very comfortable, providing excellent sleep I really love the way the curtains move with the the breeze coming in off the coast. Gorgeous! I don’t think Jolly could improve on the set up Totally pampered! Jolly is a helpful and perceptive host Very obliging and friendly but still able to provide privacy. Perfect! Thank you

Great! Couldn’t ask for more!

I cannot say enough good things about this place. The host “Jolly” is just a wonderful person, so kind and generous. Her studio was comfortable, cozy, and WAY better than advertised! Everything you need is here, with a full kitchen that saved me money on eating out. And the location is nearly perfect, with almost anything you may need within walking distance, except grocery and liquor stores which are a short drive away. Oh, and the beach is just across the street and down the road a bit. Parking is easy and free. Those who are light sleepers like me will appreciate the quiet at night here, no road noise or other racket. Of course, no place is perfect. Note that there are circular stairs going up to the apartment - not a big deal except for carrying up heavy luggage, which you’ll only have to do once. So travel light! The Wifi reception is not so great, not a problem if you have cell service on your phone. Those are trivial matters, especially at the price Jolly charges, which is downright reasonable. Thanks for having me, Jolly, hope to see you again!

Mick was a fabulous guest. Loved having him stay. He was very friendly, quiet and left the studio perfectly on departure. Loved how adventurous he was, off walking in the hills, snorkelling at Rotto and driving on the opposit side of the road from the US!!! It was wonderful to have you stay Mick. Safe travels and hope you get back this way again. Highly recommended to other hosts as the perfect guest.

Gorgeous hideaway

We had a wonderful 3 nights escape in this romantic little studio. Jolly was a lovely host and the location and views were just perfect. Could easily have slipped off the grid and not returned home. Thoroughly recommended.

Peaceful little gem

loved this little place, as a woman being away on her own for the first time I booked it as I thought it would be peaceful and safe and it was. Jolly the owner is there should you need her but leaves you to enjoy your stay if you just wish to be alone. The little studio had everything I needed, was across the road from the beach and close to coffee shops snd restaurants etc Thanks jolly I had the peaceful break I needed. I would definitely stay again and bring my hubby as its also a romantic little studio to stay in with lovely views of the ocean and the sunsets :)
