Sea Brim - ALL YEAR ROUND HEATED POOL and pet friendly!

** Due to the strict Shire regulations, we don't accept any bookings for parties, functions, weddings or events, bucks/hens bookings or schoolies groups. We only rent to families i.e. adults and children or smaller mature groups **

** THIS POPULAR PROPERTY HAS NOW INSTALLED ALL YEAR ROUND POOL HEATING!!! **

Imagine the whole family being able to swim during winter (set to 32 degrees) as well as enjoying the pool in summer.

'Sea Brim' is the ideal in relaxed, beachside living. This fantastic pet friendly family home has 4 bedrooms, 2 living rooms (one Smart TV with Netflix, Foxtel Now and Disney Plus), an open planned kitchen (microwave, coffee machine and dishwasher) with a large dining table and sitting room with TV. All of this is set around a gorgeous outdoor sitting area, which is perfect for reading the newspaper and capturing the sun. There is also free WiFi.

There's 2 bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs, as well as 2 bedrooms and a bathroom (with a bath) downstairs. It's would perfectly suit 2 families.

There's ducted heating, a coonara heater and ceiling fans, as well as air conditioning both upstairs and downstairs. There is also a fully equipped laundry with washing machine and dryer.

The outdoor area has a large entertaining deck with BBQ and your own heated inground swimming pool (set to a beautiful 32 degrees in winter!!). There's even a cubby house for the kids. It really is a perfect retreat.

'Sea Brim' is only a short drive or walk to the St Andrews Beach or Rye Back Beach, and if you're keen there's a walking track that takes you to the Rye front beach and shops. It's only a 5 minute drive to the Peninsula Hot Springs.

In the downstairs sitting room, there is a sofa bed that folds out into a double bed. This can be utilised at an additional charge.

The property is pet friendly, however there is a surcharge of $50 per stay if you would like to bring your pet.

Bed linen and bath towels are included for all bookings (surcharge applies).

Lovely stay in a wonderful part of the world

Lovely and comfortable house, pool was lovely. Really enjoyed sitting on the couch with friends and having a laugh together. Great little get away. Well set up and also great for families.

Awesome House

We had a beautfiul stay at Sea Brim and would defiitely stay there again. The house and garden have a definite charm and the heated pool is the cherry on top. Kids and adults loved it.

St Andrews Beach getaway

House was lovely. Very homely and well equipped. The only downer is the traffic noise as it backs onto a very busy road, and is on a corner. Location is great in terms of access to Gunnamatta, however if you are looking for a quiet getaway, maybe not for you.

Nice property in a quiet location

We stayed at this house for a weekend and wished we had made it longer. The house was lovely, clean and well presented. Just like the pictures. We spent most of our time relaxing in the huge living space or swimming in the pool. Definitely recommend it!

The pool was the highlight of our stay.

AS the weather was a bit on the cool side we were worried that the pool may be chilly. But no! It was almost as warm as a bath. The children spent hours playing in the pool and the pet pug loved running around and barking at them. The location is good and walks to the stores or to the beach are fairly easy. The house was nicely equiped with games, DVD's, books and two TV's. All in all we had a great stay and were quite happy with the accommodation.

Pool was great because it was heated; good quality coffee machine and kitchen facilities; lovely spacious garden and house. Hard to find decent dog friendly accomodation but this one is definitely ticks all boxes.

Great summer break

Well equipped property in a lovely location - 15 mins walk from St Andrew’s Beach so you can hear the sea from the deck. Good size pool and swings for the kids. Comfy beds and lots of space for 2 families as well as Netflix for a rainy day and good wifi. Would recommend for sure.

Beautiful house inside & out

We love this house! The pool was perfect, the kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms are all amazing. Neighbours were a bit noisy during our stay but apparently it's not a common occurrence. We would stay again despite the neighbours.

Great Family Holiday

We enjoyed a week in this lovely light filled airy house with our family. A very quiet location which is what we were looking for. Supermarkets and the front beach was only a 10 minute drive. St Andrews back beach a couple of minutes by car. The pool was the focal point of the holiday and being solar heated was very enjoyable to swim in. The outdoor deck was also great to sit around and enjoy a BBQ. We liked the layout of the house with lots of different area's to lounge in if you wanted to read a book away from the kids. The kitchen was well placed and open and had everything you need. We especially loved the big dining table which could easily seat 10. The beds were very comfy although our 15 year old son is over six foot and had trouble fitting into the bunk bed. The garden was lovely which our dog had a great time exploring. Unfortunately we had no mobile phone reception, however the free WIFI made up for it. All in all a great holiday away at 'Sea Brim' which I would highly recommend.

Great family getaway

My family of 6 adults and a baby stayed here for a long weekend and found the house to be large and comfortable. The two living zones create room to move and space to enjoy separate activities. The bathrooms are lovely and the kitchen open planned and well appointed. We loved sitting out on the deck enjoying meals and drinks and having a dip in the pool. We would use this house again with friends and family.
