QUINNS RETREAT is a great family home set in a lovely quiet street in the beach side suburb of Quinns Rocks. This home makes a great place to stay for those wanting a relaxing holiday - walking distance to the beach and also the very popular Jindalee Beach Shack you will feel very much in the holiday spirit here


The home features
4 bedrooms - master with queen bed - bedroom 2 with double bed and bedroom 3 and 4 both have 2 single beds in each. We do have a 5th bedroom, but this is locked unless guests need the cot which is set up in there.
.2 bathrooms -1 ensuite to master bedroom has shower, spa bath, vanity and toilet.
Family bathroom has shower, vanity and bath. A second toilet is located by the laundry room
2 TV lounges
Dining area beautiful kitchen with large fridge freezer and dish washer

Alfresco area with seating and table tennis to keep the children amused.
Wi Fi is also included in the rental cost.

There are plenty of places to visit which are driving distance from the home
Yanchep National Park - approx. 15-20 minutes drive
Yanchep Langoon - approx. 15-20 minutes drive
Cavesham Wildlife Park - 30-40 minutes drive
Whiteman Park 30 - 40 minutes drive
Hillarys Boat Harbour - 20-25minutes drive

The house was lovely and ideal as a family base to visit the area. Comfortable and clean with all basic requirements provided, plus a few nice extras, it made our stay stress-free. Good internet and tv services, though we used our own firestick. Well supplied indoor and outdoor cooking areas. Only three of us stayed, but plenty of space for up to eight.The host was lovely and easy to contact. Quiet neighbourhood with a great selection shops and eateries within a short drive. If I was to move there then that’s where I’d live, and if I return on holiday again I’ll certainly stay there again.

The house was very clean and spacious. The pool was fab for family chill out days and we loved that the kids could have their own living room space to play. The host was amazing and replied to any query quickly. We will definitely be staying again and I would 100% recommend this accommodation to anyone. Its in a great area, with shops a 5 minute drive and a number of local beaches within a 10 to 20 minute drive.

Well serviced accommodation - Like walking into your own place. Generous supplies of day to day items. Huge space with several different living areas. Wasn't warm enough for a swim, but the pool looks as inviting as it does in the photos.

The house provided us all the confort and space we need wirh two young kids. Location is perfect if you like spend time at the beach or relaxing in the swimming pool.

Family holiday

A comfortable house, great for an extended stay. Pool was a big hit with the children and they loved the pool toys left at the property for them.Welcome pack of provisions was a godsend after the long journey from the UK and much appreciated. Grandparents bed and bathroom away from the other bedrooms for our daughter's family was great too.Kim was very friendly and helpful and answered questions immediately.A great holiday for us all.

Quinns holiday

The house was really spacious and didn’t feel on top of each other. The neighborhood was lovely and quiet and just a short walk away from the beach. The pool was a lovely area and nice to have a good size garden. Only downside was the inside of the draws/wardrobe in the main bedroom were dusty It was lovely to have a welcome pack with milk, tea/coffee, cereal and juice. Communication was great and checking in was easy after a long flight. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

Quinns Retreat Stay Work Vacation

Family and friends working together in Perth for a week, Thank you so much for the accommodation really enjoyed our stay, awesome spot and love the house, pool would be really awesome in summer! Fantastic house layout for everyone to enjoy! Great location close to beach and very handy to local shops. Easy access to house with great communication with Kim for our arrival and departure (Stay) details. Short drive to Mitchell Freeway for access to Perth City and surrounds. Much appreciated! Lovely,spacious house in good location, car needed. House neefs a little tlc - kitchen cupboard doors not fitting, tv signal really bad, bbq was filthy as were outside tables and filters over the hob.We bought our own disinfectant and furniture polish, otherwise the house was well equipped with crockery, cutlery, toilet rolls etc. It was good to have a welcome pack in kitchen and mini toiletries in bathroom. On the whole we had a wonderful stay and would recommend to family and friends

Thank you for your review. We always leave cleaning products sorry but never furniture polish. We will look at doing that, thank you for the suggestion. (We always leave disinfectant as well so no idea where that was if you say it wasn't there) Re outdoor furniture they are always washed down before guests' arrival with a hose and then wiped over. They can get dusty quite quickly being outside. Regarding the BBQ this was also cleaned before your arrival then sprayed over with oil to prevent rust. A lot of clients think it is filthy but it's not it's a layer of oil to protect, so when guests light the bbq this burns off. We really hope that you will stay with us again. Quinns Rocks Stay

There were three tv's at the property but only one of them were working to watch. One was all pixelated on the channels and one said it had a weak signal and could not watch it at all.There were two vacuum cleaners, one was broken at the bottom (the wheel was missing) and the other was blocked in the pipe and we could not clear it. The large jet on the stove would not ignite. We had ants in the kitchen on the benches and floor. The ants were also in the pantry and even all through a bag of potatoes we had purchased to cook. The down pipe in the covered bbq area must be blocked as when it rained it overflowed from the bottom of the downpipe and flooded the bbq area. Other than that it was a lovely house in a nice area.

Hi Cindy Thank you for your review. May I answer some of the comments please Yes, there are 3 TV - two of which run off the Antenna, if clients turn off the TV booster they will pixelate. If you had emailed us/called us we could have advised you to turn the booster back on. (there is a A4 sign about the booster asking clients not to turn off) It was off when we went in with the housekeepers. The 3rd one in the main lounge is connected to the Wi Fi, all channels are viewed via the Hubbl Re the vacuums, sorry this is something we had not noticed. I will purchase a new one for our next clients. There were no ants in the home when we went in, and it's very unusual to have ants when it rains like it has, which is very the downpipe would have overflowed. You unfortunately stayed while we had a lot of heavy rain. We have tried all burners on the gas stove and all light. Maybe there was some cleaning fluid still on it, but it is working. Thank you for leaving the home so clean and tidy and for the feedback.

This is an Average homestay venue.

Its a big house and suited for large family although it did have a few problems. Dishwasher door is broken and some wheels are missing off the bottom rack making it terrible to use. The door fell open and smacked our shins a few times. The beds have budget mattresses, they were thin and hard. Windows were all locked meaning we could not open them up to let in fresh air after showers etc. I found keys but none of them worked on the windows. The place felt damp. The clothes dryer was in the house, personally I felt it would be better in the garage as it just added to the dampness. The fourth bedroom is not a bedroom but a small office with an external door. It was pretty cramped. Overall it is outdated and didn't feel very homely but is priced for value so you get what you pay for.

HI Rochelle Thank you for taking the time to leave a review I have popped to the house today as our guests left early this morning and cannot get the dishwasher door to fall down, but I will keep an eye on that. Also the housekeeper and I couldn't find the external door you mention in the fourth bedroom or any other bedroom. Are you sure you don't mean the store cupboard ? Also the windows are not locked, you need to just pull the the silver leaver up and pull them along. The silver lever keeps them secure The house is very popular and has a lot of repeat guests and the price helps people on a budget who cannot afford high spec homes. Spacious and well equipped

Would love to have stayed here in summer & take advantage of the pool. Found everything we needed for an extended stay. Exciting to have a few treats left for us. Short drive to shops, lovely quiet area with nice walks nearby. Thanks KIm!
