Bellamente decorada, espaciosa casa de tres pisos con 6 habitaciones, capacidad para 15 personas cómodamente, tiene tres baños y un tercer baño separado. Más 2 salas de estar con chimeneas y un rincón de lectura separado en el segundo piso.

Ubicado en 1. 25 acres de River Valley plano con balcones soleados con orientación norte en cada nivel con vistas a una presa privada y al río Delatite. Impresionantes vistas a las montañas del país desde la sala de estar principal y las cubiertas y también hay una vista de la Cumbre del Monte Buller desde la puerta principal. Las excelentes instalaciones de cocina con una gran mesa de comedor con capacidad para 12 y una segunda mesa de comedor para otros 6 permiten mucho espacio para el entretenimiento y una gran terraza exterior y área de barbacoa es excelente en los meses más cálidos. Un excelente salón con estufa de leña y aire acondicionado de ciclo inverso mantienen esta casa cómoda y acogedora durante todo el año. Hay un televisor de pantalla plana grande y estéreo en la sala de estar en el nivel principal con recepción satelital y un segundo televisor de pantalla plana y estéreo en la nueva sala de estar y área de entretenimiento por las escaleras. La nueva sala de abajo tiene un cómodo salón con estufa de leña y una pequeña cocina, además de una gran terraza exterior con orientación norte y una gran mesa exterior con vistas al valle. El complejo Sebel Pinnacle Valley está cruzando la calle con un restaurante y bar, y está a solo 5 minutos en coche del Hunt Club Hotel en Merrijig. Está a solo 4 km de la puerta de entrada de Mt Buller y a solo 20 minutos en coche del aparcamiento y del telesilla Northside.
La sala de secado es perfecta para secar y calentar sus chaquetas, botas y guantes para el día siguiente en la nieve.
Esta propiedad tiene espacio para jugar al fútbol o al cricket en la llanura cubierta de hierba y se encuentra a las puertas del parque infantil High Country, donde se puede esquiar, caminar por los arbustos, 4WD, bicicleta de montaña, pescar, visitar bodegas locales o simplemente disfrutar de un picnic en el orillas del río Delatite o darse un chapuzón para refrescarse en esos calurosos días de verano.

Picturesque and spacious

We stayed for the long weekend. The house was better than pictured, beautifully presented. The outside of the property is stunning with a picturesque river running through the back yard with ample wild life. We sat on the balcony and watched kangaroos and deer grazing and ducks on the water. We stayed in winter but it would be a great place to visit in summer as well.

Great spot, perfect for 3 families

We had a fantastic Easter weekend with friends. Absolutely loved playing down by the river -adventuring amongst the blackberry bushes, throwing stones, clambering over logs and scouting the bush for deer. Would highly recommend and return

The verse holiday house we got in our life.

Unclean dusty place with so much bothering from owner who staying in same property and watching the clients and messaging to ruined the holiday.run out of hot water for long.no Privacy and insecure place as another 2 houses in same land and strangers living.its not mention in the description. Charged extra $250 for no reason. And got to know owner do it to all clients and charging extra after checkout.we feel its her side business to put blame and debit from given card.this is not a place to go family holidays.

Alpine Wonderland

From the amazing view of the back of the property to inside of the tastefully decorated interior, Riversong has exceeded all of our expectations. It even add little bonuses with a family of deers, birds and kangaroos freely passing by the pond and daffodils in the 3 acre block. We loved it and would recommend it anytime. Thank you for sharing your special place

Lovely Holiday House

Great house for holiday plan. We absolutely loved our stay at this house. It was very spacious and kids friendly. Kitchen was clean and had all the utensils you'd need for large family feasts. The wood fires was a fantastic addition and kept us all very cosy and warm. The scene from the lounge and balcony was so gorgeous and we had kangas visiting every morning. Lovely King parrots came in for an morning feed and were very happy to jump onto your hand to be feed. A great experience for all ages. The location was perfect, being only a few minutes' drive from the entrance to Mt Buller. Jacqui was easy to contact & very responsive to any questions we had during our stay. We are looking forward to coming back soon.

family weekend getaway

Great house for a large family weekend away. The house was large enough to easily accommodate the 12 of us. Bedrooms were large and beds comfortable. Kitchen was clean and had all the utensils you'd need for large family feasts. The wood fires worked a treat and kept us all very cosy and warm. The vista from the lounge and balcony was lovely and it overlooked the creek and there were lots of deer and kangaroos grazing. Lovely King parrots came in for an afternoon feed and were very happy to jump onto your hand to be feed. A great experience for young and old.

