Como House ofrece un alojamiento superior de tipo B&B en apartamentos de lujo con su propia entrada privada, aparcamiento gratuito y conexión inalámbrica a internet. Esta espaciosa habitación tiene una cama king size, mesa de estudio / desayuno, TV / DVD y sofá de cuero.

Su propia cocina contiene nevera, microondas, tostadora, hervidor y fregadero, y cada día se sirve un desayuno continental recién hecho. La cocina está disponible en cualquier momento para refrescos.

El baño tiene todos los elementos esenciales, un secador de pelo y toallas suaves y suaves para que su estadía sea lo más cómoda posible.

Tenemos disponible un dormitorio adicional ($ 50pp pn) si es necesario y puede ser una cama king o dos camas individuales.

Great location

Excellent Stay

Kate was an excellent hostess and the accommodation was lovely. We would gladly stay there again. The" extra" touches such as special coffee, fresh bread and delicious marmalade made for a very pleasant experience.

Lovely, peaceful stay.

We had a very comfortable stay with in a quiet neighbourhood which is just a short drive from city centre. Only issue was we only stayed for 1 night. Will definitely stay here again the next time we are in Perth.

What a great place!

I loved my stay at this Como location. Kate and David were the perfect hosts, friendly but unobtrusive. The cereal and milk, the OJ, the fresh bread were all unexpected bonuses and the home made muffin was lovely too. If I'm in Perth again, I'll definitely look to book here again :)

Comfortable, Clean and Perfect Location

The property is spacious and is equipped with everything you need. The bed was comfortable and linen luxurious. Continental breakfast was fresh and ample. Kate was friendly and informative regarding local attractions, and the welcoming hime.baked muffins were a tasty bonus. The location was perfect for us, with bus stop close by and just a short journey into South Perth.

Great location, great price and warm recetion

3 friends recently stayed 2 nights at Como House Executive since we were performing at the Old Mill Theatre in South Perth. We were made to feel most welcome by the owners, Kate and David, in a very comfortable self-contained unit attached to the main house but with its own entrance. The location was excellent and hassle free parking was another bonus. Breakfast provisions were generous - an added touch being the delicious muffins presented to us on arrival!

Warm welcome

We arrived at Como House cold and tired, and our thoughtful host had pre warmed the room for us, which we appreciated. A good hot shower and a comfy bed for the night came next, wonderful. Highly recommended. We will definitely return.

Superb stay with an amazing host!

Kate is such a lovely and warm host. Both my mum and I enjoyed the stay thoroughly and felt really welcome in Perth! The property is well maintained and clean. Good breakfast spread with a variety of coffee and tea selection. Especially enjoyed all the types of tea Kate has provided :) The area is peaceful yet extremely convenient with good food just down the road at Como Hotel, Pinto Thai; Great Coffee at Manic Espresso and easy access to public transport with the bus stop at less than 200 metres away.

Lovely, just lovely

Would highly recommend Como House as a comfortable, clean and convenient place to stay. The location was quiet yet convenient with shops and restaurants only a short drive away. The hosts were friendly and accommodating and the breakfast including sour dough, muffins and homemade jams prepared by Kate was absolutely delicious and well presented. The apartment suited our needs with additional guests coming and going on different days which was not an issue for our hosts or our back pocket. A lovely place to stay to start off our first trip to WA.

Not what I expected

Thoughtful host, lovely place.

Clean. Comfortable. Love the small touches. Yummy muffin and ferrero on arrival. Towel for baby even though she's not charged. Enjoyed the breakfast options. Only downside is the alarm keypad blue light is quite bright after lights out. Though on the second night we were already used to it.

Exceeding expectations!

My husband and I were very impressed and happy with Como house. The place was elegantly furnished and kept immaculate. We particularly enjoyed having breakfast at the nook by the bay window, with the morning sun filtering through the blinds. Host Kate and David were friendly and catered to our needs with many thoughtful touches. The location was actually quite convenient. It only took us a few minutes to walk to the bus stop to go to Fremantle and the city, where we can get around on the free CAT bus. We then rented a car to go on day trips. There was on site off street parking. We highly recommend the place to couples and families alike, as there are adjoining rooms too.
