Our family of five had a wonderful visit to Linmore in Aviemore! The home was so clean and comfortable, and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful; we were sad to leave! The amenities and recommendations were so appreciated and well thought out; especially the suggestion to make dinner reservations, as most places do book up. Thank you for the lovely stay!

The house was very comfortable, clean and well equipped. It's in a fantastic location, handy for all the amenities in Aviemore but also very close to the Speyside Way. The owner was really helpful and dealt with any queries promptly. I would highly recommend the property for a lovely relaxing dog friendly holiday in the Cairngorms.

Plenty of room for a family of five (and a dog). Kids very pleased with the ratio of flat screen tvs to people and also the presence of a Xbox
Easy access to the Aviemore Orbital walking circuit and also the Speyside way for cycling. 15-20 minute walk to centre of Aviemore and 5 mins from a co-op, chippy, pizza place etc

Clean warm. Everything that you need. 20 minutes walk to town. Easy parking. Quick response to messages from Alison. Nice touch of a bottle of wine and selection boxes for the kid. We would stay here again when we are in Aviemore again

We had a wonderful stay. Just about everything you could think of was there for us and the WiFi was great! I had to do a Zoom interview one morning and had no issues. We loved the location. Very quiet but close enough to town that we had access to everything we needed. About a 55 min drive to the Lecht Ski centre from here. Worth it for all the amenities Aviemore has! Would absolutely stay again.
Lovely property, clean and well equipped for all your needs, there was a welcome gift on the dining room table with a bottle of wine, chocolates, domino’s and a pack of cards which was a lovely touch.
It was about a 20 minute walk to the main high street where there are cafes, restaurants and various shops.
The property owner Alison was very good at communicating, she replied very quickly to any questions you asked. I would definitely recommend staying here and wouldn’t hesitate staying here again if we return to Aviemore.
Lots of photos on the page are not exactly relevant. But when you find the one page of photos of the inside of the property you are sold. And rightly so. It is a lovely property. Well furnished and with everything you could possibly want. You also then understand the relevance of the other photos - it is a family home that the whole family enjoy. Well done Alison. We had a lovely time in your house. And thank you for making it available at such short notice. You must have a lovely caretaker in Brenda! Many thanks. A sweet home to get the family especially for Christmas
Lismore is a welcoming property, decorated with care, warm and full of charm, and well appointed. Also well situated to start walks or going to town. If we return in Aviemore, we probably ask again to reserve Linmore.