Ideal property and location for our needs

We were 10 senior or nearing senior males with differing interests- fishing, golfing, bushwalking, fine dining. It covered all our bases with everything within easy drive or the fishing at our back door. House was large which gave us individual space if needed. Everything was clean and suited our requirements.

Lovely house! Clean & comfortable holiday house.

We absolutely loved our stay at this house. It was very spacious, with living areas on each of the 3 levels of the house. There was lots of room for the kids to play. And it was very kid friendly with safety gates at each staircase. The house was very very clean and the furnishings made the stay very comfortable. The location was perfect, being only a few minutes from the entrance to Mt Buller. The owners were easy to contact & very responsive to any questions we had during our stay. Our only complaint was that there was so much kangaroo poo in field to be able to enjoy the outdoor area thoroughly. But this isn't something that can be avoided. Having said that, it was lovely to be able to see the kangaroos come out in the mornings and evening and watch them from the balconies of the house. I highly recommend this house looking for somewhere to stay in this area.

Just the ticket!

We are a family of 14 (8 adults, 6 offspring) and this place was ideal in amenities, and space for all to follow their impulses as well as being close to various trips eg Mt. Buller and swimming holes.

Beautiful Property with an Amazing View!

We are a family with two children (aged 10 and 12) and our young pooch! We have absolutely loved our stay at Riversong. Owners were super efficient with communication and helpful. The house is tastefully decorated with love! Stunning view and beautiful river right at the back for the property. We spent most days by the river, most sunset sitting out on the balcony watching kangaroos, deers grazing on grass. We hardly had the television on during our stay. We cannot wait to come back soon!

Fantastic House in a fantastic spot!

First off, let me say that the pictures do not do this fantastic house justice. It is a huge house split over 3 levels with 3 bathrooms and 3 outside decks to relax on. The property itself is on a large plot of land on the river and we had a fantastic time kicking the football and letting the dog run around in the large yard. The deck and lounge downstairs was fantastic for our group of 11 people and the house never felt cramped, with everyone having their own rooms and space. I would highly recommend that you stay here, we had a great time and will definitely be back.

Beautiful Stay

The stay at Riversong was just perfect. A great place to bring a large group of friends. The 10 of us enjoyed getting away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and each night we stayed we sat outside on the deck and enjoyed the view and the beautiful fresh Spring weather. Be prepared for a bit of cardio as there are three flights of stairs. I recommend: bunk with your friends/family at least one night on the lower level in front of the fire, wake up early and enjoy a cup of coffee on the balcony while watching the sunrise and definitely leave your phones and laptops at home (you won't need them!)

Absolute Gem!

The property is truly gorgeous, welcoming and relaxing; with enough space for kids (6) to run free and for adults (7) to slow down and enjoy the break from fast and furious lifestyles. We had the longest, loveliest Saturday I can remember since childhood.

Fantastic!

Our group of 10 adults, 2 4-year olds and 2 babies thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Riversong! Wonderful set up and the stair gates are great if you have kids. The place is well looked after, clean and in great location to get away from the hectics of city life. We look forward to come back in summer to enjoy the outdoors and the new deckings and to have a play in the creek!

Glad to be back

After staying at Riversong, we had to return once again. The property is amazing. Now with an added floor of living space, Riversong is a must stay for large groups. Total relaxation. Fantastic holiday memories and such cosy snow home. We will return so for anyone interested, book your space before I do next snow season :)
