'Palm Court' is located immediately opposite Manly lagoon (Manly's best-kept secret) and a short flat walk to Queenscliff beach or into Manly village. It's also walking distance from Freshwater village and its selection of boutiques, restaurants and small bars.
The cottage is located in an undiscovered nook of Manly sometimes referred to as 'the Golden Triangle'. This precinct is bounded by the lagoon and park lands. The streets are lined with Palm trees and are a popular place for locals to walk or cycle during the day but are whisper quiet by night.

This charming light-filled 1930's free-standing bungalow sits on a large block of land with plenty of space for children to play and friends to BBQ.
Inside, the home consists of a master bedroom, a guest / children's room, a period lounge room with leather lounges (including a sofa lounge), a charming separate dining room, kitchen, a bright sunroom and a functional fully-equpped laundry. A free-standing studio makes an ideal children's / teenager's / parent's retreat.
For those with babies, you can travel light with cot, highchair and car seat all available. WiFi is also available and free and you can use Apple TV to download a movie.

House was exactly as advertised. We loved our stay. Great location, easy access to all manly has to offer. Christopher was an excellent host, taking care of all our needs. Would definitely recommend to anyone.
great location with lots of space in a friendly neighborhood. Close to beaches,parks,shops, restaurants, entertainment. Short walk to public transportation. Uber just minutes away. Chris the owner was quick to respond to any inquiries we had and was very welcoming. We enjoyed our stay and would go back again!
Stayed with family of 4, one of us a wheelchair user. The kitchen is well stocked. The rooms are a good size however the shower was too small also broken and I had to clean very old dirt from basin taps and other areas. It is not wheelchair accessible unless you bring your own multiple ramps. The third bedroom disconnected from the house is a great idea but smelt of chemicals, had no lock on door. Sadly this house has not been well kept seems like it’s never had a good clean and paint peeling off the walls.

The property is professionally cleaned after every stay. All doors have locks. And no chemicals are kept onsite except for ordinary household detergents in the laundry.
While looking for permanent accomodation, we stayed in North Manly for 3 months. A fantastic location, close to everything. Chris was excellent to deal with from start to finish, going above and beyond to accomodate us. Overall, a very good experience and we'd recommend this listing.

Hidden gem!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Palm Court! We stayed for a week and brought our dog along, too. It was great! Great location close to Manly Beach, golf course and playing fields. Would definitely stay here again!

Great House and location.
We really enjoyed our stay. Fresh eggs from the chickens was a special treat. Our puppy dog loved the walks and the park was so convenient. The house was spacious and light. The bed was so comfortable. I have never slept better or felt so at home ever before.

Fantastic Host + Stay
A perfect location for a month long stay in Manly. The property is located on a quiet street only a short flat distance from the beaches of Manly.
My wife and I were spoilt with fresh eggs from the resident chickens, a secure yard for our dog and a fantastic host who was always available to answer any questions we had. The house was well equipped for our stay including a washing machine and dryer, reasonable kitchen utensils and transport directly to Manly, the nearby shopping mall and the City.
I would highly recommend Palm Court for your next Manly stay - my wife and I will stay here again in the future.
