Beautifully appointed, stunning views

The villa is extremely clean and comfortable, in a peaceful neighbourhood. The owners are most welcoming and helpful. Everything to make your holiday perfect. Wonderful terraces overlooking vineyard and mountains. A really great find.

Wonderful house, wonderful hosts!

The house is modern, well equipped, clean and tidy and very well kept. We liked the garden and surroundings of olive and fruit trees and vineyards. The pool seems to be warmer because it is lined with a grey liner, which is great at the beginning of the season. We struggled with the steep gravel drive-in which is ok for cars but not larger vehicles. We had a wonderful holiday, thank you!

Nous avons passé une merveilleuse semaine à Vaison-la-Romaine, et cette maison a largement contribué à la réussite de notre séjour. Tout est réuni pour se sentir immédiatement en vacances : la maison est parfaitement équipée, très bien entretenue et offre un excellent niveau de confort.La piscine est un véritable atout pour se rafraîchir lors des journées les plus chaudes, tandis que les espaces extérieurs sont particulièrement agréables et invitent à la détente.La localisation est également idéale, à proximité des supermarchés et de tous les commerces nécessaires, tout en permettant de profiter pleinement du charme de la région.Nous recommandons cette location sans hésitation et y reviendrions avec grand plaisir.

Mooi huis met smaak ingericht en verzorgd. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien en ligt op een rustige plek. De bakker en supermarkt liggen op loopafstand. Een aanrader is ook om bovenlangs naar Vaison te lopen, een prachtige wandeling van 2,5 km met mooie uitzichten, op de Mont Ventoux. Heb je je hond mee, dan zijn er genoeg wandelingen mogelijk. Bedankt Laurence en Patrick voor jullie hartelijke ontvangst. Wanneer wij weer naar Vaison la Romaine op vakantie willen hoeven wij niet meer te zoeken naar een mooi en schoon verblijfadres. une maison formidable

maison spacieuse, très bien équipée et décorée avec beaucoup de goût. Linge de maison et literie très satisfaisants; la piscine a fait notre bonheur, elle est très propre ainsi que son environnement bien entretenu, fleuri et très calme; très bons contacts avec le propriétaire. On reviendra.

Prachtig huis vlakbij het centrum en winkels

Een mooi huis om Vaison la Romaine en de omgeving te ontdekken. Het huis is zeer schoon, ruim en smaakvol ingericht. We werden gastvrij ontvangen en hebben genoten van de mooie omgeving, de rustige tuin en zelfs het zwembad. De supermarkt en bakker zijn op loopafstand. Kortom we hebben een heerlijke week gehad!

Le gîte est strictement conforme à sa description sur le site. Dès notre arrivée nous avons apprécié l'acceuil chaleureux des propriétaires et la grande propreté du gîte qui est très bien équipé. L'endroit est très calme c'est un véritable havre de paix et de repos (vue magnifique) et aucun vis à vis. De plus Laurence a décoré avec beaucoup de goût ce gîte très fonctionnel. Séjour très agréable durant le mois de mai. Nous étions 2 adultes et 4 enfants. La maison est très chouette (plein pied) et bien décorée. Elle se situe à la fois très proche des commodités (magasins,…) et à la fois très au calme. Aucun bruit provenant du centre ville. L’accueil est parfait 👌. Laurence reste extrêmement disponible si besoin ou question. La maison est TRÈS propre! Quel plaisir! Le descriptif de l’annonce est tout à fait correct. A réserver les yeux fermés. Encore merci pour tout!

Wir haben uns alle sehr wohlgefühlt

Vielen, vielen Dank an Laurence für den so herzlichen und persönlichen Empfang (und auch Abschied). Schon der Kontakt im Vorfeld war ganz unproblematisch. Das Haus und der Garten sind wunderschön und sehr gepflegt. Wir durften den Pool sogar im April öffnen und ausprobieren. Die z.T. überdachte Terrasse hält auch an kühleren Tagen den Mistral etwas ab und im Sommer ist sie sicher ideal als Sonnenschutz. Der Blick in den Garten ist allein schon erholsam – Oleander und Olivenbäume und ein hübsches Poolhaus sowie außer vielfältigen Vogelstimmen absolute Ruhe. Die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet, die Matratzen hochwertig und wir haben alle in der Ruhe bestens geschlafen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind idealerweise in der Nähe und man kann vom Standort des Hauses aus wunderbar die Gegend erkunden. Wir haben uns alle von jung bis alt sehr wohlgefühlt und die Abreise ist uns wirklich schwergefallen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Perfekt!

Ein perfektes Haus für schöne Tage in Vaison und Umgebung. Das Haus ist modern eingerichtet mit drei schönen Schalfzimmern, einem großen Wohn-Ess-Bereich und schöner Gartenanlage mit Pool und tollem Ausblick. Bäcker und Supermarkt nur wenige 100 m entfernt machen das Leben entspannt. Die Stadt ist ebenfalls leicht zu Fuß zu erreichen und in der Umgebung gibt es viele Ziele, die man schnell erreichen kann. Alles perfekt, Merci Madame!

Super séjour!

Magnifique maison isolée du bruit mais proches des commodités (boulangerie, magasin alimentaire...). Une piscine très agréable . La maison est très bien entretenue et propre. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour sans oublier la sympathie et l'accueil chaleureux des propriétaires .

