This comfy three bedroom unit sleeps 6 people and is located in the Iconic Horseshoe Bay. 3 bedrooms , 2 queen beds and two singles.
Walking distance to cafes and shops. Enjoy a beer and a bbq
Limited sea views from balcony.
Perfect for small family.
Stairs to level one.

No pets unless by prior arrangement.
No smoking.
3 night minimum for long weekends and 4 night minimum for Easter.
BBQ on balcony
Shared courtyard and front lawns overlooking Southern Ocean.
Entry is via keybox and the code will be provided on the morning of your arrival.
No Checkins or checkouts on Christmas Day, Boxing Day or New Year’s Day

A Good Option For A Getaway

Very clean, comfortable, although we will ask for a ground floor unit next time. We're both over eighty and just enough stairs to cope.

Beautiful Port Elliot
The property is in a perfect location for the beach, the great restaurants and cafes. We walked everywhere .. the car was only used to visit Victor Harbor. The accommodation was as promised in the website.

Great apartment
This apartment is in a great location and had everything we needed (kitchen, stove, heaps of crockery/cutlery, a washing machine, 2 large couches, good sized TV etc). Only a few minutes' walk to the beach, general store, pub, train and bakery. Well stocked and very homely.

Excellent location, close to bowling club.
A group of 70+ ladies in Port Elliot for a bowls carnival across the road from the apartment - an easy walk to the clubhouse. The apartment was clean and well appointed with all amenities that we required. Appreciated the free wifi access as it saved us using our mobile data.

Perfect in everyway.
We absolutely love our stay in Port Elliot at Number 10 Dolphin Apartment. The location is absolutely perfect and everything is right out the front of the doorstep. The cleanliness of the apartment on arrival was beautiful and as well as all the amenities, including bedding, and linen. It is an absolute delight to stay and will continue to book for many many years to come.

Close to Beach and main street.
Good location but extremely loud neighbours that went on til 4.30am on 1st night, 2nd night was quiet. Single bed that was made up has a bent frame, moved to the other bed in room, not hard to do but why not make up the better bed in the room. Could benefit some cards or board games. Over all we really just needed a place to sleep/veg out so suited our purposes . Thanks for having us.

Great location
The location was good however the advertised image misrepresented the view they portrayed in their advertising. We would have chosen a different apartment if we knew. We didn't look over the bay, we looked at the building across the road. It was a disappointment. SOM.
