Family Villa @ Magenta Shores Resort - proche de la plage et des piscines, pourtant si privé!

Le Magenta Shores Golf Resort est à seulement 90 minutes de Sydney et à 15 km au nord de Terrigal.

Cette villa de 3 chambres occupe un emplacement central dans le complexe et se trouve à environ 40 mètres d'un accès direct à la plage.

Il y a 3 chambres à l'étage. La chambre principale a un lit king size avec salle de bains (douche et baignoire) et un balcon. Il a également une télévision. Les deuxième et troisième chambres ont chacune un lit queen size. Il y a une deuxième salle de bain complète à l'étage.

En bas se trouve un salon, salle à manger, cuisine, toilette et buanderie. La cuisine est équipée avec four, cuisinière, réfrigérateur, micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle, ustensiles de cuisine, grille-pain, bouilloire et vaisselle pour six personnes. Il y a la télévision et la radio dans le salon.

Le complexe bénéficie d'un accès direct à la plage, aux pistes cyclables et aux sentiers de randonnée, ainsi qu'à d'autres superbes plages des environs.

Le parcours de golf de championnat de 18 trous est l’un des parcours les plus uniques, difficiles et hautement classés d’Australie dans un emplacement 5 étoiles.

Comment aller là

Directions de Sydney
 
* Entrez sur l’autoroute F3 depuis l’autoroute du Pacifique et dirigez-vous vers le nord en direction de la côte centrale pendant environ 40 à 45 minutes.
* Éteignez à la première sortie WYONG
* Au sommet de la rampe, tournez à droite et dirigez-vous sur l'autoroute
* GO PAST WESTFIELDS à TUGGERAH
* Vous êtes maintenant sur WYONG ROAD, continuez tout droit, en effectuant de nombreux round-a-rounds (environ 17)
* Lorsque vous atteignez un très grand round-out vers la fin de WYONG ROAD, tournez à gauche sur CENTRAL COAST HIGHWAY (The Entrance Road)..
* Continuez jusqu'à la deuxième rue après Diggers à l'entrée, puis tournez à gauche (entrée de contournement) à ce rond-point.
* Continuez jusqu'à ce qu'il y ait un signe pour TOUKLEY et tournez à droite dans Coral Street (avant-dernier rue avant l'eau)
* Tourner à gauche au rond-point et continuer sur le pont en direction de l'entrée nord.
* Continuez environ 3 km et tournez à droite au sommet de la colline dans Magenta Shores. Continuez tout droit dans le rond-point, puis tournez à droite dans le complexe hôtelier.

Family Villa est si proche des installations du complexe et de la plage mais suffisamment privée pour se détendre paisiblement si on le souhaite.

Family friendly excellent stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the family villa in magenta. It was very family friendly, very close to the beach and pools. We had children under the age of 2 and it was comfortable. Rooms are spacious, house is clean and area very quiet.

Amazing Stay

My family and I were very pleased with our stay in Magenta. The area is really nice and luxurious with swimming pools and Pullman hotel facilities. Gracia's house is very comfortable (except for the living room sofa which should be replaced). Some items were missing in the kitchen but Gracia has them already replaced. Air conditionning quite noisy and no way to set a different temperature in each room. Apart from that the communication with Gracia was excellent and the villa is excellent value for money for the area. Will definitely stay again! Cheers

Great location on the central coast and good resort facilities. But basic villa.

The villa is near the resort pools and beach which were both used often by our young family. The resort restaurant was also acceptable although expensive. A nice touch was the daily events that the resort puts on for young kids eg pizza cooking, movies etc The villa itself was disappointing. Sparsely furnished with a stained couch, chipped crockery and several curtains with holes in them. For the price the owner is charging there needs to be some capital spent on updating the carpet, curtains and furniture. The carpets particularly on the stairs were going bald. Our 3 year old slipped and fell on the tops stairs on the first night so spent the rest of the holiday slowly edging his way down on his bottom. And being reminded constantly by us! There also is no hand rail on the stairs for the kids or elderly. Air con was also very noisy particularly in the room closest to the road so it couldn’t be used at night while we were sleeping. For the rental price people are expecting to be able to use the resort pools, particularly during summer. We found it odd that prior to our visit and so quickly after accepting our booking the owner provided no assurance that the hotel facilities would be available to us other than a prior comment from a previous guest. Ultimately the facilities proved to be available but all the disclaimers from the owner didn’t help alleviate our initial concerns. Not sure what would have happened if we couldn’t have used the pools particularly with a young family. Communication could be better upfront on what exactly is available. If the resort has changed its policies the owner should tell prospective guests prior to them booking.

Our listing shows what is available for use of the resort facilities- like the pools. And these are the facilities I could confirm and guarantee. I made clear what is available as per listing. However, there are other facilities beyond what we advertise that the resort sometimes open to villa owners guest. I let people know that but also clearly say that I coukd not guarantee that such policy will continue- that’s the reason why we don’t advertise it. I will make sure all incoming guests see the listing description/facilities offered in order to manage their expectation. Gracia

Weekend getaway

My Family and l had a wonderful stay. There was somthing for everybody and had a very family friendly yet tropical feel about the place. The decor was very comfortable and spacious. The pools and play ground and beach access is covenantly located and in very close proximity (walking distance) My little girls were able to ride there scooters easily to and throw through out the property. My wife enjoyed the deep Xlarge bath tub at the end of her busy day with the kids. Myself and Sons were able to get some fishing in and caught a octopus and a few fish. The beds were very comfortable with more then enough beach towels and linen. The self contained villa was stocked with all the little nic nacks that you would need to make a home cooked meal very convenient 😉. The extra bath rooms and toilets were a plus so none of us were waiting around for our turn. This place is lovely would highly recommend. The only input l would suggest is having a BBQ out back at the patio so we could cook our food at home rather then having to go to the pool side BBQ. Other then that which is a minor suggestion WE ALL HAD A FAB TIME.

Perfect Location

The 3 bedroom villa was wonderful, location was amazing, excellent for families. The place could do with a new lick of paint but aside from that our weekend was great!

However, I'm happy to let you know that Magenta resort management had external pest control done. Inside the villa we had a plant based low toxicity pest control done too. Great place, great location.

After much searching, I settled on this villa for a recent catchup with family who live in the area. What a beautiful spot - very quiet with well-maintained gardens, and no problems with parking. The villa had all the comforts of home, including a fully equipped kitchen and quality beds. It was great not to have to bring bed linen with us. The little touches were also appreciated - liquid soap for the kitchen and bathrooms, coffee and milk, and (surprise) paper towelling! Payment and the preliminaries were easy, and advice on access to the property and the all the resort facilities was timely and spot on. Thanks Gracia - we'll be back.

Nice getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The only feedback I have would be to have instruction booklets on aircon, oven, dishwasher and TVs. For some reason we didn't get these working straight away.

Home away from home

We spent a week at this beautiful villa and had a great time. It's very close to the beach, resort pools and cafes/restaurants. The place was clean and very family friendly. The owner was great to deal with and made the whole booking process simple and hassle free. We will definitely recommend this place and will be back again.

Fantastic break

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Magenta Shores. The pools are well designed and cater well with kids. The walk to the beach was a bit of a hike with young kids. The accommodation was lovely, overall very happy