Belle maison fonctionnelle et propre, conforme au descriptif de l'annonce. Extérieurs bien entretenus. La proximité avec les commerces, le garage pour notre véhicule et le calme ont été particulièrement appréciés. Très agréable séjour

La propriété est conforme en tous points au descriptif. La maison est très agréable et très bien entretenue par les propriétaires. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le beau jardin avec une piscine bien sécurisée ainsi que le coin barbecue très bien conçu . Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et très à l'écoute et donnent de très bons conseils sur les restaurants et commerces locaux qu'ils ont personnellement testés. Nous espérons pouvoir y revenir pour de prochaines vacances ;-)

Excellente Anlage und sehr angenehme Vermieter

Die Gebäudeanlage befindet sich auf einer weiten Grünanlage, wo es total ruhig ist, obwohl nur kanpp zehn Gehminuten vom Intermarche, Intersport,der Boulangeriekette Marie und anderen Geschäften entfernt. Alle Räume liegen auf einer Ebene, sind geschmackvoll, ausreichend und sehr hübsch möbliert, gut beheizbar( Klimaanlage) ,und das Bad mit italienischer Dusche ist mit den zwei Waschbecken benutzerfreundlich gestaltet. Die Küche mit direktem Zugang zur überdachten Terrasse ist sehr geräumig, komplett und bestens ausgestattet: es fehlt wirklich an Nichts! Den Pool haben wir im April nicht vermisst. Auf der Terrasse findet man verschiedene Sitzmöbel und Tische , der herrliche Blick ins Grüne und auf die umgebenden Berge lädt draußen zu ausgiebigen Mahlzeiten und zum Entspannen ein! Die Vermieter sind äußerst charmant und freundlich, sehr hilfsbereit, aber doch wohlwollend zurückhaltend und erfreuten uns mit einem köstlichen Willkommens-Korb! Dieses wunderschöne Ferienhaus können wir sehr empfehlen und freuen uns schon jetzt auf einen nächsten Urlaub dort! Danke und Merci an Laurence und Patrick!

Tolles Ferienhaus in der Nähe Mont Ventoux

Wir wurden sehr freundlich von den Eigentümern begrüßt und nach einer sehr netten Einführung in die Lokalität durften wir in den Urlaub starten. Ergänzung/Anmerkung zum Inserat: Leider wird das tolle BBQ Haus mit Grill und Wasserquelle neben dem Haupthaus nicht erwähnt. BBQ ist allerdings wegen brennbarem Sonnenschutz über dem Grill nicht für hohes Feuer geeignet, nur für Holzkohle. Das frische Quell-Wasser ist so gut, dass wir es dem Leitungswasser beim Kaffee oder Pasta kochen vorgezogen haben.. Garage mit Elektro-Tor und Fernbedienung mit Durchgang ins Haus (3er BMW passte von der Breite her gerade so rein) vorhanden und an einem Regentag mega praktisch. Schöne überdachte Lounge für Abends oder bei Regen. Das Nachbarhaus ist ebenfalls ein Ferienhaus - auch bei Fewo-direkt zu finden, allerdings stimmt der Standort nicht ganz... Bei befreundeten Familien sicher interessant.. Genial ist natürlich die Nähe zum Supermarkt, wo auch eine Tankstelle ist. Im Kreisverkehr rechts kommt man in der Nähe auch zu einem Aldi (keine Angst, ganz anderes Sortiment als in Deutschland, eben günstiger als intermarche) und zu einer Autowaschgelegenheit. Zum Haus: Drei sehr saubere Schlafzimmer, sehr gute Betten - was nicht immer so ist. Toilette getrennt. Sehr schönes Badezimmer mit zwei Waschbecken und viel Licht am Spiegel. Wohnzimmer mit amerikanischer Küche. Großer Kühlschrank mit Gefrierteil, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine mit Filter (1x4) und Senseo. In allen Räumen neue Klimaanlage mit Fernbedienung! Pool: ca. 1,50m tief, es geht eine Treppe mit größere Stufen in den Pool. Dieser ist mit einer speziellen Folie beschichte. Trotzdem finde ich eine Abdeckung wirkungsvoller.. ;-) Sonnenschirm und Liegen/Stühle vorhanden. Spielzeug nicht vergessen.. ;-) Internet: FTTH (Fiber to the Home) - Glasfaseranschluss. Für Laien: Sehr schnell.. Youtube und so vorhanden. Ebenso wie WLAN (WiFi). Handyempfang gut, LTE 2/4 Balken. Müllentsorgung: hinter dem intersport stehen in einer kleinen Ecke ca. 3 große Mülleimer (vor dem Kreisverkehr direkt rechts) Altglas: im Kreisverkehr links abbiegen (am intermarche vorbeifahren), dann links abbiegen (hinter Kreisverkehr die zweite Straße links) auf der linken Seite befinden sich diverse Sammelstellen, auch Altglas. Unbedingt den Mont Ventoux besuchen, es lohnt sich auch für nicht Tour de France Fans!;-) Wir hatten eine sehr erholsame Woche im Ferienhaus verbracht und bedanken uns herzlich für die Gastfreundschaft!

Tolles Haus in wunderschöner Umgebung

Wir haben in dem Ferienhaus zwei wunderschöne Wochen verbracht. Absolut empfehlenswert und ganz lieben Dank an die sehr netten Vermieter Laurence und Patrick. Wir kommen jederzeit gerne wieder!
