Would absolutely stay here again! Lovely location, clean, communicative host, and they shoveled right when it snowed which was especially helpful when I had a 5am clinical rotation!

Everything went well. Communication was clear, place was very organized; they thought of everything to maximize the space and ease of use. Great location near to the sights of the area, without noisy traffic. Only 1 small thing...not a lot of external light, or a view. Otherwise a wonderful weekend.

Easy check-in. Clean & quiet, and just a couple blocks walk to a cute downtown area (with a waterfall!). Hosts provided a very comfortable, homey place. Would love to come back!

Great Stay!

Excellent host communication, cool place to stay, great location, and thoughtful details! Was only able to use the space to sleep due to wedding activities nearby that took up most of our time; but will definitely come back for a more leisurely stay next time. Thank you!

Great 2 day stay

My wife and I were revisiting this area from a wedding we had went to in December and wanted to come back up here during the summer. We really enjoyed our stay here. The host provides plenty of items inside your place and having a garage to park our convertible was an extreme plus.We would definitely recommend staying here and if we make it up this way again, we’ll definitely use this place again

Charming get-away

Allison thought of everything! Cupboards and cabinets were clearly labeled, which made everything convenient. The cowboy/western theme was perfect and added to the charm. We would definitely recommend and also stay there again. Thank you Allison!

Cute little apartment

I would recommend this place for anyone staying in Osceola. The owner is quick to reply & went to great lengths to label cabinets for ease of finding everything you would need from dishes to toiletries. Walkable to Cascade Falls, a few restaurants, the local grocery store and the bowling alley.

Lovely, quiet accommodation

Very comfortable, quiet, and clean accommodations within short walking distance of several good eating options. The property manager was quick to respond to messages and very cordial. This was a much better option than any hotel in the area, especially with the attached heated garage on below-zero days.

Great place to stay

The area is fantastic, and Allison was a pleasure to deal with. The ease of check-in and check-out made my trip so much nicer, and everything in town is just a quick walk away.

Convenient and cozy

This place has a convenient location right in town. Even though it is in town you don't here much traffic noise. It's a cozy little apartment above the garage with everything you need. The bed is super comfy and the decor is super cute.

Cozy place, great location

Impressed with everything; cleanliness and location most. Walkable to good grocery store. Super easy check in. Thoughtful amenities throughout - an extra blanket in the closet came in handy for our child, for example. The one-car garage with remote is a nice bonus, especially if you stay in winter. Recommend!

Allison has thought of everything! Special touches with coffee, hot chocolate. Easy walking to the grocery store and Main Street. Sorry we couldn’t stay longer!

We were sick of looking at cookie-cutter homes and wanted a home to share that had character and a story. And boy oh boy does this home ever have both! Built in 1890 by Dr. Combacker and renovated through the years, most notably by the former antique store owners, this home has maintained it's charm and disposition. We only hope to do the home and our predecessors justice.
