Wintersun Sorrento -This spectacular 1970s beach house of enormous proportions has been totally renovated with superb finishes, fittings and furniture throughout. The house faces north and is bathed in natural light all day and all year round. There are six bedrooms, including two with a king beds and two with queen size beds. There is also a two other bedrooms with a set of bunks in each room. The master bedroom also a large walk in wardrobe and ensuite with shower and bath, there are two further bathrooms, plus an amazing secluded outdoor shower. On the ground floor there is a second living area, with a gas log fire and wall mounted LCD screen, that can be closed off to keep those noisy little people entertained, while the big people cook and dine. The kitchen is a chefs delight with a 900mm wide stainless steel Smeg cooker, full freezer and refrigerator, stainless steel bench tops, and a huge island bench to prepare those gourmet meals. This open plan area also incorporates dinning for 10 to 13 people, which has a gas log fire. Sliding doors lead to the BBQ area with a huge 100 square meter elevated deck, that looks over the gardens, Tennis court and down a green tree filled valley that makes you feel like you’re in the country. The deck is built around an in ground fully tiled gas heated swimming pool. Their is also a large playground with cubby house, slides and sand pit that will keep the smaller kids entertained for hours while the adults have a turn at tennis or just relax in the pool. Wintersun is set on 1900sqm with secure locking gates which allows the kids to roam around the property in safety and giving the adults peace of mind.
Upstairs is another huge living area, with a lime stone open fire place, three quarter size antique slate based billiard table, and large wall mounted plasma television, and modular lounges, there is also a large wrap around balcony off this room that faces north and is a great place to hide away, follow the sun or welcome the day with your mooring coffee. Once you get here you won’t want to leave, but if you decide to take a stroll, your only four minutes by foot from the gorgeous tideway's bay beach at the end of the street, five minutes walk sees you at the Sorrento sailing club, and 15 minutes sees you in the Sorrento village, but if your feeling lazy take the car. Wintersun is well appointed for two to three families, or small groups attending the year round festivities on the Mornington peninsular. Hence the name Wintersun for fun in the sun and cosy luxurious relaxing during the cooler months. Wintersun is not a "party house" but is perfect for a getaway, family gathering, wedding stays and low key birthday celebrations. we don't entertain schoolies booking or any other bookings that encourage irresponsible behaviour or public disturbance / nuisance.

2 bedrooms have king beds, 2 bedrooms have queen beds, 1 bedroom has a sets of bunks accommodating 2 people and the last bedroom has a single bed and a set of bunks accommodating 3 people (all bunks are full size, very solid and can accommodate adults if needed). Other features are 3 bath rooms each with its own showers, 2 with baths, separate laundry 2 fire places, pool table, Heated pool (gas), Tennis Court with pavilion, Play ground, table tennis, dart board basket ball ring. The house also has two separate lounges / TV areas which is handy to set up the kids with a movie while the adults enjoy a peaceful meal or glass of wine. Linen is supplied via an external company which is included as part of your booking.
