This lakeside getaway has it all, 5 minute walk to the beach or step outside to swim in the lake.
Ideal location for relaxing and exploring the Fleurieu Peninsula.

Comfortable 3 bedroom house situated on the lake at Encounter Lakes.
Sleeps 4, main bedroom with queen bed, ensuite and lake view,
2nd bedroom with double bed and
3rd bedroom with single bed. Ceiling fans in bedrooms.

Two lounge areas with TV and DVD, DVD's and games available for kids.
WIFI available.
Main family lounge overlooks the lake.
Very basic but functional kitchen with microwave.
Please support the region by eating at some of the fabulous local cafes and restaurants.

Linen provided.
BBQ and undercover entertaining area overlooks the lake and private jetty.

Please note:
Some internal cupboards and Garage locked - parking available in driveway and on street.
Strictly no animals allowed.
Security Cameras are installed outside the property.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: 4 GUESTS (including children)

There is no fence between back door and the lake, therefore not suitable for very young children who can't swim.

PDF's (life jackets) must be worn on the lake - 6 stored in laundry, small and large.
