Born in Cabolutan San Agustin Romblon, by hardworking parents whom in spite of being just farmers were able send me to university to become a nurse. Got married with 5 smart kids, took care of them on their early years not practicing my nursing profession for a while but focused on having CDDC nursery school to become their first teacher, until the time that they become independent kids to be on their own to continue their studies in elementary, HS, and University schooling while I’m working in Saudi Arabia, very hard to be away from my kids but I did it to give them a better future. Having no experience to practice my nursing profession in Philippines it was very difficult for me to adjust myself working in hospital setting again. Was almost send back to my country because of my lack of hospital experience but luckily was given a chance to continue working under Ministry of Health in Riyadh KSA. With the help of my hospital co workers and CN, I was able to regain my competence to work as a nurse again in hospital settings. After some years my co worker encouraged me to apply in Canada under caregiver program. Been under difficult adjustment again adjusting to everything being a caregiver took lessons to become PSW, took nursing exam and lucky enough to upgrade myself and was able to work as a nurse in hospital in Toronto. Due to age and hardships in life health becomes a problem, retired early and with some help manage to put up a clinic to do footcare as a Registered Foot Care Nurse. Did online business, managed to take care of client with dementia , got busy gardening and all other jobs to supplement earnings to continuously helping folks and family back home. Tried to join many businesses but not so lucky enough to join group business at all! But as long as I have strength I am a person that just does not sit down doing nothing! I have to find luck saving some amount to start a business that could benefit my love ones even if I will be gone

This property is from my parents sacrifice and hard work. As the eldest survivor, I initiate claiming back this property from designated tenant and helper when he was still alive. My parents hard-works and sacrifices working under heat of the sun or even working against the storm made them wasted their health and passed away at such a quite early age. At age 55 years old my father passed away suddenly then my mom after 10 years later. I’m very sad that after all their sacrifices I was not able to give them a real nice life that they should experience at all. I prioritized taking care of my kids forget practicing the profession for sometime to rear my own children. I forgot and did not realized that my parents who sacrificed too much, who send me to school, are getting old, and need for a comfortable life has been denied. I forgot about my siblings who gave way not to go to school just to let me continue my studies. A feel that I became useless when our big brother passed away soon and I could not help him so much due to struggling financial difficulties. At this period of my life I come to realized that I must do something to let all my parents memory and my big brothers memory who help till the land and help me where I am today. With some help from generous guys, my sister, and my kids I was able to realize a dream to put up a nice memory from my parents, a legacy that would remember how they worked very hard together, but never had a chance experience and enjoy life they deserved. FMV is my parents well known signature which my mother was using and painting on sacks rice they harvested from the farm. F stands for Felix and Fermina, M for Mirasol, and V for our family name Veral. Aside from renting this property, this place will serve as a union place for friends and relatives who are free to come, visit and enjoy the lovely place, a place with lots of beautiful memories from a very loving, God fearing and hardworking couple FMV signature

Having this listed property could help benefit specially my kids who were denied to come and be with me in Canada. Reason is that, they quit sometime from schooling giving way to other siblings to continue their schooling. It is another kind of sacrifice they give so their younger brother and sister could finish their studies. It’s a business for life, also to my only sister Shirley who help me manage the properties in behalf of my absence. These properties in Romblon will help us be united always with some old folks, my Aunties, nephews, nieces, cousins and friends who are all welcome to enjoy the beauty of nature hidden in this beautiful Tablas Island located in Romblon province. The place is just 30 minutes flight away from Manila City, or if one needs to enjoy the beautiful boat trip to Romblon which would take almost only 8 hours travelling by passing the beautiful Island of Mindoro. By sea transportation we could sea dolphins, flying fish and other beautiful creatures swimming on a clear blue ocean. The fresh ocean scented air is very good to our health, meeting and talking to people from the island is a great experience. Island hopping from island to island, zip lining, nice view falls, diving to sea beautiful corals and indigenous different ocean creations from ocean blue hole is a great memorable experience. Romblon is the marble capital of Philippines. You can wait while these people designs and put names for gifting and souvenirs from the place. Beaches with fine sands, clear blue oceans, mountain views, trees and flowers, hot springs, water falls, fresh fruits and vegetables, fresh fish catch, native rice from the farm, lots of herbal plants you could just imagine are existing in this place are all treasures and plus X factor meeting kind, caring, loving, helpful, hardworking and very hospitable people from this beautiful Island of Romblon.
