Just ok this time around

Stayed here before and this time was just ok. We were placed in the 'family' area which meant we got to be right next to the road and property maintenance area. No landscaping in front of the unit , and workers in the back at all times. Basically no privacy the entire stay. Check in took forever with one person working the desk. Amenities inside the unit were pretty sparse, and made it challenging to prepare meals onsite. Im honestly not usually this petty, but for the insane 'service fee's' that this complex chages, I just bottom line expect better.

Beautiful grounds, beautiful area

Northern Kauai is stunning; and the Princeville area is beautiful and very well maintained. It’s close and convenient to some of the islands most beautiful beaches. The area is also quiet and relaxing. Although the room was clean, I thought that it could have had a more through cleaning; such as cupboard doors, and edges of counters, and backsplashes. The shower body wash and conditioner containers were empty at check in time, and needed to be replaced. Room service responded very quickly both times that they were notified. The room wasn’t ready for us until just right at the 4:00pm check in time. The check in desk needed to call housekeeping to in fact confirm that the room was ready. They were, or had just finished fitting the sheets on the bed. We were also notified of a “Welcome Package” for guest; which we found out was the contact with the Wyndham concierge desk. The attendants were polite but; we found them to be misleading, lacking communication skills, and not someone whom we felt had the best interest in the customer, or that we could trust. Overall; we had a wonderful stay, and would vacation at Bali Hai again. We’d definitely avoid the Wyndham Concierge desk at all cost.

Beautiful and peaceful location

We loved this property. It was clean, in a quiet area, and lots to do around the area. Just make sure that the name of the guest checking in matches what the resort has on file because When we arrived the front desk informed us that the name they had on file had not been changed by the property manager. It was late and they let us stay that night but I had to call a property manger the next morning to have things sorted out.
