Great location. Outside areas were very pleasant. My 3 star review is for several reasons:1. We realized 2 hours after booking that the layout didn’t work for us: the walk-in shower was downstairs and the tub shower was upstairs with the bedrooms. This didn't work well at all for us given my girlfriend’s recent surgery. When I emailed and called it took over a day to get a response, then it was a no, no from a manager, then no from the owner (per the management company Evolve, who I’ll never rent from again). So we stayed and made the best of a bad situation for a lot of money that we couldn’t cancel with just under 48 hours of notice. 2. No kitchen towels. No kitchen trash bags. No dishwasher pods. Minor things, but kind of expected with a high-end rental. 3. Laundry machine leaks water on the bathroom floor. Upstairs shower curtain has a black mold on it. 4. Parking is very tight. Don’t bring a large vehicle! 5. TV system didn’t work despite very clear instructions and a video, which we found out were outdated. I don’t usually leave a less than 5-star review as a fellow short-term rental owner, but this one felt necessary!

Amazing place and experience!

This is a beautiful property and is exactly as described in the listing. My wife and I had a great experience. There's plenty of space and the pool/outdoor area is perfect. The location is ideal for access to downtown (and not far from everything else in Austin). We will definitely stay there again!

AMAZING STAY

We booked this property to have a fun weekend away with some friends and loved every second of it! The location, the house, the amenities, were all AS ADVERTISED, and we plan on using this property as it’s available when we go to Austin moving forward! Also, the proximity to downtown was amazing and it was a great walk down to the river from the house! Couldn’t say enough great things about this property!

Great home, great host

A really lovely home. Well appointed; great pool and hot tub. Absolutely fantastic host - would reply to our questions within minutes and really went out of her way to help. The location - both within 10-15 of downtown - and 5 mins walk from a cool area on Congress. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
